by spades9048 on 04/01/2016I e-mailed them about the price of a specific vehicle. They e-mailed me back with a price of $20,990 which I thought was extremely low considering the MSRP was around $33. I called them to verify that the price offered wasn't a typo. I… specifically said, "I want to make sure this is for a SL with premium package?" They said yes and I said, "...for $20,990?" They put me on hold and came back and said yes. So, I went down there. The salesman even had an index card with the stock number and again $20,990 written on it. Well, when it came down to it they wanted $30. I offered them $27k because I already had offers for $28k at another dealership. I was told I was being unreasonable even though I should have been much more upset that I specifically called to verify and they couldn't even do that right. I would never buy anything from them and I would drive out of my way for service as well to avoid them. I purchased from AutoNation Nissan later that day.Poor Cust. Service
by 1982nicole on 02/14/2016The sales guy I had was very friendly & helpful with my wants and needs, but wanted my notes in a certain price range,so we went inside to talk numbers and the fianace guy was very rude,my notes were too high for me so I decided not to go… with that particular vehicle or deal,so the finance guy comes out his office and says he has been doing his job for 20 plus years and that he didn't need any practice!! Implying that I was wasting his time! I mean who says that to a potential cust who is spending there hard earned money!? Your job is to help cust.not get upset because they changes their mind.Very Bad Customer Service on his part.Satisfied Customer

I only wish that I was able to negotiate more with the price of my vehicle, my maintenance plus plan, and my security plus… plan. I was told the amount of my future car note, without fully understanding the price of the additional contracts. I think that the plans should have been explained more, by giving the entire cost of the plans before being given a monthly amount. My husband wasn't with me at the time, so I later felt as though I may have been overcharged. My Maintenance Plus Plan was $1599.00 and my Security Plus Contract was $2000.00. I surely do hope that these prices will be worth it in the future. Next time, I hope that I will not have a rushed feeling with my transaction.
