The General Manager brought the car (he was borrowing it) into the dealership on his day off for me to test drive. Nate, the sales rep, did… NOT treat me like a girl that knows nothing about cars (like most do) and the Mike, the finance manager, even got me a better loan rate (from my own bank that I was planning on using)! The team worked to cover up scratches and buff out small scrapes which made the vehicle look new! Jake then helped me load the app into my phone so it would connect to the car. great place for a used car
by benzbaby on 07/11/2017Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I… was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. We had been to Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO, Springfield, MO, and Jefferson City, MO. We did not want a new vehicle, but a slightly used vehicle would… have been great. We were in Springfield, MO, and searching the internet. We found a used 2011 Toyota Avalon Limited, at Dave Sinclair Ford in St. Peters, MO. We contacted Brian D., a sales assistant, and found that the vehicle was still for sale. A long story short, and a longer drive to St. Peters, MO, from Springfield, MO. We contacted Brian, and we bought the car. Just for your information, we had checked with Edmunds, and found that the asking price was very good. We thank Edmunds for giving us a heads up on the price. We also thank Dave Sinclair Ford for an easy transaction on the purchase of the 2011 Toyota Avalon Limited.Working with Dave Sinclair Lincoln
