They are pleasant to work with, easy to talk to and they ALWAYS return phone calls.… There's no reason to go anywhere else! They sell me exactly what I'm looking for and never get pushy with anything. This dealership is awesome. I’ve purchased many cars from him over the years and Ian is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable… person to work with at Freehold Toyota. We usually purchase two cars to lease and it is always an easy process because of Ian‘s Patience and professionalism as he knows the car business inside and out. He always has my best interest in mind. He is never pushy or aggressive whatsoever, and he always keeps my budget as well in mind. He is always able to answer all our questions and meet our current needs in our current situation and lifestyle. Ian is always upfront and honest And knows how to work the numbers so that we stay within our budgetary limits but at the same time, putting us into a new vehicle, which both me and my husband will love I will always go back to Toyota because of their excellent customer service and high quality vehicles that you can rely on as well as working with Ian at the end of my lease is always a fast and easy process. We purchased from out of state and he walked us though this process every step of the way. Not only was he… an awesome sales person but he was a very nice man. He understood our time restraints of traveling to the dealership and buying the vehicle and he had everything set up for us when we arrived. He also followed up with us when I got home. They want me pay for replacement windshield for Brand new car in Warranty, they can't, New car need to replace a tire, and never replaced.....what a shame...I think it's big mistake to service I'm this dch… freehold. Tech is one of those, talking over you , not listening what you say, and don't care, they just need your money. STAY A WAY.Ian Provides Excellent Service to His Customers

During the most challenging car market I know of he got us the exact car we wanted and we drove it off the lot within two months of our first contact. Furthermore, Ian spent lots of time with us even after… delivery of our awesome new RAV4 Prime XSE so we’d become familiar with all its capabilities. by HH on 11/20/2021The lack of professionalism and disrespect was appalling!! We have never experienced, nor have we ever heard of anyone experiencing, a staff using profanity towards a customer until our visit to DCH Freehold Toyota. After numerous phone… calls with a manager (Brian) to make sure the car was worth a 6.5-hour drive, we asked if there was anything else we needed to know about the car that would be an issue; we were told no, so we arranged time off work to make the trip. The car itself was in great shape, however there were 4 different brands of tires on it, one of which (rear driver side) was dry rotted on the tread and sidewall! DCH Freehold Toyota states on their website that they "professionally inspect" all of their cars "using the highest quality control standards". Yet a car with a dry rotted tire was put on the lot. We brought the tire to a manager's (Matt) attention as a safety concern, stating that the tire would not make the drive home and asked for a replacement. The response was "That's [non-permissible content removed]". The manager also refused to look at the tire with us, stating the tread was measured as 10/32 upon mechanic's inspection. We stated the tread depth was not the issue, but rather the dry-rot, and were again told "That's [non-permissible content removed]" as he walked away. A saleswoman (Ann) proceeded to ask if we liked the car. We answered "Yes, but that tire is not safe and will not get us home". She then laid down a sales sheet, breaking down the cost of the car which was $3,000 above the listing price of $6,888! Listed on the sheet was an $800 "accessory fee" added to the listed price of the car because the dealership chose to add nitrogen filled tires and VIN etching to the windows. We did not ask for these features! The website also assures "no gimmicks, no surprises", yet did not advertise their true price of the car with the added accessory fee, along with an outrageous $799 dealer doc fee. After standing to leave, the manager was willing to drop the accessory fee, yet was not willing to put a new tire on the car OR take $100 off so we could purchase a new tire to make the drive home. The blatant disrespect, indifference for customer safety, and absence of professionalism resulted in the loss of an easy sale! No car is worth what we experienced. Spend your money elsewhere.Fantastic
