    Cara Z was nice and relaxing to work with. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Pilot. Would highly recommend seeing her if you go to Kay Honda. Setting up an appointment before hand saved a lot of time as well.

    I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Fit. The service provided to me by Cara Z. was super thorough. She was very friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed before making my decision. She also suggested I go with Geico for insurance which was was more affordable.

    Although we love our new '15 Civic-EXL, we bought at DCH Kay because of the professional and courteous sales and finance team. Our salesman, Ron Marino was the best and Stephen on their finance team was courteous, knowledgeable and informative. Awesome!

    I purchased a 2015 Honda Fit from DCH Kay Honda. Cara Zawadzki was an amazing sales rep. She let me handle most of the transaction over the phone and when I arrived all of her paperwork was complete. She was personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would strongly recommend Cara. She was the one with the most hustle.

    I would like to thank Scott and Mike from DCH in Eatontown NJ for helping me purchase my 2014 CRV. They made it so nice and pleasent. This was my first time buying a car and I can say they made me feel special every step of the way. They took their time and helped in understand every detail of this big commitment. I am truly thankful for their help! With out a second guess I would recommend DCH to anyone I know.

    Megan Eaton....worked with her over the phone. She had called me at 5pm on a Saturday night to see if I was still interested in seeing a car. I advised her that I wouldn't arrive until 6:30pm, after business hours. She told me that would not be a problem, customers were still there and she would stay. I gave her my cell phone in case she needed to get in touch with me. Drove 1 1/2 hours from Cherry Hill and she had left for the day by the time I got there. Here's the worst part, the manager, a white haired, man, unfortunately I didn't get his name, greeted me and my husband and treated us as if we were crazy showing up late. We explained that we were working with Megan Eaton and that she told us she was working with us and agreed to stay late. The manager and his co-worker, instead of apologizing and offering to show us the car, said that Megan had left for the day and that they were closed. They didn't care that we had spent an hour and a half driving to see a car we were promised to be shown. We are previous DHC customers, had our check book in hand and were treated with such disrespect. Appalling! Shame on them. Is this how DHC wants to treat their customer? This is an example of how NOT to treat your customers.

    Very happy with my new CR-V and service by my salesman Steve M and DCH Kay Honda. Very friendly and knowledgable and gave me a great price and fair price for my trade in. Will def do biz there again!

    We began our search with an IM chat with Kayla to get an idea of the leasing process. We are a family on a budget. At the store she greeted us and introduced us to our salesperson Anthony B. He was respectful of our budget, funny, and completely genuine in all aspects of the process. We never felt that we were being "sold" to. He really went to bat for us working out a deal that would best suit our needs. That made a big difference. We can't say enough great things about Anthony and the overall experience we had.

    bought my second certified used car (Odsy.) with this dealer. i recommend to check with this dealer before going anywhere. they have good price and don't PLAY GAMES. My salesman Steve C was awesome. i would stop by here for my next car again.

    Leased a car today and the experience was great. Saleman and entire staff are professional and play no games. They give you a good deal right from the start. Process is pain-less and internet team responds quickly. I will be back again and refer all my family and friends.

    I solicited and and received a number of price quotes via the interenet for a 2009 Honda EXL. DCH Honda offered the lowest purchase and/or lease prices of all local dealerships. The sales consultant and finance manager were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There were no hidden costs or pressure to purchase what I did not need. I highly recommend this dealership.

    I had an excellent experience at this dealership. My sales person was honest, helpful, extremely nice, and friendly. Didn't have to negotiate much to get the price down to what I wanted. The finance manager also had the same attributes as the sales person. All in all, DCH Kay is the first place I would go to buy another Honda. Just for reference, I bought a new car there so can't say what the used car experience would be like.

    My advise is to STAY AWAY for dch kay honda in eatontown n.j. I went in with a price quote from another dch honda store all I wanted was to see if they had the color i wanted. I told the sales person the quote I was given.All he had to do was show me the car I wanted and close the deal.He comes back with his estimate sheet for the "manager" and its $100.00 per month higher then the quote I gave him(da).x 36 months.When I confronted the "manager" that he was trying to hit me up for $3,600. more then ther sister store(which i'm sure was making a profit) his response was well I have to try some people don't research. BUYER BEWARE stay away from kay honda they will screw you. p.s I can't believe he tried after I gave him the other dealers quote, a disgrace to car sales people who are honest and want to make a living.
    • I am sure that there must have been a miscommunication. Maybe you were quoted on the wrong vehicle at the other dealership. I find it hard to beleive that DCH Kay Honda would be so different then any other Honda store. Considering that they are one of the only stores that has won Honda's Prestigous Presidents award 11 years in a row. They have also been bestowed with JD Power's Dealer of Excellence award. You don't win these awards by making customers mad and have them buy somewhere else!

  • Don't Waste Your Time

    I will never shop for a vehicle at DCH Kay Honda again. About a year ago, my wife went there and received an unfair appraisal on her trade and, as a result, we wound up buying at another local Honda dealership. I figured maybe a year later and with a different trade (now with my car), DCH Kay Honda might have a new trade policy in effect. Wishful thinking, as I was given an unjust valuation, not remotely close to any book value, on my trade as well. It was not a problem with the salesperson, who was very friendly and accomodative, although he appeared to foresee the outcome of the situation. Perhaps this strategy works well for DCH Kay's purposes, which is why they still use the same scheme. DCH Kay will bring you a trade offer sheet that takes a book value on the trade, which already accounts for whatever reconditioning or existing issues, if any, depending on the condition selected (ie, excellent, good, fair,.poor) and then start subtracting various expenses to recondition the vehicle. The book value that corresponds to the condition selected already accounts for any work that needs to be done, hence the condition rating system. Essentially, they work backwards from the relevant condition rating book value. Needless to say, I moved on, although a good hour-and-a-half of my day off was wasted.
    • DCH Kay Honda usually does a decent job with trade-ins. Sometimes we take what is written on KBB and Edmunds as Exact value for trades. As Edmunds says, their numbers should be used as a guide. To say DCH Kay Honda uses unethical trade tactics because they deducted what was wrong with a trade-in, is alittle unfair. DCH Kay Honda has won Honda's Prestigous President award 11 years in a row and has won JD Power's Dealer of Excellence award. You don't win these awards by using unethical tactics.

    Had the pleasure of working with Willie, Anthony, Pat, and Scott this past weekend. They were all extremely helpful and caring through the entire experience which made the time fly by. Never had to wait as things were constantly getting done to make it go as smoothly as possible. My parents were also extremely (pleasantly) surprised with the honesty, kindness, and no gimmicks that you wouldn't normally expect when going to a dealership--no hidden fees, add-ons, being pushy etc. but was the price promised. As I thoroughly do my research for the right price and place to go, I highly recommend DCH Kay Honda. You don't feel like you're talking to salesmen, but friendly individuals who care about their customers. Had a great experience thanks to the four mentioned! Thanks guys for making my first car purchase painless!
