They turned the whole negative car buying experience into a positive. They were friendly, courteous, professional… and willing to listen to what we wanted not what they needed us to buy. They found us exactly what we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. They spent alot of time showing us all the cars features and how to use them. He first went over the vehicles that we were interested in and gave us more than enough time to make a decision on what we wanted to do in regards to choosing the vehicle wanted. Once we committed we got the… ball rolling and in no time we on our way out with a new 2013 Focus in hand. Brad is a really nice, down to earth person that made the process easy. It's what you always want when you go to a dealership. Let's face it, getting rushed can be a deterrent; but it did not happen. I received an offer via Edmunds from Matt within hours of requesting one. I met with Matt over my work lunch hour--that's how long it… took to make a deal! Dan K. had all my financing paperwork ready to go prior to my next visit to pick up the vehicle, then Matt went over all the safety gizmos with me before I drove it off the lot. Altogether, I spent less than two pleasant hours working with this dealer to purchase a new vehicle. In fact, all of the people at Bommarito were extremely friendly and helpful, including the… receptionists who greeted me every time I walked in or even called. I liked how knowledgeable Nathan was. He was always able to answer my questions. I also liked how prompt Matt was in helping me when I first started my search for a new car. Both salesmen were friendly and I was impressed at how well they worked together in order to assist me. They were both very professional and helpful without being pushy. I appreciated that. Tony did a great job of explaining everything as we went over my financing. Nathan, Matt, and Tony really made my experience a pleasant one. This was a relief since shopping for a vehicle makes me extremely nervous, especially since my dad (who is deceased) is not able to help me. We were not hounded by salesman when we were looking at different cars on the lot. After narrowing it… down we went inside the sales room and Don came over and introduced himself. He allowed us to tell him exactly what we were looking for and then he showed us cars we were interested in. We were able to put our car seat in the back of every sedan we looked at to make sure it fit and left enough room to not have to adjust the front seats. Don was always upfront and honest about the dealership ad from the paper and how the pricing worked. He was patient with us as we discussed different options and pricing. We ended up getting the 2013 Ford Fusion and are very excited. I would recommend Bommarito Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. The staff was polite and helped us through the entire process. They never tried to sell me more car than I wanted and didn't try to push me on upgrades I did not want. I had one car in mind and he showed me another that was nicer, newer and had fewer miles and a lower price. He even went out of his way to help me get the windows tinted before… I picked the car up! He also picked me up at my house the morning we closed on it so I didn't have to find a ride to the dealership. This is the guy you want to deal with if you want a knowledgeable, friendly professional and a great price. I'll be back when I need another car. Thanks Tom!
