Our sales person went over the top to help us get into a new Jeep with out a down payment and gave us same day delivery. Now my… wife has a dependable car with a working heater to get around in this winter. Lithia's staff stayed late to get us taken care of and have been very helpful by answering my questions about the new ride. However, in the process of looking at what was in the lot at the mall and the prices of the vehicles, we did choose to buy. We found the salesman to be VERY helpful. If he wasn't… sure about something he asked those around him and he worked to get the sale done in a timely fashion. My husband had priced the same van we were considering at other dealerships, and found that the Lithia Dealership had the best price. We are very pleased with our purchase. We also appreciate the help in moving our camping gear from our old van to the new van. After checking several other dealerships I found that the salesman was very professional and immediately put me at ease. It was an enjoyable experience. He explained the process… after I had chosen the truck I wanted. Everything went so smoothly and in finishing he explained everything about the options I have and how to use them. With its great price, smooth ride, and excellent fuel economy this car meets not only our… needs but our desires as well. But I have to say the icing on the cake was the incredible experience of purchasing our car. From the moment we met Deidra, the Sales Associate; on the lot her focus was getting us into a car that met our needs as well as our desires. Later she introduced us to Todd, one of the managers, who went above the call of duty to get us the best deal on our car and a great price on our trades. Both Deidra & Todd went above and beyond to make us feel more than satisfied with our car buying experience. The communication was great and we never pressured, rushed, or manipulated. We always felt like the most important customer of the day buying the most expensive car on the lot. Between the two of us we have purchased more than a dozen cars and the truth is that this has been the best car buying experience either of us has ever had, by far!!! by weberc on 08/08/2007We brought our jeep into Lithia 4 times for the same warranty work. They won't touch it! Every time they want us to fill our their evaluation. They are so proud that there is no charge. That's because they won't touch it. We were told… that they will only work on cars under warranty that are purchased there. That won't happen! We will never buy one of their cars. It's too bad that the only Great Falls jeep dealer is so bad! Please someone - open a reputable jeep dealer in Great Falls!!!! We need it.warranty work plus plus

Not only did they give me a sheet that stated when my appointment was (date and time) but they then called me the day before to inform me that I had missed my appointment. There was no "hi this is **** from Lithia… motors, and I see here that your appointment was scheduled for today at such and such time." it was Me: "hello?" ****: "you missed your appointment." Me: "uh... Okay... But... Who is this?" ****: "****" Me: "excuse me?" ****: "from Lithia" I was like... Okay... Because my sheet says that its tomorrow at such and such time. All he had to say was that he didnt know how it could be moved and that when I came in the next day they may not be able to get me in after they had ordered my part on Jan 20, it arrived on the 22th. They did not call me. I went in on Feb. 18 to find out when the part was going to be in and they informed me that it had been in since then. Then when I had to reschedule again to today and when I got there he also tried to charge me $30 to clean my battery and tried to get me to pay for other stuff that didnt need done. All I needed was some warranty work. Just because your female, young, and dont understand everything doesnt mean its okay to sell me things I dont need. Then he told me it would take 2 hours, so I had someone come get me, to go do something and when they got there, he informs me that its done. Like... An hour later. I am very frustrated and might as well wait till I get to go home to Missoula again to get anything done. Ive never had a worse experience.
