A Very Pleasant Buying Experience
by Willy64 on 11/29/2015My wife and I needed a replacement vehicle for a 2004 Camry. We wanted a compact and first visited Lithia Toyota in Missoula and met with Herbert, who showed us a 2015 Toyota Corolla. We test drove it but wanted to look at other vehicles… in the compact class. After looking at three other models, we returned to Lithia for a second look at the Corolla. We decided it was the car for us and completed the purchase in short order. The buying experience was unrushed and without pressure from the salesman. We appreciated the care taken to prepare the Corolla for us and my wife is quite pleased with it.2015 Toyota RAV4

We had independently decided to buy a Toyota RAV4 and when we walked into the dealer the only decision left to be made was what model and color. The dealer was happy to see us and was… accommodating as can be. We traded in two vehicles which we didn't get much for, but then they, in all honesty, weren't worth much. The price was in the range of what we expected, and other than having to fight off the attempt to sell us additional stuff, oil changes, undercoating, extended service stuff, we were comfortable enough with the staff. I wouldn't mind going back if I ever need another car.Exceptional Service

by Bknboy73 on 08/02/2015We stopped at Lithia of Missoula after looking at Tundra trucks in Spokane and Coeur D' Alene as well as Great Falls. I was specifically looking at an upper end Tundra model with all the bells and whistles to replace my 15 year old Ford… Excursion. The sales staffer, Travis, helped us with a complete and thorough explanation of all the features on 2 Tundras that we were interested in purchasing. He was patient and thorough even though it was late in the day and near closing time. We negotiated a very fair price in comparison to other dealerships on the phone the next day. We also asked for running boards to be mounted before we even closed on the deal. We then returned to Missoula the next day to close the deal. The closing was very low key and not pushy on buying all the financing and extended service and warranties compared to many dealerships we have visited. The closer Daniel, was very knowledgeable and convinced me to buy the lifetime oil change plan even though I had no interest in it when we started the discussion. After the sale was completed, Travis spent considerable time showing me how to mate my smartphone to the truck and entering all of my family destinations into the navigation system. He also helped program all the music programs on the Entune system including finding my favorite Serius/XM stations. This is very important for people in our age category who did not grow up with intuitive knowledge of these technology systems. I would definitely recommend this Lithia dealership to people I know. I might add that I am a long-time car enthusiast and buy a lot of cars from many different dealerships. This was a very good experience compared to some others.Taking care of customers
by Seisyndicate on 06/23/2015I was just in for an oil change, and mentioned that my paint was cracking. Ross grabbed your warranty person and looked at it to see if it would be covered. They said it would not. So I took it to blue ribbon auto body, where they said it… was bad, and Toyota should fix it. I called Ross back and told him what they said, and he said they would get back to me. Roger (service manager) called me the same day, and said the Toyota rep would be there on Wednesday, and he would like them to take a look at it and see if he could get them to take care of it. He asked if I could get an estimate from Blue Ribbon, as it would help. Only 6 days later, roger called me back with great news that they were going to take care pairing my truck. It's 2011 and only has 36,000 miles. The truck is 4 years old, but I felt that the paint should not be in that condition. Toyota makes great products. My mom owned two 4 runners and a Camry. My dad has a 2000 tundra with 317,000 miles on it and never had a problem. He also has a new Camry, and his wife has a 4 runner. When I bought my truck new, I loved it so much, my old roommate bought the same truck, my other roommate bought an FJ, best friend bought a Tacoma. And a couple years later I ran into an old friend who bought a 2015 Tacoma because she liked my truck so much. I am glad to see that Toyota takes care of there customers without even have known the above loyalty that I explained. The work atmosphere was "happy," which makes a difference when a customer walks in to have their vehicle serviced. We really appreciated the free shuttle provided so that we could go shopping while… the service was being performed. The only thing I would ask for would be for the dealership to also provide some cleaning on the inside of the vehicle, not just the windows on the outside.scheduled oil change

All I can say is, there is nothing the service department could have done better. It's the… second time I've been in with my rig; the first, several months ago, I requested it put on a rack so I could look at the undercarriage. Both times, they were professional, pleasant and accommodating, with me feeling good about the dealership. Based on these two experiences, I not only would recommend them to family, friends and acquaintances for service or sales, but already have.pleasantly surprised

We pulled in to a hotel for the night, and early the next morning went to Lithia Toyota. Their entire staff was professional and friendly.… Within minutes of our arrival one of their mechanics was assessing the problem. They gave us a very fair quote for repair, made the repair while we waited in their nice waiting area (with our dogs), and we were back on the road in less than two hours. What had been a stressful situation turned out to be a pleasant experience.Very nice job!
