    Very professional. Like the fact that I was instructed on several items that I did not know about. Like the collision alert, did not know that there were three positions to set the alarm. Also, the most important one was the cooling system. I though you just put it on auto and it did the air conditioning or heat. No, was instructed on the proper use of this. Thanks a bunch.

    The salesman was great. One of the best I've had. But when my new 2014 Silverado started with the vibration issue (see my review of the 2014, or just google "2014 Silverado Vibration to see the hundreds of others with the issue), the service department worked diligently for a month or so, and then gave up and said call GM. And of course, GM directed me back to them.

    This visit was better than expected. Ted has not been very attuned to my needs as I came to the desk in the past. This was a far better experience than in the past. I appreciate the improvement.

    Kevin Burke is excellent.I have purchased many cars and have never had a better buying experience.I live over 1000 miles away but had to find Kevin before I made this purchase.

    It would have been really nice to have the car vacuumed out. Other dealers do take the time to do this service as a courtesy.

    Brian Cox was our sales man and he was great. He didn't try and force us to buy anything we weren't interested in. I would buy another vehicle from Jim Trenary and Brian in the future.

    Jeff was wonderful in his follow-up from our internet contact. He stayed late on Tues to do this. As was Tara who did fabulous job with loan and also stayed late on a night she would finish at 6. Impressed with everyone

    Kevin Burke was extremely helpful, informative, and helped us make the optimum choice of a new vehicle, without undue pressure, and informed us of many rebates and financing options. He was pleasant to work with and a model salesperson.

    Brought the car in for it's first routine maintenance. Was told there were a couple of recall issues to address. I was happy these were taken care of; just took a little longer than expected.

    Service personnel are highly qualified for their job. They are always pleasant and answer all of my questions and concerns. I am very comfortable there and have bought 3 cars from them. When I am in the market for another Chevy vehicle, I will buy it at Jim Trenary!

    Steve in the service department has gone above and beyond for me to make sure that I was and have been taken care of. Prior to my last two visits, I was becoming discouraged of the dealership because no one was willing to really show me that they truly cared to actually acknowledge the issue with my car. The biggest disappointment was the fact that I was facing a possible $100 diagnosis test charge and a rental change if the issue wasn't covered under my warranty. Although I had been in prior to those visits with the same issue and my warranty was still in affect, yet they couldn't find anything wrong with it...I even recorded the sound my car made and complained of the check engine light coming on. So I decided not to leave my car and took it to O'Riley's and they diagnosed it for FREE. After calling Jim Trenary about the issue...I scheduled an appointment to have my car fixed...it was the Thermostat that was faulty. Discovered that it was no longer covered under warranty. I was very disappointed knowing I had made previous trips with the same issue. Steve and the manager made me finally feel like someone cared and was sure to take care of me and have my car ready and fixed for me without any hassle. That spoke measures to me and it helped me to make my decision to become a loyal customer to Jim Trenary. I personally work in Customer Service, so I honestly look at these type of qualities in businesses and I also learn from too. Thank you Steve for making me feel like I mattered. It made for a new meaning to me for the word graciousness. I deeply appreciate your excellence.

    It was a pleasure to be helped by Kevin Burke. He was extremely friendly. He even made sure the vehicle was ready for us when we arrived (started out conversation by chat on your website). He answered all of our questions and helped us get a great deal on upgrading our current vehicle to one more conducive for our new family.

    My visit to service was perfect. Ted in service was very friendly and professional. The waiting area was very nice. The problem was diagnosed quickly and it was something that couldn't be fixed while I waited so Ted set me up with a loaner car and I came back for mine the next day and it runs like new. What more could I ask for. I had never met Ted before and he treated me like an old friend!

    I'm always happy when I buy a new vehicle from Jim T., but I always end up aggravated when I get maintenance. This past week I got an oil change and they didn't fill the washer fluid, before that they didn't rotate the tires. The time before that they returned my truck with so much oil in it you couldn't get any type of reading. I keep coming back because the price is good but honestly I would be afraid to get any other type of service.

    Kevin B. was one of the most enjoyable salesman I've ever worked with, and I've bought a lot of cars! Instead of questioning some things when I pulled away as I've done on other purchases, I simply enjoyed the new ride home. Lots of credit to Kevin B.!

    Very courteous. Although they were busy when I arrived I had several techinicians apologize forthe delay and someone would be with me shortly. Ken especially is the most courteous.
