Wasn't expecting to buy a Jeep product. Considered it as an alternative to the SUV I was looking to replace. Entered the showroom, spent time with Jessica our sales-person. Discussed vehicle options. Test drove the Cherokee, negotiated,… drove away in my first jeep.
Was a comfortable experience from start to finish.

While outside looking at new Grand Cherokee's, Mike approached us and immediately answered all our questions, got the keys and took us for a test drive. We made a great deal on the spot… and signed the paperwork that night. The team stayed late to get everything done and I picked it up the next day. Very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend the dealership and Mike Fratto!Never felt pressured or like a bother.
by JElizabeth4290 on 08/31/2016I never write reviews and I always hated dealerships because the majority of salesmen are pushy BUT I went to Freehold Jeep at my friends recommendation (she just leased a car there) and I seriously couldn't have been more pleased! When TJ… introduced himself I was a little skeptical, he told me he was one of the newer guys on board and at first I wasn't sure if that was a good thing or not but he was exactly what I have been looking for in a salesman - someone who was willing to listen and not just jump from car to car. From the very beginning he knew my current lease wasn't going to end until February and that I was not looking to roll any payments into a new lease and where other salesmen have been put off by this, TJ was understanding, he never rushed me or made me feel as if I were wasting his time. He was beyond polite and I seriously cannot wait to go back in February to get my new car!Jeep Grand Cherokee

by Genapez2 on 08/23/2016I like the look of the Jeep and decided to go for a test drive. Stephanie happened to be outside and was very helpful in helping to decide which jeep most met my needs. We decided to test drive the grand Cherokee Limited ...coming from.… Cx-9 I liked the drive of the jeep, it felt more powerful. I still was a little unsure so they let me take it home so my husband could take it for a drive. Once we decided to buy the jeep the rest was very easy. Stephanie was great.....the insurance part was excellent because they have an Allstate rep right on sight and Harry the finance guy was super nice as well. I would definitely recommend freehold jeep because they take the stress out of buying a car.Wonderful dealership!

I went to this dealership to see what kind of deals they would offer me considering this would be my second visit to a jeep dealership ( the first dealership I visited was RT.18 jeep). Stephanie was… WONDERFUL from the very start! Stephanie was extremely friendly and made me feel at home- wonderful hospitality! She suggested the 2016 jeep compass and I loved it!! During the test drive, she went over all the functions of this vehicle ( something the car salesman at RT.18 jeep failed to do). I originally went in to purchase the 2016 jeep Cherokee however; the price was too high for me. With that being said, Stephanie steered me into considering the 2016 jeep compass which, I loved even better than the Cherokee and the price fit my budget! (having me consider other models that fit my budget better was another thing that the car salesman at RT.18 jeep failed to do!). Freehold jeep was the best dealership overall. Stay away from RT.18 jeep!The smoothest sales team

He wasn't your stereotypical "car salesman". He was friendly and outgoing. He showed us… everything we wanted to see. He answered all of our questions and worked with me to get me a deal I was comfortable with. Will was the manager who also helped out. He also worked hard to make sure we got a deal done. The finance guy Harry Palmer was also exceptional. He was a friendly guy who was very relatable. He explained all my options regarding warranties, handled all the paperwork and explained everything so it was easy to understand. Clay and Harry made a usually tedious experience actually enjoyable. I appreciate their hard work. I didn't feel like just another customer.amazing experience
