He was very attentive to us and did not try to rush us off after the sale was made. He not only answered all of our… questions about many different features we were not used to, he showed us in depth on how they worked. He also showed us a few things we were not aware of. Jeff followed up with us a few days later to make sure we were happy with everything and to see if we had any additional questions. Jeff was a pleasure to do business with. We will be back as well as tell others of the great experience we had.Great service

by Happy_F150 on 02/25/2017Shopping for my 4th F150, and gave Bommarito their first chance. I built a 2017 King Ranch truck online, and Bommarito had one in stock. I was motivated and prepared to negotiate. Disappointed by the color on the 2017, Nathan found a… lonely 2015 Platinum with 130 milesi in my color on the lot. It has more than I wanted and a little less than what I had built. So, I took it for a test drive with the massage seat turned off. Must admit, I fell in love with this "smarter than me" truck. $12K off the sticker price on the windshield, 20K trade in (when I knew the range was 18K-21K), plus Bommarito's add to the original mfg. warranty, I had so much of my budget leftover, I negotiated nothing, except for Nathan to get me out of here in my new truck in the most expeditious manner possible. by CRedge2016 on 01/05/2017The sales managers at Bommarito Ford provided exceptional customer service. At the end of the year inventory is slim but that's when I was shopping for a SUV. I knew what I wanted and the color and had my mind set on it. I knew it was… going to be a challenge. Mark Kofskie and his manager Brad could have let me walk away but they did not give up. They looked high and low for a Platinum Ford Edge with the 302A plan in magnetic. They finally found the exact car I wanted and closed the sale by year end. Mark was very transparent with pricing, rebate offers and always kept in touch with me throughout the process of the car hunt. If it wasn't for his professionalism, patience and friendliness I probably would have walked away and bought a different brand of car. Once I purchased the car, the finance experience was just as good. All options were explained and the process was painless. Overall the customer service was top notch. Mark worked hard for this sale but never gave up until his customer was happy. I would highly recommend him and this dealership.
