Easy Smooth Car Purchase, Go see these guys

I called up the sales office, left a message and got a quick call back and email from Sierra. She answered my questions. Her attitude convinced me… to make the drive of one hour to test drive. Got to the dealer and learned they had a no haggle policy. Low price up front with no need to wrestle the price down. Test drive went smooth with Bob who is a product specialist who informs you about the car in a low key way because the price is already set. The Honda certification program is good deal when the right used car is available. I pushed to get the paperwork done quickly and they (Holly) made it all happen. They gave me a fair deal on a trade in. Then we needed a third key. Done. Provided a personal check, no hassle over whether I had the funds. Final wash down and cleaning, Done fast. Full tank of gas, here you go. Overall, the whole process went very smoothly. They are a team and make things happen quickly. Robert B. I appreciate the help. After hearing LOTS of Grappone and being recommended by my father in law (who came with me at first moment to look up for a car) about Grappone and their negotiation free… selling, we checked prices and cars at many dealerships and Grappone was the best place we ever could be ended to buy our car. We felt that We were treated gently, professionaly and any questions or information We needed was provided so We could make a good decision regarding the purchase of my vehicle. Once I purchased the vehicle, I continued to receive support to make sure that I was happy with my new vehicle, which I am. Bob B was an excellent salesperson and all the others that helped to make the buying process as smooth as it could be. We felt that We were the utmost priority and They did whatever it took to make all things work out for my husband and I buy my car. Bob and some other staff (sorry that I can't remember their names) even stayed well past closing time to help us finish the deal so I could have my car by Thursday Night. I would highly recommend the Grappone dealerships and their knowledgeable and courteous associates to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. I already recommended some friends that intent to change their car to go to Grappone. I would absolutely do business with them again! Thanks Grappone! I love my Honda CRV. We were able to take the car for a ride and then ask all our questions. We weren't rushed or pressured to buy anything we didn't want. The service… person took the time to go over all the features in the car. The car had been cleaned and we left happy with our new 2010 Honda Crosstour. Joshua B. was real friendly and was very knowledgeable about the cars, and answered every… question we had. He even remembers us when we go in for our Honda Pilot to get serviced, and also gives us great advice on where to go for good food and entertainment since we are not from the area. I did not have an appointment, but was set up with a sales person right away. Jim… was wonderful! He was extremely friendly and helpful. As I took a car for a test drive, he informed me of all the various features it included. I did not feel pressured or hurried to buy the car in any way. He wanted to be sure it was a car I felt comfortable with and would suit my lifestyle. In the end, I did come away with a 2011 Honda CR-V!! I came with a 1.99% APR rate from my credit union, and the business department was able to find me an even better deal!! Great dealer, great cars
by satisfied2x on 02/06/2013updated 04/29/2025Bought a 2013 Honda CR-V EX AWD from Grappone Honda. Second purchase of car from them. Went back because a) great people b) great car. Researched everything on the Web, submitted a quote request: got a reply within 15 mins that matched the… lowest price I had researched before checking in with them. Everything from appointments to sales talk to trade-in of old (I mean old: 293,000 miles!) car to walking through details of 2013 model to finding unusual color (Basque Red Pearl) went smoothly, professionally, and extremely courteously. Talked through options, ID'ed exact details, signed papers, and bought car on a Thursday--drove it off their lot on Saturday. Salesman actually listened to every question, even some I'm sure he thought we should already know the answers to. He was very very thorough in the paperwork, descriptions, and occasionally, an opinion. For those who think car dealers are like "banksters," Grappone Honda is THE answer: they are the real deal in dealers. I got a good deal on good terms from good guys. I know it's a good deal--I spent months researching the car, the dealers in New England, pricing, options, etc. and ended up with the best bottom line figures I could find. And a very pleasant experience for what some seem to think is a near-traumatic event. It is a BIG investment, but Grappone does all the small things right so that the anxiety level is near zero. If you're looking for a Honda in New England, you can't do better than check in with Grappone. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, all car info is now online if you look around enough, then get to a dealer who will deliver the best terms in the best way--that's why I'll buy my next Honda from them, too.Wow thank you for this great review and being a guest at Grappone Honda!

They are the best Dealer Group I've ever done business with. Offer on my trade (2010 CR-V EX-L) was right in the wheelhouse.… There offer was upfront no nonsense and honest, within the surrounding 30+ mi. radius. There no haggle pricing is honest, fair, and easy, all of which provides for a very smooth enjoying experience. Additionally, I have always had my vehicles serviced exclusively with Grappone Group. Service advisor makes car maintenance easy

I feel he helps me maintain my car the way he would his own. He includes on the invoice what the next service will… entail, so I can plan whether to drop off the car or wait for it. I asked for a review of my car to see if I should put the work into upkeep or to trade it. This review was done and I was given an honest assessment. The waiting area is bright, clean and roomy. The ladies who process the invoices are friendly and upbeat. There is also a shuttle service who will bring you to work and pick you up. The total operations is top notch. I would recommend Grappone Honda to anyone who wants good service.Thank you for the great review. We are so glad you have chosen us to service your Honda.

My New Car Experience

I had spoken to him prior to actually buying the car, he had made a couple of suggestions about… things we could do ahead of time so that when we went up there we just had to pick our color out.. He made this experiance very pleasant. We were treated so well. What a great company to deal with our experience was so nice. I will not go anywhere else.Thank you for this feedback! Although it was very busy due to Presidents Day, the Sales Manager came up to greet us right away. Our salesman, Joe, was wonderful...he came over from the Hyundai… dealership to help out and made the process very easy for us. He didn't come across as a typical 'sales guy'...he was very straightforward and honest with us. The finance manager, Eric, was extremely patient during an issue with our insurance and was also able to help us get the lowest interest rate possible. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, as was every single person we came in contact with. When we came back a couple days after our initial visit to drop off our trade-in, the Sales Manager remembered us so the personalized experience really sets them apart from other companies I've dealt with. This is the second vehicle I've purchased here, the first being a new Honda Civic, and both times were seamless and free of any issues. I would highly recommend Grappone to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in a hassle-free environment.We are so glad you had a hassle-free car buying experience, that is so important to us. Outstanding Customer Service

It was a fault spark plug. The repair was done quickly and I was treated very well. The waiting area at… this dealership is the very best I have ever been to. It's clean and customer friendly.
