Horrible service

On Thursday I scheduled an appointment for after work on the following Monday at 3pm and when I arrived early at 2, I was told they wouldn't be able to look at it just then because it was too late in the day; even though they… were open 4 more hours. Why take an appointment at that time then? I called the next day (Tuesday) only to be told they didn’t get to it but there was no reason they shouldn’t get to it the next day. I called the next day (Wednesday) and was told, we didn’t get to it but there is no reason we shouldn’t get to it tomorrow. I informed the man that they told me that almost verbatim the day before and he said that diagnostics can take a day or two. So I pointed out it had already been three days. I called on the fourth day (Thursday) and can you guess what I was told? “We didn’t get to it today but there is no reason we shouldn’t be able to get to it tomorrow.” They must have a script to read like a soulless call center. After four days, all they could muster up is we didn’t get to it. I had to call daily since I wasn’t given any updates and of course no work was being done. I called Bob Sight Ford in Lees Summit and they had a Friday morning appointment available and after I explained the frustratingly unnecessary situation at Blue Springs Ford, he said that they actually have a tech available at the time of appointment; because that’s how appointments work. Go literally anywhere else. Don’t even send an enemy to Blue Springs Ford. Also when I went to pick up my vehicle and take it to a place that is competent and understands customer service, suddenly Blue Springs Ford was almost ready to start looking at my car, and I was asked if I was sure I didn’t want to just wait a little longer.They take good care of their customers

We called our salesman and were told to bring it down right away. They fixed the problem within a few days, after the part arrived, and… had us up and running in no time. Even though we hadn't bought the ESP they repaired this major safety concern at no cost to us. They had told us they covered everything for the first 30 days on an "AS IS" car and they were true to their word. We were extremely impressed and pleased. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new/used car. From salesman to service department you are treated with the utmost respect. Speaking as a woman, dealing with any sort of car issue, that means the world to me.The best car buying experience, hands down!

Our Salesman, Chase Starin, went above and beyond in helping us decide if this was the right car for us. First, my daughter didn't know how to drive a manual and it had… been a few decades for me so we asked him to drive the car, which he did. He was very honest about all the features and reviews of the car. He went above and beyond to help us out. He found a parking lot that was empty and taught her the basics of driving a manual! I was beyond impressed! We couldn't have asked for a better sales rep! I definitely will be buying my next Ford from this dealership! They know how to treat customers like a friend!First Time

All of our issues were handled in an expert manner. Some of our… questions/concerns were handled by a sales associate who was not a part of the original sales team. Both Tim Thompson and Kim K. were great. They were up front and honest in every step of my… decision making process. They took the time to understand my needs, which by the way were many, and made sure that I was in a truck that I would be happy with. When I've been to other dealerships, and I walk into the service area, the service advisers have continued… to do paperwork at their desks, and not acknowledge me until I force the issue. At Blue Springs Ford, both times when I've entered, the service advisors have greeted me as I walk through the door. Very satisfied and plan on using them often.Five stars in service and sales in our experience.

If it has been a few years since you've been to Blue Springs Ford, then I recommend you check them… out for your automotive needs. They prove to us everytime we are not a number to them. Mike Knott in the "Quick Lane" always smiles, and greets us by name. He and his team do their best to meet our needs without taking a chunk out of our time and bank account. If you get the opportunity to meet Daryl, in customer service, (while in the waiting room), your wait will seem to go by quickly. I suffer with PTSD, so waiting rooms can be very eventful for me. Daryl helps to take the edge off, and has some good stories to lighten up your day, if you give him a listen. No, you are not "a number" at Blue Springs Ford. You become a part of their business family, like a customer used to be treated generations ago. Even after they are done with our vehicles, the cashier (Andrea), comes to you, and calls you by name. At this dealership, the accountant is probably the only person that looks at us as a number. Thank you Balderstons for recognizing, and rewarding your team members. It's good to keep seeing familiar faces each time we come to your dealership for service and sales. In the business world today we could use more examples like the one you've shown us.Car buying easy
