by j on 05/22/2024If i could give ZERO stars i would. Beware of the lies and hidden fees, and when you question them about fees be prepared to be yelled at. I asked 3 people (internet sales, sales, finance) before going in to this dealership if they had any… extra fees beyond tax/dmv beyond doc fee and was told all by 3 no. I guess they meant... no? or no ;) because before signing the papers I noticed the math on the deal was not adding up, after some hostile back and forth with the finance guy I got the most convoluted explanation of how over $3000 in fees were there to 'certify' the car so I could buy it... he barley could admit it was a fee, tried to say it was part of the price of the car and that was after he denied anything extra was there 3 times. Shady tactics, if you are going here be prepared to be swindled, lied to and insulted... or maybe just stay far awayVery Disappointed
by Rick Coleman on 10/18/2023I took my vehicle in because the engine light indicated there was a problem, it stayed parked there for seven days having nothing done to it at all, costing me 200.00 in travel having to use alternative transportation to work, Danny… (Service Advisor) stated that he had issues communicating with Carshield, to that end, I reached out to CarShield myself, I had no problems getting someone, I was told that the computer issue Danny said they were having was non existing, they were able to process claims, but for argument sake, had this been the reason, any reasonable prudent person would have reached out to the customer, explained the problem, leaving me with options to pay out of pocket for the repairs. I wasn't given that courtesy, infact, I called three times, each callI went unanswer even after leaving voice-mail trying to ascertain what was going on, I was told he'd call me back in 20 minutes, I had to call back 90 minutes later, or I would have been disregarded yet again, so I made the decision to retrieve my vehicle without having the issues resolved, upon entering the facility, I was not greeted at all, Danny directed me to the counter to retrieve my keys from the cashier with total disregard after doing so, it was unprofessional, demeaning and lacked character. I, after having my vehicle serviced there the first time, thought, finally, a great place to have my vehicle serviced by professional and courtesy people, It was wrong of me to have assumed that, it turned out to be such a bad experience, to this end, I've made the decision never return there for any reason whatsoever, I truly was not treated as a valued customer.Total waste of time!
by Al R on 10/07/2023Terrible experience. I’ll elaborate. I called at 2pm today and gave the sales guy The two car SKUs. He asked what time I planned on coming in. I told him 5 o’clock. I showed up at 5:15. Neither of the two cars were there. Neither was the… original sales person I spoke with. They assigned us to a different sales person. That guy tells us that the cars will be there in 15 to 20 minutes. 7 PM rolls around and we’re still missing the cars. Total waste of time. We walked out. We will buy the car as we like jeeps but certainly won’t buy here. This place is a jokeDon't sell car here
by Ty on 08/24/2023Recently leased a new Jeep from this dealership and traded in a car as a partial trade-in, plus a payout amount. The payout was supposed to be delivered via check within 2 weeks according to them. Over a month has gone by and the check has… not been issued. The salesman I worked with was responsive, but had no answers on how or when the transaction would be completed. He referred me to office lines for both a finance manager and the GM, who have failed to return calls after leaving a voicemail. No resolution or communication has been made about when the check will be delivered to me. I would not do business here if I were you; the customer service is non-existent.Spent over $1500. Car still not fixed. Terrible Service expereince

They charged me and then strong-armed me that unless I pay for a rental they chose to provide me I would not receive my car back. I have yet to… speak to the service manager that I requested to call me. They also charged me more than what I was quoted over the phone. The service agent looked at me and lied to my face.They don’t know what they are doing

My car was towed to rt 46 keep and the service advisor said that it may be the both batteries. When I explained that I had replaced… the main battery he said he would call me back. He never did for a couple of days. I called every day and he would not answer or he would have the girls in the front tell me that he is still working on my car. Which was a lie because my car was sitting in the back lot. Then finally I was able to get a hold of someone by showing up to the dealership and the service advisor tells me that it is my engine and will have some one look at my car to call him the next day. So I call and he has someone tell me that they are still trying to figure out was is wrong with my car. After 10 days I had enough and went back to the dealership and demanded answers. They finally had someone look at my car and of course it was the second battery. Why did it take more then 10 days how incompetent is this advisor and the tech. Lost days from work. 1000. For rental and then a 300 dollar bill when this all could of been resolved I. A day. This is unacceptable service.You Will Be Taken For A Ride...but not in a good way.
by Nate on 08/27/2022Route 46 Jeep's service center is not to be trusted. I was charged $2,406 to replace a leaking radiator and a timing cover in my 2015 Chrysler Town and Country mini van. When I got my vehicle back, the a/c no longer worked and a few weeks… later I found out that the work they claimed to have done and parts they claimed to have replaced wasn't actually done or replaced. The timing cover had not been replaced and I was advised it has nothing to do with the radiator. I was a customer of Rout 46's service department since 2016 and assumed they would treat me honestly and fairly. That didn't happen. Danny, a manager in the service department was the person I was dealing with and he said that since I had been a customer for so long they would take care of the problems and get me a fair deal. A few days later he called me and went through the issues and quoted very fast(not leaving room for questions) and said that I didn't have many options and that the bill would be $2,635. I felt that I needed to go with his recommendation so I ok'd the work. I had second thoughts about the work and called back later and was told that the work had already begun on the car. I let them complete the work and he said he managed to get the bill reduced to $2,406. Part of the discount simply came from removing the diagnostic charge that they wave anyway if you allow them to do the repairs. When I picked up the car I had to immediately return to the dealership because my a/c no longer worked. When I brought the vehicle in, the a/c was working well and blowing cold but after their service, the a/c no longer worked. Route 46 had just repaired the a/c in the car in May. Two weeks after the radiator repair, I had another mechanic look at my car and they advised me that the work that was claimed by Danny(the service manager)at Route 46 Jeep as being done, had not actually been done. Route 46 replaced the radiator and that was it. Of course I was embarrassed, especially when I found out that the work that was done should have only cost a few hundred dollars, not forgetting the fact that I had to bring the vehicle back to have the a/c fixed again. I told Danny at the start of my initial visit that I didn't have much money but that didn't seem to stop him and Router 46 from taking me for a long expensive ride. I will never go back to Route 46 Jeep in Little Falls and I hope this review can serve as a warning to everyone to avoid this dealership.Terrible Experience
by Danny on 05/19/2022Terrible experience with Enrique. I asked to test drive a specific trim of a Cherokee L. Instead he brings the more expensive higher trim and lied and said the options were the same. I had actually already driven that exact same vehicle a… few weeks before unbeknownst to him. I also test drove a Durango. When I asked if they honored the manufacturer lease deal from the Dodge website he said that website doesn’t exist. When I asked if he could do a lease quote for specific mileage and terms for excellent credit he said he couldn’t and that he needed to run my credit. I said assume excellent credit as I know my scores and do have excellent credit. Enrique said he couldn’t assume and wouldn’t do the quote. I had no problem getting lease quotes from Volvo and Lincoln as I was cross shopping an XC90 and Aviator. Even more ridiculous is that I even got a lease quote from that exact same dealership for a Cherokee L Overland a few weeks before from another salesperson. I guess if you’re a black man and not working with a black salesman you’ll be treated poorly. Thanks Rauny for the great service. Enrique needs to treat his customers (especially the black ones) better. I won’t be spending my money here.Terrible service department. Lazy, fake mechanics

Their claim: “fuses were ripped out of fuse box and too many after-market gadgets and wires hanging all over”. The truth: the fuse box is pristine. What does a “ripped… out fuse” even look like? Why would anyone “rip out” a fuse? The one and only after-market “gadget” is Oracle brand halo LED rings. A simple little add-on. There were two wires coming from that from when I disconnected them in preparation for this service. Two wires. Not many. They were neatly tucked away on side of engine compartment which is very neat and clean and tidy. I disconnected because I didn’t want them to interfere with testing and repair of starter issue. They were not connected whatsoever to battery, fuse box or body. The fake, wanna-be mechanics lied and made up ridiculous allegations.Forget about contact-less buying experience
by Lucinda on 02/22/2022I initially inquired about a specific stock number on Friday 2/18/22 at approximately 2PM via the chat feature on your website. The person that replied verified the vehicle to be in stock. I provided my name, phone number, address and… requested that it be verified that the vehicle had not been smoked in and that I be called at 4 PM or later. I was contacted an hour later at 3PM while I was in the middle of an appointment with a client. I requested that the salesman call me at 4 PM. Instead he texted me at 4:50. At that time I requested the window sticker via email and a worksheet to be emailed to me reflecting the $2500 coupon on the listing, 5.5% interest rate and 5K down. Instead he did not reply to me until 10:20 AM on Saturday to give me the run around about the coupon only being available over the weekend and not being able to draft a worksheet as everything is finalized in house. I requested the sales manager call me as I live in NC and again requested the best pencil, 5.5 rate, and 5k down on the worksheet. Even though my significant other just had surgery last Wednesday and is in a cast he was willing to make the nearly 9 hour drive with me to get the deal done as long as we had finalized numbers before departing. Despite calling your dealership 7 times on Saturday I was never able to get in touch with a manager or receive a return call. I spent nearly ten years in the Auto Industry with 7 of those years as an Internet Sales & Marketing Director for a highline dealership.TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT

My car was in the show for 13 DAYS before they even looked at the car to figure out what the issue is. When they FINALLY looked at my car, they gave me a $7k… price tag for just parts. When speaking with the service person, he assured me that he checked after market, everywhere, and couldnt get parts for less. Air Shock $2600 Transfer Case $3000 Upper Control Arms $1100 While speaking to him, I googled some of the parts and found genuine parts online for much much less. less than half of the cost. So, I picked up my car and even with having to wait 2 weeks for them to look at my car, I was charged $450 diagnostic fee. I took it to another place. For the same things to be fixed, parts and labor, $2800 to fix EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING. This dealer was not just trying to make some money, but they were outright trying to rob me. The worst part is that they made it seem like they REALLY tried to help me out. TRIED to get me a deal. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.Miserable dealers

They did not stick to their ( Reyad and his manager who is really rude) words… and the numbers that the finance guy Sal were totally..I know stealing that kind of hard earned money is not going anywhere it is going to hit back in some way but I really hoped there were still trust worthy people in this dealershipWonderful Place To Buy Your Next Car

Not only was he extremely kind, but he also worked for me as a customer.… When it came to the trade he pushed FOR me to get the most out of it and gave me an amazing deal way below what I was expecting in monthly payments. I used to work with Ed when I was in the internet department, and I always knew my customers were in great hands with him. Now, as a customer, I know why! I will be sending my family to Ed Harney from here on out!Awful Experience
by Steven on 06/15/2020Went a few weeks ago to look at cars and put down a refundable deposit. Salesman was wonderful, but I couldn't get to a number I wanted. Went elsewhere. Asked for my refund back in store, manager/owner that sits behind the desk (white… male, glasses, orange hair) calls me over. Asks why I didn't take the car. I informed him that it wasn't gonna work out and that I don't need to provide him anymore information. Manager/owner screams at me and calls me a petulant child and that karma will get me. He then refuses to give me my credit card back and my refund (which I am entitled to via the contract) and threatens to call 911. Refund was eventually issued. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE. GO ELSEWHERE. If I could leave a zero star review I would.Treated like family

Had a few hiccups along the way but he checked un with me and worked around my hectic work schedule to get the problem resolved. Even with the… busyness of the dealership he still did his best to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
