So very happy with my new Ford Maverick. The entire process was a joy. The Pundman team made us feel like celebrities. We got the star treatment from start to finish; and after the sale as well. Most highly recommend this dealership.

My only complaint would be to give me a rental up front instead of making me get a ride back to the dealership after leaving me without a truck for 4-5 days. I know paid rental is based on my CNA… warranty, but it's tough to be without wheels!Quality service at a fair price!

The staff is friendly at the desk when I arrive at the appointed time, and my car is serviced in a timely manner. If there are any… additional items that come up during the servicing on the car, the staff immediately contacts me to determine what the course of action needs to be. I receive a print out of what the findings were during the servicing and staff goes over all of the details. The best part? No oil drips in the garage or driveway (always happens when I've gone to oil change only places)and a smooth running Ford!Great service

There was one, which they promptly fixed free of charge. Ford sends me mail quite often, but I hadn't… received any notification from them about this recall. I'm glad Pundmann Ford was so attentive.We're pleased to hear everything was completed to your satisfaction, cannaford! Hands down the best Dealer in St Louis.

Ford should be extremely proud of the safe vehicle they build. We… came to Pundmann Ford to buy another Ford explorer and chose to order a 2016 Ford explorer. Branden officer was absolutely amazing to deal with through the whole process. We got to meet and deal with the Sales Manager, John Foley and also Lauren in finance. Everyone made this process warm, friendly and they were very concerned with my family and glad they were ok. This place is honest, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is genuinely exceptional in every way. Love Pundman Ford and My New Ford 150 Truck

He is always polite, honest, and helpful. When dale is involved I know my vehicle will receive the attention it… deserves. He also has a sense of humor. I've always herd good things about the Pundman Ford Family in the community, but found out how Phenomenal they were when I met Tim Pundman. This guy is a man's man and he did everything he could possible do to assist me at a very critical time in my Life. Having an engine go out on a ten year old truck is not easy to swallow. Especially, when one has purchased Ford product since learning how to drive. Yet, Tim was very patient as I struggled to deal with the loss and with being faced with having to buy a new truck that wasn't in my future plans. Tim sat and talked with my wife and I for hours and days until we could make a decision on a choice that met our family needs. He is a good man and will be a strong pillar in the community if he continues to represent the Ford organization the way he did with my family. My salesman Wilbur mozee, is an employee that Pundman Ford and the Ford organization should always honor and cherish. I've never met a person more loyal to his employer and friends. He is a strong Christian and also remained patient and understanding as my wife and I struggled to decide what we should do. He is another reason I will always purchase a Ford product and tell all my friends to do the same. Wilbur is very loyal to his employer and to being a good person and treating people fair. Simply, he is a man that does what is right. The financial representative Lorne Stevens, was outstanding. He didn't just talk business, he talked about family, sports, his experiences with the Ford organization, and his satisfaction with buying a similar Ford 150. He also helped me understand the importance of purchasing additional coverage on my new selection to help avoid future problems. Lorne is another good example of the good people working at Pundman Ford. I don't know the names of the other staff who were equally polite and accommodating even though I wasn't working directly with them. Staff in the new and used car departments were very helpful. Pundman Ford has a good operation and an outstanding organizational culture in place. You can be proud of this organization; I am. This has been the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car, home, and or most anything I have ever purchased. God Bless!Very professional

Safety inspection
by windows1258 on 10/05/2015It was good. It took quite awhile to get an appointment due to high volume of service. Dan Shelton is always so nice & helpful. Would be nice if there was some source of valet during the entire time of operation. We don't have any family &… few friends who live close by & I'm handicapped right now & unable to drive - so when my husband got off work we had to call a taxi to pick up the car.We set high expectations for ourselves so its gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us, windows1258. He told me that I wouldn't be able to get me in for an hour and half at least. I understood, so I… went home and came back later. After I dropped my car off to get it serviced, I went to browse cars. I ran into Steve Pundman and was shown a Ford Edge. I told him what had happened and he asked if I wanted to take the edge to go and get breakfast. A half hour later my truck was done. My husband is deployed and I was going back to Lousiana (where we live now) so I am very grateful to Pundman for being so nice and getting my vehicle in and out promptly, as well as allowing me to drive the edge to get breakfast. I was very stressed out earlier and these two men made my day so much better. I will recommend Pundman in the future. THANK YOU! -Hanah Blakegreat service

2015 Mustang GT

First, our salesperson, Gary Schmidt was extremely helpful in answering questions and knowledgeable on all the options and controls. His manner was very calm and professional. He did a… good job of presenting alternatives rather than trying to steer us in a specific direction. We also received a very fair price for our trade in and the negotiation was very painless. The finance options presented by Loren were excellent and he managed to save us money on our payment from our original choice. Loren made the extended warranty options very clear. I have been purchasing new vehicles since 1980 in multiple states and the staff at Pundmann's was clearly the most professional that I have ever dealt with. They made a difficult process very simple and relaxing. If I have the opportunity, I will purchase my next vehicle from Pundmann.Thank you for this positive review of the team. Great service and excellent staff

So I called the dealership and spoke with Matt and he told me to go out and buy a new… battery at Auto Zone and he would mail me a check for the full cost of the battery. Pundmann Ford has definitely taken excellent care of me. They also told me, if I had any issues whatsoever with my truck, they would make it right. I will continue to go back to them in the future for any of my car purchases. Thank you Pundmann Ford staff for take such good care of me.Great Service
