Fantastic customer service

My sales man Tim Weatherman was amazing, he was down to earth, pearsonable, he knew his cars and he showed he cared about our needs. All other salesman… there were also very kind. The finance guy Ryan also very nice.Thank you for your rating and review. Tim was very happy to help.
An asset to your company
by Cindy on 08/26/2018The salesman " Tim weatherman" was so very helpful, patient, informative about options. He had helped my daughter purchase a car in the morning. This was my grandsons first experience with purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. Tim listened… to what he wanted and mentored him in make the best choice. Tim also listen to my daughter and myself to see where we where wanting my grandsons to go. He was so patient with him, going back and forth from the new car lots to used for test drives. My grandson is very smart about trucks, but thinking of buying was also dreaming. My grandson had made up his mind to keep his truck and not buy. I told him to tell Tim of his decision. Tim did more talking and just visiting. Tim did NOT try to sale my grandson a truck for a big paycheck for himself. He seemed very genuine and did not try to just make a sale. He is a great asset to your team and company. He worked with us from 8 am to 7 pm. What a guy. He knew car makes, models and engines and reliability.Thank you for your review. We are happy you had such a great experience with Tim.

The Dealer That Covers Everything: Customer Service, Price, Warranty

Both were great! They answered all questions and took away any anxiety about driving 90… minutes to purchase a car. Their professionalism and customer service, along with a great dealer warranty, made the decision to purchase from Roper very easy. Let's not forget that there are 2 other Honda dealerships MUCH closer to me in northwest Arkansas. Since we had our 2 year old son with us, I love that you guys had a place for him to play with some toys and run off some energyIt was a pleasure having you as a guest. We are always treated with the utmost respect anytime we walk in the door. Everyone is so friendly and… welcoming! We greatly appreciate Rick Brown for his excellence in leadership. Mark Reynolds is an outstanding salesman! He was so kind to us as we made decisions to purchase new vehicles. He went out of his way to be sure we had the opportunity to try out several vehicles.
