I was expecting to look at several dealerships and a couple different models; but Peter's answered my needs so well I decided to look no further. It was actually a pleasant experience buying a car (smile) and my new Honda Accord is operating beautifully. I tried to think of anything the dealership and salesperson (Bob B.) could have done better and decided the whole experience was as close to perfect as I could imagine, so I give them a 10!Excellent buying experience

Great Experience

We were able to go on several test drives with no pressure, and all of our questions were answered. Kim was so helpful, friendly,… and accommodating towards all of my questions and needs as I was purchasing the vehicle out of state. The whole sales process was very low pressure, and Kim made it easy and enjoyable. She went above and beyond, coordinating details of the sale with me over the course of several days. When purchasing a used vehicle at Peters Honda, you will be given the same care and attention as someone purchasing a new vehicle, and you will be able to find all of the information you need on the history of your used vehicle. by My2ndOdyssey on 01/24/2013updated 04/26/2025Who knew that while insurance companies typically pay for a rental car for 30 days when your car is in for repairs following an accident, they only pay for one week if your car ends up being totaled! I was in a panic. I had just started a… new job, was caring for my elderly mom, preparing for the holidays and juggling activities for 3 kids, and now I had to shop around for a deal on a new car on top of it all. From the get go Peter's Honda in Nashua made this a pleasant and painless experience. I received on line price quotes from three Honda dealers in my area. A representative from Peters Honda called me within hours of my on line price quote request to set up an appointment. From the moment I walked in the front door, Jim C. took excellent care of me. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and what I wanted to spend and brought out a 2012 Honda Odyssey for me to look at. Jim never tried to pressure me into a more costly 2013 model, but respected my need to get the best deal possible on a new minivan. He knew the reduced financing on the 2012 along with a manufacturers rebate would be good selling points to me. While I was meeting with Jim at Peters, another dealer contacted me via e-mail with an amazing 48 hour, internet only $2,000 lower price on a 2013 Honda Odyssey. Upon viewing this e-mail, Peters immediately matched the other dealers lower price offer on the 2012 I was considering. Jim even told me if I could get the price they were seeming to offer for a 2013, that I should take it. He seemed skeptical that they could really offer this much reduced rate on a 2013. I called this dealer and asked what 2012 Odysseys they had on their lot to that I could compare with the 2012 I was considering at Peter's Honda. I was told they had no 2012's on their lot, but when I got home and looked at their web site they had several 2012 Honda Odysseys shown. Now I was questioning the truthfulness to their sales information. I e-mailed and left voice mails asking this other dealer to confirmation in writing the details of the 2013 Odyssey they had on site to sell at this reduced price before I drove all the way to their location. My e-mails and calls were not returned. They did call me again after the 48 hour period had run out, but by that time I had already decided to purchase my car from Jim, at Peters of Nashua, who was honest and provided excellent customer service the entire time. It was very obvious this other dealer was not being 100% honest and only wanted to get me into their dealership where I am sure they would have used other high pressure sales tactics. AT Peter's Honda, I was able to take the minivan home overnight and really get a good look at it the following day. I returned the van and took another day to consider all of my options. I was never pressured into making a hasty decision or purchase. When I returned to purchase the vehicle, they honored the pricing we had last discussed and I was even able to negotiate another small reduction in price as well as some extras like all weather floor mats. I feel the entire process was fair and Jim made every effort to make it simple and stress free by working around my crazy schedule and taking care of many details for me. When I sat to go over financing and optional extended warranties with Matt A., a BUsiness Manager at Peter's of Nashua, I was waiting for the high pressure sales pitch for all the extended warrantees and programs under the sun. Actually, I was very pleasantly surprised when Matt and I had a great conversation. It was very obvious Matt believed in the value of these programs and he took the time to get to know me and therefore know which programs and warranty options would be of the greatest benefit for me. Matt worked with me to make sure I got an amazing extended warranty (6 years/100,000 miles) and a Discount Maintenance Program that will save me hundreds of dollars over the 36 months of covered maintenance, all while keeping my monthly payment under the max figure I had first gave him when I sat down. Even after the sale was final and I drove off the lot, Jim C. continues to go out of his way to provide excellent customer service. He contacted me and coordinated for my inspection as well as for the installation of roof rails. He had a loaner car waiting when I drove up and called me when my services were complete. I had only had my car for a short while but it was already pretty dirty when I dropped it off to have the work done. When I picked it up it looked like the day I bought it, inside and out! Jim actually just texted me today to tell me that an accessory I ordered had arrived. I joke with him that I am his favorite customer, but I have a feeling every customer of Jim's feels they are his favorite! I cannot give the Sales Department at Peters of Nashua , or Jim C., a better review. I would definitely recommend Peter's and Jim to anyone looking to purchase a car. You will be very happy with the customer service, value, and overall experience!Thank you so much for sharing your experience at Peters Honda, our service department and Jim C. Too expensive

Their price was too high and I found far better value elsewhere.Thank you for your review. Excellent dealership, works hard to make you happy
by LawrenceK1 on 06/14/2013updated 04/26/2025I purchased a 2013 Crosstour with the help of Nagi F. Nagi is the best car salesman I have ever worked with (this is the 9th car I have purchased). He made everything easy and low-stress. He went out of his way to streamline the entire… process, including the price negotiations. After the sale, I had some accessories that needed to be installed, and he made sure to provide a loaner car. Nagi was very pleasant to work with, and I would definitely buy another car from him, and will recommend him to friends. Nancy M. in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with. She helped me get an upgraded extended warranty after I expressed reservations with the warranty I initially purchased. The only reason I did not give Peters 5 stars is that I did not like the way they handle the paper work and financing. Specifically, 2 days after I signed the purchase agreement I thought I was coming in with my wife to just sign the paperwork. Instead I was presented a whole set of choices to make about extended warranty and other optional coverages. Why weren't these decisions part of the original negotiations? Instead, I felt under pressure to make these decisions on the spot, without any time to think them over or research them. This was not Nancy's fault, but rather the process she had to follow, presumably as set up by the dealership or by Honda. As mentioned above, when I called up Nancy the next day and expressed my concerns over the warranty I had purchased, she found a way to offer me a much better warranty instead (longer term and higher mileage) for the same price. Overall, Peters was the best car dealership I have ever dealt with.Congratulations on your new Honda purchase. The Honda Crosstour is a beautiful car that you'll enjoy driving for years to come. Nagi is great to work with. He absolutely puts 100% into making sure each of his customers is treated well from the moment then come into our showroom. It replaced a 1999 Honda Prelude Type SH that I also purchased from Peters. I met Jim C. when I arrived for my appointment to test drive a similar car - a… 2012 Civic Si Coupe. When I decided a few days later to buy and commit to a Civic Si Sedan, I asked Jim about the possibility to take delivery on the approaching weekend. He coordinated everything behind the scenes, including finding and obtaining the Si Civic Sedan that I wanted - all in the time frame that I asked. When Saturday afternoon arrived, I signed the paperwork and took delivery of the car. The entire process was super-smooth, and I was happy with the price we agreed upon. Jim took the time to answer all my questions and to go through all the features of the car. This included the electronics: navigation system, automatic door locks, display system, etc. All in all, it was a really enjoyable process. With Jim's help, I was able to get into my new Civic Si Sedan just in time for Christmas. Again, the Civic Si Sedan is my third car from Peters Auto. The 1999 Prelude that it replaced was also purchased from Peters, and I drove over 222,000 miles on that Prelude. So I'm looking forward to continuing the great experience with Peters and Honda.fantastic experience

I was really impressed with what they had to offer compared to other dealerships I had gone to before. Jimmy C. was my sales man and was excellent. He worked with us to… get the price where it was affordable and we ended up signing that very day! We went in not expecting to drive home with a new car, but they were so helpful, friendly, and cooperative that we got exactly what we wanted. Jimmy was great at catering to all our needs while we were there, including helping me program specific settings in my car after the sale. He followed up to check on how I liked the car as well. Lynn's knowledge and honesty makes her stand out. She, also, made me feel respected, not just as a monthly sales number or an upselling tool.
