Gloria was fantastic to work with and she made sure she understood what I was looking for in a vehicle to keep the entire process as efficient as possible. She was very knowledgeable about the features available and the different models so… we stayed focused on what I wanted.
The finance and genius team were also extremely helpful and made the entire experience not stressful.

by DW on 03/23/2025I recently had a HORRIBLE experience at Tulley BMW in Nashua NH, and I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere. From the start, the dealership was pushy and dishonest. When my dad and I visited, the salesperson constantly… pressured us to buy on the spot, claiming it was a “today or no deal” situation. We didn’t budge and left, saying we’d return the next day with my mom. The next day, I asked the salesperson about test-driving a different model, but he ignored my request until after we arrived but kept spamming my phone about my ETA and if I was still interested in the 330i. The first car I saw was a 2024 BMW 330i xDrive—and it had a STRONG mold smell inside. The day before, I thought they were offering a good deal, but I quickly realized they were just trying to potentially offload a defective car. It was clear they may have tried hiding the issue, hoping I wouldn’t notice. The salesperson said it was normal but it absolutely was not because I drove a few other 330i models from other dealers before Tulley and none of them had this smell. I then decided to go for a 430i Gran Coupe instead, but the dealership claimed they didn’t have one in stock—only the coupe version I test-drove. I asked them to check for any incoming inventory or trade options, and after disappearing for a bit, the salesperson “magically” found one on their lot—but in the wrong color. Despite me clearly stating multiple times which color and specs I wanted, he kept asking me again and again, then tried to pressure me into settling for a car I didn’t want. When I told him we needed time to discuss, he awkwardly laughed and brought in his manager—who turned out to be even worse. This rude and unprofessional manager repeatedly claimed, “This is the last option we have”—only to suddenly "find" another option minutes later. He lied multiple times, saying no dealer trades were possible, then later admitted he could get a car from New Jersey. How is it so he can't get a car ~30miles away but can get me a car in New Jersey when he previously said it was "NOT AN OPTION" to get a car from another dealer?? At this point, I joked, “That’s a lot of last options,” and instead of handling it professionally, the manager snapped. He angrily grabbed the paper I was looking at, folded it, and stormed off, saying, “I’m not going to have this attitude.” My parents and I were shocked—his behavior was completely uncalled for. Both my parents are highly educated professionals, and the way this dealership disrespected them and wasted our time was appalling. Had we not carefully inspected the 330i again, we might have unknowingly bought a potentially mold-infested car. This dealership is filled with dishonest, pushy, and unprofessional people who will lie, manipulate, and pressure you into buying whatever they want to get rid of. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect and honesty. Disclaimer: This review reflects my personal experience and opinion.Happy customer

During the purchase process, she made numerous service promises that seemed reassuring at the time. However, on two… separate occasions since then, she has completely denied making those commitments. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, she accused us of misunderstanding or even lying. This behavior felt manipulative and untrustworthy—like she attended the Gaslighting 101 Masterclass. Exactly the kind of stereotype people warn about when it comes to car sales. If you choose to work with Gloria, make sure to get every promise explicitly documented in writing, or you may regret it later.Professional Experience

This is our fourth purchase from Tulley we have been treated great… throughout recommend a little ride from someone who might live on the North shore. We've also had good experiences with the finance finance end of it. Was able to get top dollar for our trade.Professionalism, smiles and excellent customer care

by Peter on 08/21/2024I will be fairly brief but absolutely truthful while explaining the facts and the horrible experience we had. I bought a 2020 X5 on 6/30/2024. Cody LeBlanc, our client advisor, was courteous, respectful, personable and helpful. We do not… hesitate to recommend him. Our issues and problems encountered were with the finance manager, Kevin Hine, and the CPO sales manager, Reid Tulley. The following four discussion points are what produced a one-star rating review from us: 1. Kevin Hine tried exerting the typical high-pressure sales tactics to purchase a very exorbitant warranty/maintenance package that averaged about $600+ a month for the next 5 to 6 years! He called it "educating" clients which, of course, is laughable. As he started his 3rd attempt to sell it to me, I stopped him firmly and reminded him that up to now I have been polite. He was visibly upset with me but clearly, he got the message. 2. Regarding the financing offers, Mr. Hine tried to get me to sign up for a 6.75% APR for a 60-month term! I explained to him that I have excellent credit, which he verified, and that I was in for the Special Financing offer of 5.74% up to 36 months. He tells me he doesn't know of any type of offer like that at this dealership. So, I had to literally show him where it was on the Tulley website on HIS computer, specifically under CPO specials (current offer is 4.99% APR up to 36 months) for all 2019-2022 CPO models. Either he is truly clueless and unaware of this special financing, which is sad & disappointing for a finance manager, or worse he's simply not telling the truth. 3. At this point, Mr. Hine doesn't know what to do so he brings in the CPO sales manager Reid Tulley. Mr. Tulley tells me that I'm not eligible because we put the X5 ownership into a family trust and that is considered a business. Is he seriously trying to pull this excrement on me! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Moreover, there is nothing mentioned on the website that a family trust or a business are ineligible for this type of special financing offer. At this point I had been there for more than 4 hours and agreed to a 6.15% APR for a 36-month term knowing I had planned to pay off the loan in full within 3-4 months anyway. 4. Mr. Tulley & Mr. Hine then proceeded to tell me about a "gentleman's agreement", i.e. a handshake, to not prepay and pay off the loan early, meaning less than 6 months, or the dealership will be negatively impacted financially. Based on the treatment I received from these two individuals, I couldn’t be more incentivized now and will ensure that this loan is 100% paid off within 3 months of the purchase date.Tulley BMW

Gloria Prosper was my sales advisor again this time. This is the… second time Gloria and I have worked together, and she's terrific. First, she's very friendly which makes the experience much more pleasant, second, she's knowledgeable, professional and always courteous. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her. We often had to kill time waiting and we would discuss family and other issues, it was a very enjoyable experience. She also stayed in touch during the ownership period of my previous vehicle as well. I would also be remiss in not mentioning Val Goldenberg. In my opinion he is the best Sales Manager Tulley BMW has ever had. Awesome to deal with, and I have NEVER walked away disappointed. No other Sales Manager has ever remembered my name and comes up to greet me when I'm in for service. Glad to still be part of the Tulley family.GO see Ben Lopez!!!

I bought my X6 in July from Jake Spinhirn. Very easy going, not… pushy at all. I got a great price, the deal went super smooth. Ke-shawn Alexander in Finance was amazing, super quick to go over things, as we all know it can take forever to go over everything but he was right to the point and could answer any questions that I had. The actual car is nicer than the pictures. The process was laid out for… me by my sales rep and it happened as was described. I was alerted when the car was almost ready, told what to bring to close the deal, including my trade-in, and the close went smoothly as my sales rep quickly fixed the only hiccup.Deal or No deal
by Mary Matarazzo on 06/22/2023I contacted Val Goldenberg in regard to trading in my bmw 4 series for one that was 2 years newer.Val was on vacation and Chris Geer contacted me by text. I asked for figures on the car since I live 4 hours away.He sent figures and trade in… value on my car. I asked if the price would be lower if I made the first 3 months payments instead of deferring them as advertised on the website to which he replied it would neither sweeten or worsen the deal.I was working and not able to come right away and two days later I saw it was a price reduction listed on tulley site under cargurus so I text him back.Chris Geer told me that it was a "weekend special" only. He should be fired immediately for his misleading a consumer and trying to extort more money!!! I text Val Goldenberg and I sent him my offer including car price, monthly payment,$1000 down with $500 rebate and no payments first 3 months. I got a quick response from Bob Marcoux saying Val accepted my offer and that he (Bob) would handle it and to ask for him. When I arrived and we sat down with Kevin Hine I told him I had just finished cataract surgery and needed him to explain and review my offer which was already printed out as I had done my application online.He reviewed the payment, $ 1000 down,car price and trade in then left and went back to his office.I had my best friend with me to verify everything. I was never asked to sign a waiver of the free 3 months of payments!!!! I also didn't receive a 2nd key but Kevin promised to send one.It was a long drive home and the next morning I noticed my next payment was in 30 days,not 90 as accepted in my deal with Val Goldenberg. I immediately messaged Bob Marcoux to correct his error to which he replied Sorry for the misunderstanding, it's too late now, You signed the waiver, I'll make it up to you next time. Shame on you Bob Marcoux,! You failed to execute the deal I made with Val then blamed me for signing a waiver of which I was never informed and would never have signed. We'll see how the N.H. motor vehicles consumer fraud division has to say. I'm sorry Val has to endure such incompetence from people like Chris Geer and Bob Marcoux.Another stellar experience at Tulley

It’s been a while since I posted a review for them, but I feel they truly deserve a shout out for their continued support. This time was a bit… different for us since we were trading in one of our BMWs for a GMC truck and upgrading a lease on another BMW. The lease upgrade was as smooth as ever. Jim found me a car that suited my needs, Val worked his magic to accommodate my financial requests, and Reid finalized the purchase. They are the BEST! We’ve never worked with Tulley GMC team before, but they were just as good! Cam, you are doing an awesome job! Keep it up! Jordan, I think you will be a GREAT salesman. We really enjoyed working with you! Thank you, Tulley BMW and Tulley GMC, once again for making our car purchase experience so pleasant!! by NP on 01/27/2023I liked the deal and almost bought vehicle from this dealership, until I have talked with their general sales manager. He was rude, insulting and unprofessional. Didnt let us speak and made me even more uncomfortable when he shut up sales… person working with us. He shouted infront of entire dealership and told us "people like us are not welcome" in his dealership. Deals work or might not work, but have never seen such a professional at dealership. This was insulting and unprofessional behavior when I was planning to buy 75K vehicle. Its up to dealership, but I would not even give one starBMW ultimate driving machine
