My husband and I are very pleased with the total experience that we had purchasing our new vehicle on Saturday, January 11, 2025. We went in with preconceived ideas of what we wanted but it was not the best option for us once the total plan… was discussed. The Sales Rep. Mr. Patterson who assisted us was very knowledgeable and patient.

I was the first car in on Tuesday and Karla Gunther, my service writer, had gone through my records and was able to explain everything that was… to be done and within minutes I was fully informed and the car was sent off to the shop to have all of the work. I was offered a ride home and by 11:30am Karla called that my car was ready which was fantastic with all of the work that had to be done. I came in to pick up the car and it was bright and shinny and ready to take me home. Once again I have to thank Karla Gunther for her being ready when I came and expediting the major service that was provided!Review

I had only had the car for 2 weeks. Javier was my contact person at the Honda repair shop and was extremely… pleasant and professional. I had a 9 am appointment and the parts were not available. My favorite part was the feeling I got at Honda West. Connor and everyone else on staff never pressured us or string… arm us, it was a nice environment to buy a car in. We couldn't finish the deal night one because we had dinner plans so Connor agreed to come in on his day off the next day to close the deal, that really impressed us.Honda west service las begas

by AnikaLabree on 12/18/2016I pulled up wondering what stall to pull into. I saw the NO APPOINTMENTS big and clear and decided that was appropriate since I didnt make an appointment. There were about four cars ahead of me and I started to think maybe I should have… made an appointment. To my surprise, it went quick. I probably waited about 13 minutes until spoke to me. It was a friendly older guy asked me what I was there. Finally, about twenty minutes later Shaun came and took my information. He told me it would be about an hour and a half. Shaun came about almost an hour after I had went inside and said we were all done. He was very nice and thorough. I am definitely coming back to get my car serviced here.
