    Had a wonderful experience at Pinebelt Jeep in Lakewood. This is the second vehicle I leased with salesman Lucas. Lucas is wonderful to work with and always follows through with our wants and needs. I hate the car shopping process and he makes it easy and painless. I highly recommend him and looking forward to working with him again with future purchases.

    Amazing experience with Iris Torres. Besides her knowledge, professionalism & efficiency, Iris's patience, understanding & kindness was beyond compare. She made my Mom & I feel like family. My current car is a 2003 so transitioning into the new 2023 world of cars was stressful but Iris guided me through & here I am, the ecstatic owner of a beautiful Slate Blue 2023 Jeep Renegade.     Speaking only for Eugene, he was completely immersed in all details for the vehicle I was purchasing. I was note expecting the level of detail he was able to provide. Incidentally I was a victim of their earlier Service department , swearing never to do business with them again. Luck would have it, when I had to bring the vehicle back for warranty work, Adam Silver and a new serive center turned it around for me. Good Job.

    If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I worked with Kevin Johnson, Internet Sales, on a deal which would include a trade in for my current vehicle (2021 Acura TLX A-Spec). During discussions, everything seemed fine. I planned to make a three hour drive early in the day to be there when they opened. The day before the trip, they sent me the Bill of Sale. It include a lower-than-agreed-upon number for my trade ($38k on a range of $38-41K) and a $1500 Prep Fee. I asked that they call to discuss it with me and they did. They could not explain exactly what had been done to the vehicle to validate the Prep Fee so I said I wasn't paying for it. They stated they couldn't make the deal and I said thank you and goodbye...no harm, no foul. The next morning "Elio" called me and wanted to know why I hadn't arrived at the dealership. I explained the previous day's conversation and then he began to argue with me and insult me when I questioned this fee. At this point I just hung up. When I purchase a used vehicle, I am purchasing the vehicle...not what you had to do to get it ready from one customer to another. That's YOUR business! You clean it, service it, take pictures of it, market it to get me interested. I'm not paying for that! I'm paying for the vehicle! I'm not paying for transportation costs to get vehicles to your location for you ot sell. That's YOUR business! I'm paying for the vehicle! I'm tired of auto dealerships trying to scam customers out of hidden fees, that most don't question, and then berating them when they do. Not this guy! I'll take my business elsewhere and continue to do so until I can find a straight forward dealership that doesn't hide fees until the end, have no explanation for what they are for, and change figures to low ball me on a trade in on a premium car. I have money to spend on a new truck...if you fit my description of a quality dealership, give me a call!

    We have been coming to Pinebelt for years, mostly out of convenience because we live in Brick. Every time we have used them for sales or service we would swear it would be the last time because the service was so poor. I have finally had enough and will no longer be giving them my business, even if I have to go out of my way. I recently had a minor service for an electrical repair, they kept my truck for 5 days. I work full time. I have an expensive extended warranty through Allstate. They told me the repair was not covered (it was, after speaking with Allstate they said Pinebelt never contacted them). They even had my Allstate contract number on the invoice, so they can't deny knowing of my extended warranty. I should of also gotten a loaner vehicle, but wasn't offered one because the repair supposedly wasn't covered. If you're wondering why I let them keep my truck for 5 days, its because it was a wire to my blinker, and I did not want to risk getting a ticket or into an accident. We had a 1 PM appointment on a Friday at 1 PM, when my wife brought my truck in, they said we did not have an appointment. We had numerous confirmations text and emails through their automated system. Then we were told it would be looked at first thing Saturday morning. Then when it wasn't completed, they told us first thing Monday morning since they are closed on Sunday's. We finally got my truck back on Tuesday. Never again! I can only assume their horrendous customer service is due to the popularity of Jeeps and Ram's, and since they basically sell themselves the customer service has gone completely out the window. I have numerous other complaints involving sales negotiations, lease agreements, and other service issues, but I don't like to waste my time and energy being negative. But enough is enough. Please do not contact me, as I will never use your company again.

    I worked with David when purchasing my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. David facilitated the entire process and was there for any questions I had. Even after purchasing my vehicle, I know I can reach out to him and he'll help me with whatever I need. I also had the pleasure of working with Glenn, the General Manager, to finalize all my paperwork and he was also extremely helpful and did everything he could for me. Highly recommend this dealership!

    Am truely excited to leave this review. Its one of the best dealerships we have ever dealt with. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted with no pushy sales pitches or bait and switches gimics. Dave was such a pleasure to deal with he was not your typical car salesman and that made a huge difference. We will be definitely going back.

    I browsed around and looked at some of the Jeeps on the lot on Sunday. I called in that Monday to ask a few questions and spoke to Frank Hervey who seemed very knowledgeable. He had told me he owed a Jeep himself. I made arrangements to come in that week. He showed me a bunch of options in the Jeep Wranglers. Frank made every effort to show me the different Jeeps and kept me in something that was affordable for me . I went home very pleased. I been telling my family and co-workers about how I love my Jeep and my pleasant experience at Pine Belt.

    My experience at Pine Belt was a relaxing and no pressure one. My salesman John was courteous and helpful with all questions I had. Glen the Finance Manager was able to negotiate fairly and breakdown payment options that suited my budget. Only minor complaint is I wish the sales floor was bigger and more private when discussing pricing with salesman. Needs renovation. Overall my experience was pleasant One.

    By far, the easiest experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. They have a great selection and I never felt pressured once. Adam, my salesman, was knowledgeable and courteous. We looked at several Jeeps, took it out for a spin and I couldn't be happier. The really important thing to me was it didn't take forever to finalize. They got me out of the dealership within 2 hours and I appreciate that. If you're in the market for a car I highly recommend Pinebelt. They have some great deals too!

    I was looking for a Jeep Unlimited Willy's Wheeler. I received numerous quotes but there was always an issue when I further inquired. I finally got the best quote from Pinebelt and they even matched another dealer's lower quote so it was a win win situation. I dread leasing a car but they made it effortless and stood by their word. I would go back in heartbeat and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reputable dealership. Best car leasing experience ever. Thanks Mike!!!!

    When my husband and I appeared on the lot yesterday, we were very skeptical. We were greeted by a very nice young man named David who let me test drive a Jeep Compass. He explained in detail the logistics of how the Compass handles. When we sat down at the table to discuss the deal itself, he was very intuitive as to how we wanted the deal to work out. His sales manager came over as well and helped us out. We finally came to terms after 4 hours of deliberation with the new car and my trade-in. Congrats- all around. Now we are tired and hungry and still have to meet with the financial officer - Glen. He was the best financial person I have ever dealt with. (Did I mention that I am a realtor and work with negotiating on a regular basis.) After spending the better part of my day at the dealership, I will honestly say that they were all great!! I most definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. They will make it work and make you happy at the same time. Great work guys!!!!!!!!
