    I had brought this Dodge Dart from Hudson Chrysler and was given bad service for around 18 months. When my car finally broke down and it went to Route 18 Auto, that was the best that could have happened. I dealt with Ryan J. and he has been the best through this whole ordeal. Thank you Route 18 for your diligent and attentive Service Advisor, Ryan J.. He helped me so much. wished I had purchased my car there from the start.

    Let me tell you about my experience about This place I leased a vehicle From these guys what a ripp off put me as a cosigner And they put my cosigner as the buyer Witch is Freud Got my vehicle delivered At night and came with a scuff on one of the mirrors next moring I walk around and find a dent on the bottom witch looks like it happened from the inside then I drive it to my buddy house to show him I got condensation In both head lights witch they are telling me it's from the hids total Bs it's gapping rite by the seal by the leds then afther Sme rain had the vehicle waxed and what I found was small holes in the door tiny ones I called them and demanded my money back or a new vehicle The General manager Didn't not want to help all he wants to do is fix it who wants Bondo on there new vehicle Then he tells me all his cars have defects on them take a look at any cars in his parking lot what shame terrible customer satisfaction band-Aid Jobs stay away

    This is the first time that I have ever leased an automobile and I found the experience to be quite pleasant. Debrow Kent was my sales representative and he made the experience seamless. He was able to offer a better deal that I initially had anticipated. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and after looking over a few vehicles, I told Debrow that I had to "sleep on it", but asked if I could have his personal cell phone number in order to contact him when I had made a decision. Debrow, readily provided his contact number and I phoned him on Sunday morning to let him know that I was indeed going to lease one of the vehicles that were available. Debrow re-arranged his schedule to come in early, in order to accommodate my work schedule. I am really enjoying my new Jeep Compass and all of my family and friends have given compliments regarding the vehicle. My cousin even commented that she couldn't believe that I was able to drive off with a leased vehicle so quickly.

    It was late in the day when I purchased my used 2012 Jeep Wrangler. It was rushed and my conscience told me to leave and come back at a better time, but the emotions of a new car got the best of me. I firmly believe I was taken advantage of by this dealership and I would like to document this experience so that future car shoppers could make a determination if this dealership is a safe bet or take their business elsewhere. I have to inform the readers make sure the finance department describes every line item in the sales contract, they did not with me and when I made 8 attempts to contact them back to resolve it they would not help me. As a matter of fact two days of calling the finance department and I could not even get the finance person who wrote up the contract on the phone. When my friend finally got a manager to take his call they flat out refused to respond to the issues even with a letter of Power of attorney. Outlined below are the areas you should concern yourself with and make sure they are explained to you thoroughly, as they were not with me. 1. 198.00 optional theft transfer fee- never did find out what this is and I have repeatedly asked for my money back. 2. 398.00 documentation fee , fees should be optional and no options were ever presented to me. In fact this is just a profit maker as I am told. 3. Finance rate, I asked what the finance rate was, with excellent credit and was told 3.9 based on that conversation. Ended up being financed at 4.9% and they confirmed I had excellent credit. Total deception!! 4. online price was 21,977 and was charged 22,373 after told by the sales person the price would be reduced by 1k, but ended up paying 396 more than the listed price. again never explained how we got to that price. My biggest complaint was with the rudeness after the sale...I asked for help and had a friend who was more involved with the law and I told a manager he could speak for me. My friend was met with rudeness and contempt. They firmly told him they were done with the sale and would not pursue a solution...THIS WAS 24 HOURS AFTER THE SALE!!! Beware of this dealership no one should be shutdown like this with a day of the sale with out explanation or at least kindness to those of us who are not savvy in car purchases.

    One of my least favorable things in life is purchasing a new vehicle. I don't like playing games, I just want a fair price, and someone that listens to my expectations. When I started looking for the new Jeep Renegade, I had gone to another dealer first. They scheduled an appointment for me to see the renegade, and failed to inform me that it wasn't going to be there for my appointment. Then they rescheduled me for a test drive. Told me it was ready, and when I got there, the car was still in prep, and wouldn't be drive-able that day. Even when I told them, it wasn't the color, and didn't have the options that I wanted, they really were trying to push me with the what can we do to get you to buy today. Then I found Route 18 jeep online. Ben was my sales rep. He was respectful to what I wanted. Was extremely straight forward. I researched pricing online prior, and he came up with a very fair competitive price. He followed through with everything he said. He never pushed me into something I didn't need. I was in the area one day with my son, and wanted him to see the car. It was Ben's day off, and he arranged for one of his associates Gerardo to show me the car, and his associate was just as nice and respectful as Ben was. It really looks like the staff at this dealership are team players. Three cheers for that. This dealership is about 40 minutes from my home, but Ben even offered to drive out and pick me up when I was having a problem getting a ride. I actually ubered, there instead, and Ben sent me a txt when it looked like the uber driver was off course. In summary this dealership is stellar. They were extremely fair. They were not pushy, The entire purchase process through all the staff from salesrep to greeting by the manager to dealing with Dave in finance was easy. The pricing was fair. I would return to this dealership, and recommend it to my friends.

    From the moment I walked in I was blown away by the customer service. For once I didn't feel like I was being attacked by pushy car dealers. Javier was amazing he listened to what I had to say and didn't try to push me towards anything I didn't ask for. My car buying experience was amazing from begging to end! I would highly recommend route 18!

    Everything was made simple, and I leased a brand new Cherokee, They found the one that I wanted and everything was set up to my satisfaction from the color and interior to all the options that I wanted. The sales staff was helpful from Ben to Mark. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who plans on getting a vehicle any time soon. You can buy a vehicle anywhere, but you cant get a comfortable home kind of feel anywhere but Rt 18 Auto

    Mark Zupko was very helpful, and had an answer for all of our questions. We had a certain number to spend for a monthly payment and Mark made the numbers work so we could take home our first Grand Chorokee. It was a pleasant experience and will take my future business to Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.

    I purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger srt 392,in which I special ordered.My vehicle arrived in in just a little over 3 weeks,which is an unheard of time.My salesman was Ben Farber who was excellent.About one week later I returned to dealer to pick up my plates.During my drive there a large piece of road debri struck my vehicle.Upon arrival at dealership Ben noticed a scratch on passengerside door.He sent me over to there detail shop,located to the rear of building.About 20 minutes later detailer, give me my vehichle back and had buffed out the scratch.I asked Ben if I owed anything,he told me no charge.Now that's the way to treat a customer.This is the second time I purchased a challenger from rt 18 chrysler,both times my experience was exceptional.I would highly reccomend them to anyone .

    While I'm no car expert this service department didn't engender a lot of confidence in their work. I brought my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport (113K+ miles) citing previous engine issues (valve replacements, engine misfiring and a few other things) and the check engine light. They checked on the light being lit and said it hadnt shown up in 60 starts. I asked the techs to take a look anyways again citing the previous issues of the last 6 months. The following day the service rep stated that everything was OK and with some other work being completed I got the car back. 10 days later the same issues have come up and the Check Engine light has appeared - the problem of engine misfiring is the prime suspect. Their ability to listen to customer issues and follow through with whatever inspection/work they feel appropriate is cause for concern.

    My husband and I have been to 5 dealerships looking for a new truck. This was our last stop and had the most amazing experience. We were greeted immediately and sat down with Jeremy. He was able to give us everything we needed/wanted. We walked that day with a brand new Ram. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will come back here for any future cars and reccommend them to anyone who will listen!!

    They definitely took excellent care of me at Rt 18! After going through a bad experience with a different dealership, they opened my eyes and helped me tremendously. Glenn, Alan & David are THE BEST! I got exactly what I wanted and am extremely happy!

    The service department was exceptional...I had a minor problem with the controls in the steering.. not only did they fix it, they added a remote start, courtesy of the sales manager. They even brought me a loaner car to my house and delivered mine back the next day, better than new.. I am very impressed. My husband has been a long time client and I am now too!

    I recently bought a chrysler 300 and traded my mercury mariner. They gave me an excellent price and a great trade in. Finance department was great and all around service was friendly and professional, starting on the phone and the receptionist who greeted us very warmly. They went above and beyond when I had a minor problem with the radio controls in the steering wheel..I am very impressed and grateful... Thanks.
