by jrehus on 10/16/2014I had the pleasure of having Gabe (Gabriel Domingez) as my salesman and I can honestly say that he is the best by far that I have ever encountered. I have been car-shopping for approximately a year and he remembered me each and every time… I entered Rt. 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I went to a few other dealerships and I was so disgusted by their customer service and sales pitches. Gabe was genuine, easygoing and has a sense of humor that breaks the ice and makes you comfortable. I would highly recommend Rt. 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge and ask for Gabriel. They were both so great to work with, and it was nice not to feel like just… another signed contract. They explained everything and helped with whatever needed to be done so I could get out of there as quickly as possible. This was the first time I have ever had a really good experience at a dealership. Will definitely go back for my next car.Best car buying experience I ever had!

by weckface on 09/09/2014Mike M is the sole reason my fiance and I drove home a used car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep tonight. He went to bat for us, got us approved for financing, and found us an awesome car that fits our budget. Definitely not used to having… customer service people who actually go above and beyond anymore, but Mike really made us feel like he would have(and probably did) do way more than we ever could have asked or dreamed. by Vixs1979 on 09/09/2014I had the worst experience ever today with the service department. My oil change took 8.5 hours! I called last week to make an appointment for my oil change, I showed up today at 10am for my appointment, by the way I'm also 8 months… pregnant, my car was taken in and I was told by Dan it would take about 2.5 hours and he would call me. Luckily I had my mom run some errands with me for that time, 3 hours passed and I received no call. I went back to the dealership and Dan informed me that the oil filter needed for my car was not in stock so they were waiting for it to be delivered. No apology, no update on time, in fact he walked away from me into an employee only door as he was talking to me. I left and waited another 2 hours until I called the back, at that time I was connected to Dan's voicemail, I left him a message to please call me back, no call an hour later so I called again! I was told Dan "stepped out" and I was connected to a female who told me my car wasn't ready yet. I asked her what was the point of making an appointment a week in advance if they weren't going to be prepared with the necessary parts, her explanation "We don't do that so in case you don't show up for your appointment then we aren't left with a part we can't use" ??? WHAT??? Another 3 hours later, my car was ready, still no call or update during that time, a grand total of 8.5 hours. The worst part was I went to the dealership 3 times and called 4 times, at no time did anyone apologize for how long it was taking or even call me with an update, did I mention I'm also 8 months pregnant? It was the most awful experience I have ever had with any dealership in my life. 8 months pregnant, 8.5 hour oil change, 3 trips to the dealership, 4 phone calls, NO UPDATE, NO APOLOGY. I would never suggest this place for purchase of a car, even if the sales people are decent, you will have to deal with the awful service department for years after!Edwin S is the Greatest Salesman period

My sales consultant Edwin S is the greatest he is fast, reliable, he gets you what you want so you leave happy although you could only selct 5 stars on the rating he… deserves 50 stars. Before going to Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge i a had gone to many dealers, and nobody would approve me for a car loan., But when i got to Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge it was a totally different experience from the moment i arrived at the door the whole gang at the dealer was like family. As soon as i met Edwin S he started working hard to get me approved, and he did it fast, and it was so easy. Thanks Edwin and everyone at Route 46 Jeep Chrysler Dodge, I really appreciate your hard work, and the dedication you provided to me!!!Excellent sales rep Bob V
by AbelTS on 09/04/2014Just purchased a new Jeep. Thanks to Bob V who was a great help. Took his time working with me and helped guide me throughout the process. Excellent service. BUT (has nothing to do with Bob). I almost walked out soon after walking into… the reception desk. The young lady was very unprofessional and definitely should not be assigned to welcome clients or potential customers - unwelcomed attitude and terrible hospitality. However she managed to page "any available sales rep" to assist me. No one showed up for some time, fortunately she saw a young sales rep who appeared to run away from me but fortunately for me we saw each other eye to eye so he was basically forced to help - the demeanor of being forced to help me was very evident. As we walked towards his desk, I happened to see Bob who was friendly with me two years back when I purchased a new Jeep - and I said hi. Immediately the sales rep that I was with handed me over to Bob, like trying to get rid of a disease. I ended up with Bob and purchased a brand new 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 less than an hour later.Do not trust the Internet Team
by jmontani on 08/30/2014Below is my customer experience with Route 46 Dodge: 1) 8/27: I find the car I want available in inventory at Route 46 and request a quote online. I immediately receive an email from the Internet Sales Associate (Mike), the Internet Sale… Manager (Jamie), and a sales associate (John). I respond to Mike with my contact info 2) 8/28, 12:00 pm: After not hearing from Mike I attempt to call the dealership to reach him. I am disconnected by the operator/receptionist twice and have to call back. I finally leave a message with Mike 3) 8/28, 1:22 pm: I call and ask for a sales associate. I speak with a man and give him all my information. He tells me he will call me back in 15 minutes with a quote. I never hear back. 4) 8/28 8:00 pm: I email Mike, Jamie and John stating that I have not heard back and would like a quote ASAP as I need to make a decision shortly 5) 8/28 8:30 pm: I finally get an email and voicemail from Mike with a quote and a claim that he called me earlier in the day (despite no missed calls, voice mails, or emails). I respond to Mike's email with some additional questions and a request for an adjusted quote with Employee Pricing since my father is retired UAW. 6) 8/29, 12:00 pm: Mike calls me back and tells me that he cannot give me employee pricing over the phone and I need to come in. I know for a fact he is mistaken but oblige and tell him I will drive from Madison with my 2-year old around 3:00 to get my trade in appraised and see the vehicle. (Note: my wife gave birth to our second 8 days ago and we decided this was worthwhile since we need a new car urgently). Mike says he is available at that time and it will work. 7) 8/29, 3:00 pm: I drive 40 minutes from Madison to Little Falls through traffic with my 2-year old. I ask for Mike at the front desk and am directed told he does not meet with customers and I am redirected to a general sales associate (Ed). Ed tells me that the car I inquired about has been sold and there are no similar models. I leave with my 2-year old infuriated 8) 8/29, 4:00 pm: On the way home I try to call the Internet Sales Manager (Jamie) to voice my concerns on my customer experience. I am redirected by the receptionist to a general voice prompt for Nissan/Mitsubishi without any guidance for how to reach Jamie. After a frustrating conversation she finally explains that Jamie works for the Nissan department within Route 46 Auto Mall and I need to hit 1 and then request her name. I leave voice mails with Jamie and Mike voicing my displeasure. You have permanently lost my business. I had a very simple customer request and was thoroughly disappointed.Excellent Experience! by kassiec on 08/30/2014At the last minute I visited the dealership to simply look at the car I was interested in - well I left with the Jeep of my dreams and at the right cost.I would like to also recommend my salesman, Franklin Z. He was great!!!!! I honestly… may not have bought the car if it weren't for Frank's help and understanding. He wasn't pushy or overbearing at all. Everyone was friendly, patient, and very helpful especially Sales Manager Jim J. The dealership was great too they made the whole process as easy as possible. Overall, great experience at this dealership every step of the way!!!! I will highly recommend to all my friends and family.First car Whoo hooooooo!!!!!

He was very patient and understanding of what we could offer and really helped us out along with Jim the sales manager to get a great deal on our first car. Me and my husband have been shopping around for a while and… every used car seemed to have bad car fax or lots of miles for a ton of money. But we came to the Holy grail at route 46 Chrysler Jeep dodge ram....lol!!!! The staff was very welcoming and the buying process was quick and easy. I worked With RJ S, again and as usual; felt I was treated with respect, fairness and, above… all, honesty. Would highly recommend a visit if you are in the market. They genuinely care about the customer and the overall experience!
