My car was completed in the time he estimated and the service technician did a great job as well. I noticed that my car is running quieter… today due to the service work completed yesterday. I love that you all wash my car when you're done. Thanks!Stress Free and Happy

by montess1 on 08/05/2009This place SUCKS! Bought a car in 2008 and everything seemed great. Just a week ago, my intake gasket goes bad and I leak anti-freez everywhere (car is undrivable). Lou Fusz proudly represents their exclusive "Engines Forever" guarantee… where "Your engine is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle". WRONG! Lou Fusz happily offered to tow my vehicle to their dealership knowing beforehand (since I had the car professionally looked at prior) that the intake gasket was bad. Two hours later....Bill calls me to say "Yes, it is your intake gasket, however, that is NOT covered". WHAT?! Then he proceeds to tell me that I am responsible for paying the diagnostic, the tow bill and, if I choose to have them fix my car, that they will do it for $750.00! Needless to say, I am contacting my attorney and the BBB. I am sure this is something I will be fighting for months and most likely be selling my car just so I can buy another from a different dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!You are unlikely to find a good price here...
by jr44 on 06/28/2009No wonder GM is bankrupt. If this dealership is any indication, GM will have a hard time coming back. Many, many, many, dusty vehicles on this lot and not so many customers. Couldn't figure out why the prices were so high in comparison… to others (Ford, Dodge, etc). No willingness to deal here. Got the feeling they would rather wait for someone to pay full price vs. moving inventory. If you are in love with Chevy and don't mind paying a bit more, shop here.Highly Recommend!!!

Ashley helped me with a lot of research before my visit, and there was never any pressure from her, Management, or the amazing finance dude Eric F. I have worked for many… dealerships in my past, and I can honestly say none of them even come close to Fusz. Ashley went above and beyond finding me the car I wanted, getting it for the price I wanted, and helping me with my trade. She worked on it non-stop and also worked with me on my schedule. She is quite the asset to your company, and more friendly then most people at dealerships. Special thanks to Louie, too!Maury did a great job finding the right car for us

He never tried to push us into something we didn't want. He helped my husband and I both find the… exact cars we wanted. Then we met with Eric, our business manager. He was the nicest, most efficient business manager we have ever dealt with in buying a car. He made sure we knew all of our options but never once tried to pursuade us or push us to take anything. When we went in to do all the paperwork, I had called my bank in the morning to get a loan offer from them to compare to what Eric could find. Well, I found out that there was a problem on my credit report and was not sure I was going to be able to get a car. Eric must have called in every favor anybody ever owed him and then begged because he got me an excellent loan percentage rate. I know it took him a lot of work to do that for me. Again, best car buying experience we have ever had.Thank you Karen for your business.

by reccardt on 02/21/2012updated 04/26/2025I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD Ext Cab WT from Lou Fusz Chevrolet. The salesperson was Joe Troia; the Business Manager was Tod Zamler. I first talked to Joe on the phone and gave him a list of what items I was looking… for in a truck. When I mentioned I wanted a long bed in addition to an extended cab, Joe suggested I make sure I had enough room in my garage for a long bed. He was right, there wasn't enough room. I would have bought a truck that would not fit in my garage! Within a couple of days, Joe called to say he had a truck I might want. It was a "work truck" (WT) so the price was less than a "luxury truck" which sounded good to me. The truck matched my list exactly. While I met with Todd Zamler to finalize the financing, Joe saw to it that my new truck was professionally cleaned, filled up with gas, and had the license plates attached. Even though it was past the end of Joe's work day, he insisted on "walking me through" the use of ON STAR, cruise control, windshield wipers (it was raining), 4 wheel drive engager, etc. He even programmed some raidio stations and set the clock. These were all things I could have learned from my manual, but it was much nicer having someone show me. Both Joe and Todd went out of their way to make my truck buying experience an enjoyable one.Thank you for your purchase! We value your business.

I was a little wary when visiting Fusz, but once I was greeted my Ashley, all fears were set aside. Her and I kept in contact for quite some time, and she honored… everything she said throughout the whole sale. I will definitely recommend her everyone I know, as well as buy my future cars from her. Way to go Ashley!Loved everything about them!

We had filled out the form online, yet our trade in was the sort that had to be seen in person due to some damage. ( They gave me a great price on my trade in.) When we got there, one of… the first things we noticed was all the smiles and courtesies. It was extremely laid back, no pushing to sell. Yet, at the same time they never gave up on me. My credit is less than perfect to put it mildly and I couldn't afford much money down or big car payments, yet I also wanted a car with lots of safety features. These are things that all the other dealers were struggling with. My saleswoman Ashley was great and kept trying. I thought she would give up on me but she never did. I was able to get my very first brand new car...a 2012 Sonic!! She only had 6 miles on her and I LOVE it!!! When my car was found in inventory she even scoured the entire lot to find it hidden amongst some pick up trucks. I tell people God hid her there for me and then found me a truly dedicated and passionate salesperson like Ashley to find it for me :) Everyone there was great and very helpful!!Lou Fusz Chevrolet has outstanding customer service.

I was attempting to get the best for my money and feel I was able to get that at Lou Fusz with Mr. Williamson. I called up about a car I saw… online. They were able to meet me at a decent price and fix the 2 things that I that I thought the car needed to be in good condition. I have had my car for a little over 2 months and have no complaints. She was very helpful and professional. I drove 2 1/2 hours on a Thursday and Joe T. stepped in because Alexis had the day… off. He also was very professional. After the paperwork he took me out and went over all the features with me. I have purchased GM autos all my life and must say Lou Fusz and staff had me in and out in record time and was the best experience I ever had with a dealer. They consistently exceed our expectations and provide exemplary customer service. The service technicians… are highly knowledgeable, diagnose and fix the problem very timely. Ken F., Randy, Bill and Michelle always go above and beyond, and keep us updated on the status of the repairs until the job is complete. They send a rental reservation to Enterprise Leasing and provide courtesy transportation back and forth. We have always taken our vehicles in to Lou Fusz Chevrolet in St. Peters because of the superior level of service they provide, and we recommend them to all our friends and family.
