by KMS on 06/09/2022I dropped off my car for 30,000 mile service . Warranty work was done at the same time . I asked for my leather seats to be looked at because there is some staining on it …. I bought the resistall package when I bought the car…. I never… heard from anyone if it was complete . I called the main number was forwarded to my Advisor ….twice. Who apparently was off for the last 2 days ( completely understand this). Called again forwarded to a number that had a full mailbox . I c cvs allied again and got a lovey man at the Valet …. Apparently my car was done but, unable to fix the seats ….. I checked out and was told to call tomorrow……. My question is if someone is off…. Why isn’t someone covering and keeping the customer informed? And now I once again need to call. UnimpressedKelli Sforza the Service Director would like to discuss your last visit. I went to Lexus of Manchester for my 60,000 mile service in the morning and by the afternoon I received a call from my service representative, Laurie stating it was… recommended to repair a part. She explained exactly what was needed to be repaired in terms I was able to understand. The repair did take about a week, however I was offered to use a loaner while being repair. The loaner was nice and clean and drove exceptionally smooth. And Laurie goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are taken care of. And when picking up my vehicle, I was in and out within a timely fashion. Thanks Laurie for all your exceptional service, knowledge, and personableness.We are very happy to hear that we were able to provide you with an enjoyable experience!
