Total Fraud
by Matthew Lansford on 07/15/2022They sent me a coupon for an oil change. This was stated when I made the appointment. Then they offered an extra 10% off if I made an afternoon appointment. Got there and they said I could take one or the other, but not both. Despite having… an appointment, they said it would be an one and a half. They said it was not an appointment time, but a check in time. And in the end, they up charged me because of the increased cost of oil. In total, $66.64 for an oil change. There are dozen places in town I could get it cheaper. Will not return.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize for what you experienced with your recent oil change service. Sloppy work
by David Jennings on 07/11/2022After the tire rotation, they didn’t check or adjust the tire pressure and didn’t recalibrate the tire pressure sensor. The result was that half way home my tire pressure light came on. I called the service department and after waiting on… hold for 10 minutes, was connected to the person who makes the appointments. All he could do was take a message and have the actual service department call me back. I got home and found one of the front idea down by 5 lbs. I adjusted the pressure but could not get the light to reset. 45 minutes later I had not received a call back so I drove back to the dealership. Told them the symptoms. They finally did what should have been done in the first place, and I drove away having wasted 2 hours that I really didn’t have to waste.Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
