He was not pushy and extremely easy-going - basically the opposite of what you fear going into a car-buying situation. He knew the… differences in the models and was very patient as my wife and I made decisions on what we wanted. We ended up feeling comfortable enough to close the deal quickly and drive off the lot in a brand new ride. Not many dealerships had the truck I was looking for. I was introduced to Jr. Villlanueva upon my arrival and… he took me straight to the truck I was looking for. JR listened to everything I was talking about and did not once try to push a sale. That alone impressed me. He then worked out a small discount for my involvement as a first responder. The finance department worked tirelessly to find me the right deal and I drove the truck home that night. I normally don't buy through dealerships because of past experiences but JR did a great job in restoring my faith in at least this dealership. Terrible!
by Kurt8992 on 09/21/2016One star only because I can't register "zero" stars. You must avoid this dealership at all costs! They are [non-permissible content removed] in every sense of the word. First, their internet advertising is clearly false advertising.… They will post a price that looks attractive and then in fine print you will see that their price includes a loyal customer $2,000 discount. Beyond that, they run a scam of negotiating with you and then at the time you're ready to sign on the dotted line, they throw in a $1,000 "transfer fee" and nearly $500 in other fees apart from the normal fees for getting the plates and registering your car. I confirmed at least 4 times by phone and in person that I would not accept any "transfer fee" at the time of the purchase. They still put in on the invoice. [non-permissible content removed], everyone one of them. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and this was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had. This dealership is the poster child for everything wrong with trying to purchase a vehicle. DO NOT GO THERE!Go See Ed

Lied to and taken advantage of
by proach74 on 08/16/2016I was kept at dealer with my 2 kids for over 5 1/2 hours and after we agreed on price and terms with the salesman I waited yet again for the finance dept. When I told them I would come back later without my children to sign paperwork they… proceeded to quickly get me to the finance guy and rushed me through signing all paperwork. I was never explained the actual terms that I was agreeing to which in turn was not the terms discussed with the rep. They did not disclose how much the mopar warranty would cost me. It turns out that they didn't even honor the Truecar price guarantee that they gave me. A complete fraud.This happen to me also. This is the worst dealership I have ever been too.

I was peered up salesman Marvin Belton who showed me around 6 different vehicles that he felt I would like and… that was within my budget. I ended up getting money for my trade in and I also found the car of my dreams a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium. I gave Marvin a price range for payment and he explained that with my credit I would have to give another figure for car payments. I did and it wasn't to far from my original payment I wanted. Marvin went above and beyond to make sure he was able to close the deal and to make sure I was able to get into the car I wanted and I did. Bad experience will not go back.
by bunk101 on 07/25/2016updated 08/02/2016Worst experience dealing with route 46 Jeep dodge. Will never go back or refer anyone. I recently purchased a 2015 certified pre owned truck costing over $40,000. The day of purchase they handed me one key and said they have to look for the… other one. When they found it they would overnight it to me along with the license plates. Being out of state they did not have New York plates on hand.. ok fine no big deal! I called three days later. Still did not find them and no plates . Called a couple days after that still could not locate them and no plates ... day 15 called up and they tell me they can not find the key and it's their policy that if you buy a vehicle from them with one set its on you. Even though they said it had two sets. They would not make a new one and referred me to call an aftermarket guy to get them cheaper. Now on to the plates. They gave me a 20 day temporary tag. Long story short after calling numerous times after never receiving them I had to drive around for a day or two with an expired plate.. maybe it was nydmv taking so long. I'm not really sure. This is my fourth Ram and my wifes third Jeep Grand Cherokee. I usually go to my local Jeep dealership but this time i went to Route 46 because they had the truck I was looking for.. I will never go back or refer anyone to go there. They take advantage of customers. I Feel very unsatisfied . Not smart losing a customer over a key. I bet if I refused to sign the paperwork because it had one key they would of ran in the back and made one.Go See Ed
