by Robert Simpson on 10/21/2024They use deception to sell you car they want to sell. Then the finance department will get you every way they can. Don’t go here trusting they will take care of you unless you want to be taken to the cleaners.Unethical and deceptive practices
by Chris on 06/09/2024This dealership and the sales team uses unethical and deceptive practices. We were pressured into a nonrefundable deposit to hold the car because "a team member's family was coming into buy it". Kamal told us multiple times it is was… anyone's game until we paid the deposit. They were not upfront with details on the car title and warranty. After we paid the deposit and arranged travel to pick up the car we received a text from Kamal that "he forgot" to inform us there was no warranty. All advertisements indicated a warranty. We didn't purchase the car and they made money off of us.I got exactly what I wanted!

by Nathan P on 02/05/2023I was told by a salesman (Tommy S.) that the car I was interested in would be ready the next day: after I waited all day to hear from him. I told him I would see him the next day. I drive over an hour to get there and was told the vehicle… wouldnt be ready for a week, even though I had already found it on the lot and it had been "made ready". They(Jeff H.) flat refused to sell the truck to me...prejudiced maybe? BAIT and SWITCH? Run; dont walk from this place.Found my car!

Went into the dealership 3 months ago with not the best situation, Ryan took the time to talk to me and say if you do these certain things come back in 3… months and I can get you in the car you want, and you know what I walk out 3 months later with that car. They didn't just try to sell me any car they took the time to get me in the car I wanted. That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would tell anyone looking to buy, go here first. Thanks again to Ryan and Fred you have a customer for life.....Save yourself the headache!
by Justin_w on 08/15/2017I would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They seem like great people until the deal is closed; then they act like they don't even know you. Here is what I had to deal with. I purchased a 2011 Chevy Corvette From… autocenters in Herculaneum, Mo. The day I test drove the vehicle, they had just pulled it out of the wash bay. It was clean, started right up, ran great. I was pleased. This was on Saturday. They had the car listed for 26,000 I believe. I returned monday and purchased the car for 25,500. It was a pretty good deal, honestly the best deal I could find in the surrounding 300 mile Radius. I got all my paper work and left with a dealer plate due to them running out of temp tags. I came back three days later and told them that I was experiencing something odd with the vehicle; it took an extreme amount of time before The engine would start. I spoke to Ryan about this, the finance guy, and he stated that he experienced this when he drove the car and then found out that this problem was brought to light and the Manager, davon, was aware of this. When I spoke to him about this he told me there was nothing he could do and that he gave me a good deal on the car and because of that, his hands were tied. After teaching him that that was no way to do business, he stated that due to previously writing a good review on FB he would pay to get it fixed... but I had to pay a $250 deductible and I was limited to taking it to Dobbs tire and auto. I took the car to Dobbs but they couldn't find anything. After taking multiple videos of the car barely starting, I just gave up and figured I'd be better off taking it somewhere else. A few days later my bank calls and stated that the dealership had messed up my title and entered the wrong information regarding the Lein holder and submitted the wrong info to the dmv. I contacted Ryan regarding this matter somewhere around 25 times over the next two weeks. He kept telling me that he would send me an affidavit and a Lien release from this bank that now technically owned my car. After this guy blew me off countless times, I decide to personally drive over there. I spoke with Davon and he stated that he was unaware of the problem and within 15 minutes I had an affidavit in hand. *mind blown* Fast forward to August 12. I go to the DMV with all the documents they provided and found out very quickly that they failed to provide me with a tittle application; I contacted Davon and he emailed me one 20 minutes later. I then was told that My Safety Inspection was expired. Auto centers had an emissions and safety done in April. My emissions was still good (dealers get 120 days on these) however my safety was not. So a simple DMV trip turned into a 7a-12p ordeal and a ton of running. I will say that I genuinely think Davon is a good guy; however, he is surrounded by an incompetent team. I knew going into this ordeal that I probably shouldn't buy from a small dealership, but I was optimistic. My experience with these guys was a nightmare and I would NOT suggest this dealership to anyone. Please beware! If you do buy from them, make sure you get your title application, and closely examine your emissions and safety dates. I'd also take the vehicle into another dealership and have them go thriugh it if you're serious about the purchase.Satisfied

by theresa on 06/02/2017i wld never buy a car from this place..they r rude the finance manager and when u disagree w/him he doesnt want to hear what u have top say bc he is always right. i told aaron i didnt want to come there if i was not approved r going home… in a newer vehicle...he said no problem i will take care of u...aaron was very nice but the finance mgr gave me a runaround bc he wldnt listen to the facts i am writing bbb and attorney general. rudest finance mgr i ever meetSo glad they're in Herculaneum
by jeffcoguy on 03/14/2017It's about time our town got a dependable used dealer that's not a buy-here pay here junk car lot. The big box dealers near it are not much better! This place is great, we really enjoyed our experience. What used dealer has enough… confidence to give a free lifetime warranty? Autocenters does! The manager Ryan was great too! We love our truck, we even got it lifted through them.
