Best vehicle buying experience.
by rodneytmoort on 08/19/2011updated 04/26/2025I hate to sound like a broken record from the previous reviews. But my experience with this dealership, I did not feel at all pressured. Upon arrival I was first greeted by a manager. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was… purchasing. He showed me all the amenities, features and differences of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He then introduced me to the sales person who helped me through the process. Even though I told him I would be looking around at other dealerships for the best price, I never felt pressured into buying. After a couple of weeks of searching I went back to get the vehicle I wanted. The negotiations for the vehicle were a tad bit stressful, but a manager stepped in and made the process go smoothly. I would recommend this place because of their non aggressive tactics, knowledge and how they treat you like a person and not a sales statistic.Great buying experience!!

by mscountrygirl on 03/22/2012updated 04/26/2025I have to say Homer Skeleton Ford Olive Branch, MS was the only dealer that would go above and beyond the limits of helping me get financed with my very first brand new car ever. I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion and they did not try to charge me… outrageous fees or nothing. They were able to get me financed with Ford Motor Co., which is hard to do these days unless you have perfect credit and I did not since I went through a nasty divorce. However, I was a previous FMC customer and FMC took a chance on me and thank you HSF and FMC, you will not regret this deal. Overall, Homer Skeleton Ford Olive Branch, proved to me that they do "Whatever it takes" to help a person in a need for a ride. I would recommend you go to HSF in Olive Branch and see Joey Walsh and the finance Manager Brian Chapman and the team, they will help you to the best of their abilities. I'm proof of just that. GO HOMER SKELETON FORD, OLIVE BRANCH, MS U ROCK!!!!!Great Job

The sales rep, Dustin Stewart, was very very efficient and helpful through the entire process. He promised the… car would be setting out front for our inspection and it was there. We went through the car and was never pressured to hurry up our inspection. All the persons we came in contact at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. A great example of the old verbiage, "Take care of the Customer and they will keep coming back." I intend to go back in the not to distant future and purchase a car for my wife. Me and my wife had purchased a new Fusion about a year earlier and were extremely satisfied… with the service. Joey Welch went out of his way to make the deal as did Rusty in financing. Rusty got our interest rate lowered from an original of 10.5 % to 5.5 % that saves us about $75 a month ! If or when I ever buy another vehicle I will definetly use Homer Skelton Ford !Homer Skelton Ford

Alice met me at my car, talked with me as we walked the lot, and made me feel at ease. I told her when I arrived that I was really… there just to do some research on one model. She never pushed a sales pitch on me; rather she went out of her way to show me 3 or 4 different option packages and even offered to do some research for me on her own time to help me find the best choice. I'm impressed. A+Great Service

The sales staff answered all my questions and recommended that I drive a few different trucks before I made my decision. Because of his recommendation I chose a different… truck than I originally wanted. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
