  • WOW!

5 out of 5 starsby Robert Bernardo on 01/08/2025
    updated 01/15/2025

I knew pretty quickly that Planet Nissan was an above average dealer. They had the model truck I wanted and they answered all of my questions and concerns - so now I am a happy customer. My sales rep Daniel Maimran was very knowledgeabe AND patient in explaining all of the benefits and features of the Frontier Pro 4x. And Bob in finance had me in and out of his office in the shortest time for any new car I've purchased! We will be back for my wife's new car and my rating for Planet Nissan is 5 out of 5 stars!

  • An exhilarating experience

    5 out of 5 starsby IJSADA75 on 11/21/2024

I had a very wonderful experience with Planet nissan. Originally I went to go in and get a 2018 Nissan kick serviced with over 120,000 miles on it. While I was waiting for my Kicks to be serviced, I was asked by Martin Felix, who I have known for a while since I've been getting my vehicle done at that location for service, asked me if I was interested in upgrading. At first I told him no but then Karl Ayerle, who was the salesman who took care of me, offered to show me a 2025 Nissan kicks. At first I was not agreeable to the possibility of getting a new car. But with both Martin and Karl showing me the options as well as the upgrades of the new version as well as me driving the unit I fell in love with the car. My experience was wonderful and I will refer anybody who needs a car to those two. I am now off to my wonderful adventures in my new vehicle
    • Hi, we're glad you had such a wonderful experience with us! Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if there's anything more we can do!

  • Outstanding Service from Mike Bata at Nissan

5 out of 5 starsby Chretienm on 11/02/2024

I’ve had an exceptional experience working with Mike Bata at Nissan! Over the past few years, I’ve purchased two vehicles from him, and each time, Mike has gone above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible deal and financing rate. He’s consistently friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making what can often be a stressful process feel seamless and enjoyable. Even after the sale, Mike continues to be available for any questions or assistance I need, showing a level of commitment that’s rare to find. I highly recommend Mike for anyone in the market for a new car—his professionalism and dedication are truly top-notch!

  • Horrendous Service

1 out of 5 starsby John Hallett on 04/10/2024

My worst experience ever with a dealer service department. I had just purchased the truck a few days earlier and found I had 1 or more blown fuses and my climate controlled seats didn’t work.. I decided to take it to Planet Nissan because I couldn’t access one of the fuses and accepted I’d have to pay the $180 diagnostic because I wanted get a thorough inspection. That didn’t happen. When they finished the first time, they failed to check the seats. The second time they finished I noticed the inspection report found no issues and had no recommendations for a vehicle with 137,000 miles. It said my tires were good when my next stop was for new tires as the tread was below minimums and worn unevenly. They took the vehicle back a third time. This time the report showed I needed new tires and recommended I get an alignment (surprise) along with several fluid exchanges. By the time I left, nearly 6 hours had passed. After getting my tires replaced, I went for an alignment with a shop I trust. Almost immediately, they took me back and showed me all 4 brakes were shot. Planet Nissan said they were fine. Clearly, Planet Nissan did not inspect my vehicle. To add insult to injury, my trailer lights still didn’t work. My mechanic replaced that fuse for free and gave me a spare. I feel like Nissan robbed me of $180. HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!!!
  • Beware!

I was informed my vehicle needed additional work to include replacement of cracked shock/suspension bushings and replacement of the drive belt that was reported to be dry and cracking. I took my vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion on the recommended services noted by this dealership and that mechanic showed me those items listed as "critical" repairs were not needed. He took photos under my car of the bushings and compared them to the photos uploaded by Nissan's service department; the mechanic was certain the photos shared by Nissan were not of my vehicle. Mine are not nearly as worn and damaged as the ones provided by Nissan in their list of items requiring "immediate attention." I was also shown my drive belt by this other mechanic and it is in no way dry nor is it cracking anywhere. I am infuriated the dealership would make up work that is not needed and charge over $2500 to complete it. I will never return to this dealership for service work nor to purchase another vehicle and I am sharing my experience widely for everyone I know to be aware of the predatory nature of this business!
  • DO NOT BUY HERE

1 out of 5 starsby Rich on 01/18/2023

This dealership is embarrassing. First of all, they dont display prices on their website. Secondly, they are so lazy they dont want to set a price before they run your credit. Which, we all know, inquires are bad. I arrive on location to find the MSRP is $4000 more than Autonation and United.
  • Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with

1 out of 5 starsby Dan on 07/29/2022

Planet Nissan service department the worst customer service and customer service I’ve ever experienced with a business. Do not take your vehicle here. The service manager Frank is horrible, he will lie and blame the customer when the service department breaks or damages something on your vehicle.
  • Value your vehicle and life!

1 out of 5 starsby Yolanda Hollins on 04/18/2022

Took my vehicle in for repair in November, a additional repair was done at that time which was found by the technician and ever since I've been hearing a rubbing grinding noise that cannot be found. Trying to resolve the situation I got the run around. Soon after that I hear terrible noise coming from under my hood now it's the fan. My vehicle only has 56,600 believing a tool was left under my hood from the previous work. I took it in explained the problem as well as my battery was checked and indicated that it was reading low, I asked to see my parts after the work was completed I was totally ignored and my battery was not checked. In between the issues stemming from November and forward I contacted the BBB. A Frank call's and gives me an appointment to come in now they're saying it's my brakes making the noise 5 months later although I just did the brakes in September before the noise started in November after the work Planet Nissan did, but I was told (the brakes and rotors are not bad enough to change right now you just have squeaking and that's what's making your steering wheel shake) I never told them my steering wheel was shaking? Took it to someone that only does brakes nothing wrong with pads or rotors green light on that. Battery under warranty they replaced it and didn't properly install the negative cable when driving on the highway to California the dashboard and radio went in and out making popping noises. Growing up with Mechanic's I have to look the next day because it's dark. I can't unlock my car because of the battery connection I open it with the key the negative cable is completely loose and can't be tightened for whatever reason and the service department is closed on Saturdays at Nissan without an appointment. My life is worth more than a car but when you put trust in a company that is supposed to service a customer with quality work at Premium cost this is not the place. I am appalled, angry and disappointed to the point where I don't even want to drive my car anymore because I don't know what might happen next because Planet Nissan doesn't want to own up to their mistakes that one day cost someone their life.

Just bout a new car from here about two weeks ago. it was all finished in two days and our sales consultant Alejandro Alcocer was very helpful. He helped us find a car we liked, walked us through the process and we were able to settle on a good price. the car is great and it was a very easy process and not stressful at all. I would recommend for people to hop here as everyone was friendly and willing to help with all our needs. I'm so excited about the new car and am satisfied with the experience shopping here

  • Shoddy work and untrustworthy

The service department here has steadily gone downhill over the past 5 years. They used to be good; slow, but good. Now they are slow and do shoddy work. I brought my car in and ask to get all the brakes replaced. They told me they replaced the brakes, but 3 months later I was having brake issues. Took my car back and I was told that they only replaced the front brakes. The receipt did show that was all I paid for, so I should have checked that what they were telling me was true, but it's still not acceptable that they lied and said they had replaced all the brakes. I had to bring my car back a couple weeks later because they were wobbling. They told me that the rotors needed to be turned. I’m not sure why this wouldn’t be done at the time of replacing the brakes, even if it was an additional charge. Let me know it needs to be done, tell me the cost, and after I approve the cost, turn the rotors. Not a novel concept. After the brakes fiasco, I considered never coming here again, but I didn't know a good mechanic, so I brought my car in again about 8 months later for a shaking issue. The service department replaced the rack and pinion and power steering pump. I drove it off the lot and there was a loud knocking noise every time I turned the wheel. I drove right back to the dealership and was told that they used an after-market power steering pump to save me money. They didn’t ask me if that’s what I wanted, nor did they perform a test drive of the vehicle after working on it. They replaced the after-market pump with a Nissan pump, and the knocking got less noticeable, but was still there. I brought my car back again and they said they would make sure everything was tightened. When I could still tell there was something wrong, I brought my car in a 3rd time. This time, the mechanic drove the car, I was in the passenger seat, and the service clerk was in the back seat. The mechanic drove over a dip in the road and my car made a normal noise for going over a dip. The mechanic said, “Is that the noise?” and started laughing. I told him, no that wasn’t the noise and that I didn’t appreciate being made fun of. He did the same thing on the next dip he drove over. This time I went off on him for being rude. I told him that I know my car and I know there’s something wrong with it. We finally drove around a smooth parking lot and I pointed out the noise and how you can feel it in the steering wheel. After getting back to the dealership and waiting over an hour, they told me that it was a strut that would need to be replaced in 6 months or so, and that I could feel it now because all the parts it connects to are new. I swore at this point to never return to Planet Nissan, not for service or to purchase a car. I knew there was something else wrong, but they wouldn’t give me any credit. About 3 months after this, my power steering failed. I took my car to a different mechanic. He took the entire power steering system apart and said that it must be a faulty rack and pinion. The rack and pinion was still under warranty, so he told me he would put the car back together and I could take it to Planet Nissan to get it replaced. I wasn’t happy with the idea of taking it back there, but I said yes to this solution so I could save the cost of another rack and pinion. The mechanic put the car back together, and it suddenly drove just fine. No knocking noises, no power steering issue, nothing wrong. This has me totally convinced that they installed the parts incorrectly and didn’t even check to see if there was a problem when I brought my car back in. I’m not sure if they didn’t believe me because of my gender, or if they treat everyone with that kind of attitude, but either way it is not okay, and clearly someone is cutting corners or doesn’t know how to do their job.
