by Mushfiq on 06/05/2023I had a wonderful experience dealing with Tracy and manager Omar. Tracy took her time with me, and we looked at a few possible models before settling on a new I4. Never any pressure, just a willingness to show all that BMW has to offer.… Omar jumped in to finalize the deal and I remember laughing with him more than grinding through the fine print. Such a wonderful time. This will be the first of many vehicles purchased here. By the way, I also looked at other brands in my car search, though I won’t mention them specifically here, some were so shockingly bad, they’ll actually be getting a bad review from me. And I’m not someone who generally leaves reviews. I am compelled, however, to leave a positive review here for Auto Nation BMW. All previous encounters were brief, therefore I didn’t have a working knowledge of the service process as it varies from brand to brand. Lexie, my service advisor, set… the tone for me by establishing a rapport with me and thoroughly explaining the process and timelines for my service. Any anxiety I may have felt was immediately dispelled after our interface, and my vehicle was delivered to me well within the promised time considering, she and her staff seemed to be very busy servicing other clients during my visit.Hi, thank you for your positive review. Jason walked me through all the points and the service center set me up with a rental car free of charge for the day of repair. We have dealt with this location since moving to Vegas… 3 years ago. Our service location in Loveland, CO gave the same, individualized service. Ripped me off
by BMW 530 on 05/11/2023Had a screw in my tire, took it to discount tire to fix it but my BMW had a security bolt on the tire and they couldn't remove it because the key was missing from my car, mind you I am the first owner of the car. Contacted the BMW dealer on… Sahara they told me they dont have that particular key, it needs to be measured by the technicians and blah blah blah. Told them to completely remove the security key bolts just in case I get stuck on the road and just in case tire needs to he replaced. So the long story short the service guy comes back and tells me that i have to pay $238 to replace 4 bolts and that they cannot give me security key to remove the bolts myself. Took them 10 minutes to replace the bolts and charge my CC, but i thought you said it needs to be measured and you don't have the security key? Anyways, I know you gotta pay for luxury, but… I cant stand when people think I am stupid and they try to screw me over. Hence the 1 star for you. This is my 3 rd BMW and stuff like this make me really think if I want to come back to you. Cheers.Hi, thank you for leaving this detailed feedback about your experience with our dealership. We immediately took our car to the dealership and got our tire changed same day. Maintenance on my vehicle was also… performed to avoid having to come back for separate appointment.
