    The salesman, Scott was very easy to work with, did not feel like he was trying to get one over me. Very professional and willing to work with me, will definitely buy a car from him again and recommend him to others as well.

    This dealership (via the head of the dealership) acknowledges they've had service scheduling problems for months but apparently has no concept of the need to not keep over scheduling. I've had several warranty repairs scheduled there. I schedule them a week or more in advance and am very flexible, i.e., I expect them to schedule me at a time when they can do the work at the time they tell me they will. I can wait a few days or a week if they have no available slots the week after I call, for example. For one appointment that should have been short, my vehicle sat for over an hour before they even moved it into the shop for the quick repair. Most recently, my vehicle sat for four hours before they finally moved it into the shop. Not once did anyone in service tell me there'd be a delay. Not once did they try even giving an excuse. I asked to talk to the service manager while I sat around the next four hours. I was promised he would come to me in the waiting area. He never did. I asked to talk to the head of the dealership. I was told to go online and send him an email even though he was in the building that day. As I said, they acknowledge they've had service issues for several months but seem to have no concept that you schedule based on the number of mechanics you have so you can get people in within, say, 10 minutes of their appointment time. The dealership head seems to feel they simply need to hire the "right" people and all will be well. Wrong--they need to work seriously on their scheduling policies and processes. I would never use this dealership except they are the only one who can do warranty work on my type of vehicle without a three hour or longer drive (each way).

    It took over a week to get in my part because they did not order it at all. Plus they never even said anything about the oil in my intake of my turbo . !!!

    I am still trying to sort out possible issues with my 2015 3500 Ram in regards to why the exhaust brake works most of the time but not sometimes. Also, sometimes when the tranny shifts, it seems to rev up before shifting into the next gear. I checked the tranny level and believe it is low, but want to confirm with the dealership before adding fluid. As I purchased unlimited oil changes, all service is done by their service department. All fluids are supposed to be checked at that time and maybe the tranny level is where it is supposed to be. Or, maybe it was missed in their inspection. For the most part, I think they are doing a good job and want it that way.

    Called about getting a Jeep Wrangler and they were able to find the one I wanted in Billings and have it to me in just a couple days. The salesman and manager ask me how I'm enjoying it every time I bring it in for my oil change - free lifetime oil changes thrown in when they found out I was in the military!

    I was looking for a small truck and took my 2008 Avenger in to trade and on 1 truck they gave me a trade in price, but then on another truck that trade in price was way different. Yeah, I'm gonna pay $700 on top of my car for a piece of crap 2000 Dakota that's falling apart, Really?

    I walked in looking for a truck that could tow at least 4,500 lbs. I was shown a 1500 RAM with a V6 engine that the salseman said could handle that weight. AFTER purchasing the truck I realized I had been hoodwinked and have been trying to find a resolution with the dealership for over a week now. They keep lying to me and have been very difficult to work with. I would stay away and not trust a thing they say!

    There is 2 recalls on my Avenger but of course my VIN doesn't match them, even though my car has the same issues. I set up appt. to have car looked at before I knew my VIN didn't match and the guy said don't drive car, airbags can deploy ANYTIME. Got my car there today to find out my Vin doesn't match, but you can go ahead and pay us to diagnose your problem. All the research I've found says NO ONES VINS match!!! Surprise surprise. The guy at the service desk was [non-permissible content removed], didn't care to even try to help me or even be cordial. Thanks for the death trap LITHIA!!

  • Lifetime Oil Changes

    When I bought my car I purchased the lifetime oil changes. Never a problem getting in and getting it done. I call to make an appointment, drop off car and pick it up later in the day. Sometimes I wait for it and have a complimentary cup of coffee with the salesmen and talk about the new models Chrysler is putting out.
