Excellent service on purchasing my new 2500hd

Cole, Zach and Bill all did an awesome job of making my new truck buying experience incredible. We were able to do most of the negotiating through phone, text and email to accommodate my busy schedule, and Cole was very helpful on the day… I came up to test drive the couple trucks I had narrowed it down to. I'm loving my new truck, and the only negative I have is that the black tube running boards that are suppose to be on my truck are supposedly on backorder so waiting on a date to come back so they can install those.

Our interactions with Josh in Finance were not quite at that excellent level, as he appeared to have a bit conceited (particularly with how he interacted with… Matt, as he would interrupt him frequently). There were also a few hidden costs that seemed to have appeared compared to our original discussion of a price.Thank you Body Shop
by citygirl1284 on 09/22/2014My vehicle was damaged in a major hail storm after I had owned it only 4 months. Sid Dillon Body Shop had my vehicle for 6 weeks. They did a good job of putting my vehicle back together and making it look new again. It has gone back several… times for a few minor adjustments and they have been excellent to work with to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. They also provided me a vehicle to drive when my insurance ran out and they still had several weeks of work to complete on my vehicle. The only thing is I wish that there was more communication instead of… me having to call even when they said that they would call but that is minor. Overall a very good experience and worth the wait.Great customer service!

His first name was Steve and he was also very nice and very helpful! It… was a very positive experience all around!
