    My husband and I were pleased with the people we met and talked to at Sneed Ford. Baron was our first salesman (knowledgable and friendly) but unavailable the next day we went back. We ended up purchasing a Ford Fiesta with Rich (also knowledgable and friendly) and chatted for several minutes with Dennis Sneed as we were doing paperwork. Overall we had a great experience.

    I found Sneed Ford from Autotrader.com looking for a Focus, since Fusions were just a bit out of my price range. Baron greeted us all and was very helpful in getting us to the cars we were looking at. After looking at a few cars, I was kind of let down by what the Focus is. Baron was able to find me a Fusion that wouldn't break my wallet. Now I am the proud owner of a 2011 Fusion SE! Oh, and Dennis is a talker. Introverts, keep to a small amount of topics to bring up ;) A huge bonus was that they delivered my car, detailed, and with a full tank of gas.

    Congrats to Dennis Sneed Ford located in Gower, MO for the excellent customer service I received and the outstanding price for my 2011 F150 Platinum. I had been looking for a while and ran across this vehicle online. I could not be happier with my purchase. vehicle only had 29000 miles and was in excellent shape. not only that but it was priced about $4000 cheaper than other comparable vehicles. The buying experience was pressure free, and a really relaxing atmosphere. I would not hesitate to do business with Dennis Sneed Ford again and would readily recommend to friends and family. Keep up the good work guys. I have to give a shout out to Robert Rogero. I appreciate the excellent service. Very satisfied customer.

    My name is Lou Henke. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Focus from Dennis Sneed Ford as a replacement for his car that was rear-ended and totaled. Their salesman, Richard Carnhan was very helpful and made the car buying experience efficient and enjoyable. The only down side was the distance from our home, but was well worth the drive. They had the right car at the best price.

    Found a SUV on the Internet, called and talked to Baron Washington Jr. about it. Sounded like what we'd been looking for and it was a lot cheaper price then anywhere in our area. We drove approx 160 miles to see the SUV, got with Baron, he showed us the vehicle and let us test drive it. Baron was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were dealing with an insurance company and couldn't buy it at that moment but he let us put money down to hold it. About a week later we went back and purchased it. Overall, a very good experience.

    My son bought an MKT from this dealership. He recommended I watch their website and listings. I found a prospect vehicle, called them and arranged a test drive. It was what I wanted, and I bought it. I was treated well and the dealer communication was excellent. Would buy here again.

    I was set to purchase a vehicle from them, I went to the dealership, had talked with the finance manager Brian multiple times. I was told, it was fine they could get it worked out no problem! First they didn't have a car that would suit my financial needs, then they told me to wait until their next shipment came in. Always look at the Carfax from this place, most all of their vehicles have some sort of damage. So I waited until the next lot of cars came in and picked out the one I wanted. I was so excited! Went into the office and the finance manager assured me he knew all the Ford people and it would be no problem. Well then it was, I need this much down and only 48 months. Not even close to what we had talked about. So then Brian says, well just let me work on it and I will call you back. Well folks it has been going on 3 weeks, 4 messages left and nothing. What poor follow through and communication. At least I work with a large following of professionals and can steer them away from the horrendous chaos they could expect from dealing with these people. Stay away and save yourself the hardship

    I was in the market for a used 2007 Eclipse GT, I found a listing via the internet which lead me to this dealer. It was listed for $200 less than TMV and $1400 less than blue book. The price was reasonable. The Carfax was clean. (which is a plus but not always accurate) I was unsure if I wanted to trade my 2003 Grand Am. We began talking numbers. They offered me more for my trade than other dealerships and value I was finding online. So to save myself the headache of private sale and cost to repair some cosmetic issues on my GA, I accepted the trade. My salesman had me at a price I was ok with. But things began to go south when they realized I had my own financing. The finance manager was insistant that I go with the 3.75% they could get me over my 4.5% I had already been approved for with my bank. I did not feel the few dollars saved was worth my hassle. The way they treated me after that was very rude and short. I did a final once over on the car to realize some deep cuts to the outer wall of a tire. I DID NOT ask for it to be replaced or part of the "deal", I asked if they could get me one at dealer cost because I felt the tire to be unsafe. I went back the next day with the Check from my bank, The finance manager told me that they priced the vehicle to reflect that damage. Fine.... but I did not ask you to take it off the price.. I asked to get a replacement tire at dealer cost for me to purchase. Which I do not feel to be unreasonable. My husband was shocked at how rude and short they were to me, I said "yeah they are done dealing with me"... I have not heard back from my salesman. Shocker.
    • We strive hard to resolve any customer complaints or issues as best we can. The dealership has grown dramatically since Dennis's purchase in 1996 as a direct result of very satisfied customers who buy from us time and time again. I'm not sure how us selling you a vehicle for less than TMV and blue book, offering you more for your trade, and pushing for you to take a better finance rate constitutes the "worst buying experience ever"?! We apologize for the misunderstanding, a simple reiteration that you just wanted a tire for cost would have helped, that is an accommodation we would have been glad to oblige.

    Don't deal with this dishonest dealer. Placed a deposit on a car to hold after being told by salesperson 'Joe' that it would be refunded if the deal didn't go through. Asked for confirmation in writing twice from Joe and once from the accounting clerk who handled my deposit. Nope. Owner decided that a week was too long to wait for me to come see the car from a distance, and so they never gave the deposit back. Wouldn't even try to do business with this dealer again.

    I was in the market for a truck and had a trade-in that I was severely upside down in. Dennis Sneed's sales & finance team were very helpful in getting me into the vehicle which Ford Motor Credit would allow the carry-over. So, I got into a late model certified pre-owned F150 and was pretty excited to finally be in the truck I wanted. However, just 2 days after bringing the truck home it broke down. I was confident I would be taken care of, since the truck was sold to me as a CPO vehicle. After calling roadside assistance, I learned that the warranty was not in the system and they wanted me to pay $140 for the tow! This all happened an hour from where I bought the truck, so I had to have it towed to a closer dealership. Thankfully, the other dealership worked out something with Dennis Sneed's so I didn't have to pay upfront for the tow. Again, the warranty was not in the system so they didn't even start working on the truck for a week! It took a whole week for Dennis Sneed's people to straighten out the warranty with Ford. Turns out, the truck needs a cam shaft and a timing chain. So much for being a reliable truck like the dealership insisted. Had it not been for Ford Motor Credit insisting the truck be certified, I would have been screwed royally by Dennis Sneed Ford. Throughout this whole ordeal, the dealership performing the repairs has been way more accommodating and understanding than the people at Dennis Sneed ever were.
    • We apologize the F150 you purchased had issues so soon after purchase. Thousands of pre-owned cars pass through the dealership and we do our best checking each one out and ensuring items are fixed that need such. Certified Pre-Owned is a great Ford Motor Company program that we do an extraordinary amount of business through, however it does take time for the warranty to enter the system. If you would have been forced to pay out of pocket for the tow, you would have absolutely been reimbursed. I dont know the details on the truck you purchased, but come check out the 2010 and 2011 F150's, an unbelievably gorgeous and reliable truck with full warranty!

    Bought a 2005 Pontiac from Dennis Sneed. It was used and sold as is. The car broke after 6 days of driving. Even on day 4 it was starting to have trouble. Now after 6 days of driving it has quit has been taken to another shop,(because Dennis Sneed and his employees wont do anything about it). The car now needs a new motor it has bent several rods and there is oil all through the fuel lines and intake. I have called this dealer several times to see if they could do anything to help,maybe they felt the least bit sorry for selling me a LEMON. They have said "not our fault you drove off the lot" and "it was running when you left". So if you want a dealer that is honest,with moral values,and the least bit caring. This is not the place for you. Never ever ever will I let someone I know shop at Dennis Sneed. I hope people who read this Take this to heart and NEVER SHOP AT DENNIS SNEED!!!

    Brian E. our sales person sent me some information to me that I requested about on the options that the Explorer came with. This information that he sent states that the 2008 Explorer came with Leather heated bucket seats. Well the vehicle that we purchased we later found out did not have the seat heaters and various other options that were not on the vehicle we purchased from Dennis Sneed Ford. I also was told that I would be receiving 5.1% financing and after my wife and I came down we received 6.9%. I questioned Brian about it and he said that Terry R.was doing the financing was upset he had to stay late and that not to worry, he would talk to him about it. But again he assured us he could get 5.1% because that was what previous customers were getting. I am somewhat disappointed because after talking with Brian he referred me to Ray the Sales Manager. He just assured me I received an excellent price. Terry R. from financing called me back after I sent the owner an E-Mail on what was going on and he called Harris N.A. Financing and told me he had worked out 5.8% financing for us. I has since learned that my rate is still 6.9%.

    I am loving my new car from Dennis Sneed! All of the employees were so friendly and worked hard to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They listened to me and helped me find the car to best suit my needs. I left with a completely different car then I had planned but I could not be happier!

    I just purchased my like new (to me) Ford Fusion from Dennis Sneed Ford. They were EXTREMELY helpful in the whole process from start to finish. I was looking for a certain car that they didn't have. Within hours, (I wasn't even home yet) they called me back and found the exact car I have been looking for. I traded in my old car that they gave me MORE money than I paid for the car over 4 years ago. Carey and Dennis were extremely helpful the whole time. Brain which is the finance guy, got me a rate and payment that was way lower than I would ever excepted. In the end, I would definitely recommend Dennis Sneed Ford to everyone. SUPER GREAT DEALS!!! Their cars are thousands and thousands lower than any other place I looked. If you like the laid back, non aggressive atmosphere, this is the place to go and buy your next car. They even have a real fireplace!!!

    I flew down there to get a vehicle I purchased over the phone more then less... Everything promised to me was given to me. They even came to the airport to pick me up when I got there. They gave me quotes on shipping and kept true to there word and I drove home in a great vehicle. Awesome experience thanks guys
