by JJinACNJ on 02/01/2017I recently leased a 2017 Lexus NX 200T from Lexus of Atlantic City. From the moment I entered this dealership I was greeted with a warm friendliness, courtesy and respect. I was introduced to Helen, my Sales Representative, who was not… only easy on the eyes but extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus product as well. The Sales Manager Jason and the General Manager David were extremely helpful in meeting my bottom line. David telephoned me the next day on two occasions, one with questions for me and the second with advising me that they accepted my deal. Helen went through the steps of making me familiar with my new vehicle and answering questions about the fascinating technology my vehicle was equipped with. She additionally followed up with subsequent calls to me about how I was enjoying my new vehicle along with instructions on getting the most out of the technology my vehicle was equipped with. I highly recommend the Lexus product along with buying or leasing from this dealership.Great car buying experience!

Our sales representative Chuck is always very helpful in the decision process… and the delivery process runs very smoothly. My mind is always full of hundreds of questions and fears. Like will I over pay? Will the dealer talk me… into a car I cannot afford or even into a lemon? What car do I even want? Once my first phase of researching is completed and I know what model and make I want then its off trying to find the right dealer. Now my car that I currently have was bought from a Kia dealer I will not name, but it honestly gave me anxiety for any other dealer. They were always rude and very careless whether I was there for a problem or just for routine maintenance. I would make oil change appointments weeks in advanced just to wait over an hour each time. So long story short I have had bad experiences with dealers. During my search I came across a new listing for a Lexus IS 250 at Lexus of Atlantic City. Soon after I sent over my information I was contacted by Mitch Shapiro. That was a Saturday and I bought the car that Monday. That is exactly how easy the buying process was. I was cheerfully welcomed from every single person that was there. I just felt comfortable. When it came to talking about numbers, Mitch did everything he could to get my payments exactly where I wanted them to be. He as awesome to say the least. Very friendly and just down to earth! I definitely will be buying my next car from Lexus of Atlantic city, and I have been telling everyone I work with and all of my family of this awesome experience.body work
by spackle1 on 08/10/2015purchased my rx350 5 years ago at lexus of atlantic city. never had any problems with the service dept. when my parked car was hit at work (just the passenger side door) I called thinking it would be fixed properly. after a month and a… half I finally got my vehicle back, was repeatedly lied to about the status of my vehicle and had to call the insurance co. repeatedly about it,and they were lied to also. very frustrating! the work that was done on it was also not very good. not happy with it. its slightly different in color and you can see fine lines on it. would not go there again for any body work.Great Sales Person

I have dealt with many car sales people over 50 years, however, Chuck is the best there is. He is so… helpful and courteous to his client. This I have never experienced a xar sales person like Chuck in all my years buying cars. I have the utmost respect for his expertise and his concern for the customer which is a rarity in todays fast paced society. If anyone is in the market for a Lexus, Chuck is the only person I would recommend. He is a treasure and Lexus of AC should be proud of his accomplishments.Lexus ES 350

Helen was an excellent salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the car. She was pleasant work with and no high pressure… tactics. Beatrice was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure the process was stress-free. There was no… pressure and I felt that I got an excellent car for a fair price. As a matter of fact, I was so impressed with the sales team at Lexus of Atlantic City, I went back to the dealership the next day and purchased a beautiful new 2015 Lexus RC 350!Horrible Experience

The salesman was trying to sell us the black diamond edition which has 3 accidents on the carfax report. We finally got to see that… car that we want to buy after this and the whole buying process took 6 hours. I also have to let you know that I left several message about my new tag when the temporary tag expired. No return calls upon requested. I finally talked to Nancy, the title clerk, and her exact reply was I have your tag here, but no one told me to sent it to you. This is just a horrible sales service, horrible haggling process and horrible overall experience. I will never buy a car from this dealer again.
