by MAJORMIKER on 02/01/2016If you are in the market to buy a vehicle made by Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, we suggest you check out Chrysler Dodge on Rt.46 in Little Falls, NJ. If you do, specifically ask for a salesman named DEAN. My wife and I did some preliminary… research on Dodge vehicle and visited several dealerships. One salesman at a dealership was not interested in talking with us since we only wanted vehicle information. Another dealership wanted to 'strong arm' us into making a vehicle purchase. Another dealership kept showing us vehicles above our chosen price range. All of the above made us uncomfortable. Now comes Dodge of Rt.46. We were assigned to a salesman named Dean. He listened to our specific needs and was very polite during our discussion. He didn't try to strong arm us. He checked his inventory of what was available to see if a match was possible. We found a car suited to our needs. He asked us if we wanted a test drive, we agreed. Dean presented us with the numbers concerning the actual cost of the vehicle and then left us alone to decide. We were able to make our decision based upon the current information and in a relaxed environment. Once again, no pressure. We bought the vehicle and paid a very reasonable price. Again, if you want to receive great dealer service, no pressure, and a good understanding of your vehicle needs, then we strongly suggest you check out Chrysler Dodge of Rt. 46. Ed Harney was my sales rep and I don't think I have ever met a more genuine sales person. He was very easy to deal with… and wanted nothing but to help me. I was on a very very tight budget and he tried everything he could to help me out. Mike Arrante, the manager also stepped in to address my problem. We ended up making a great deal and I bought the car the next day. I didn't even feel the need to look elsewhere. Rt. 46 C,J,D makes you feel like family when you are there. They also check up on you often after the buying process to see if you are satisfied. This dealership was close to an hour from my home, but definitely worth… the trip. The employees were all very professional and friendly. I felt like they valued my business. This was not the feeling I got when I visited a dealer close to my home. The Dodge Grand Caravan was ready to go on the agreed upon date/time. All of the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. It was a smooth process and even included a follow up call by our salesman, RJ, the following week. My civic just made it to the location because my clutch was burning out as I was driving there. I walked in… and found David. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every car that he showed me. He was very friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my time there. I felt like family. I told him that I was looking for an SUV or 4 door sedan. Him and his finance team was able to put me in a 2011 Mazda CX-7 which is something that I really liked. Amazing experience

David was very knowledgeable and helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for. Since I wanted more than any of the vehicles they had… on their lot, he along with his brother searched dealerships within 100 miles and found a dealership that had 3 vehicles with everything that I wanted and one was the exact color that I requested. After a couple of days of waiting, I got a call that said that the dealership was willing to do a swap and I could indeed get the vehicle that I wanted, down to all of the options and color. They really worked to try and get me exactly what I wanted and I was not disappointed. Upon delivery David took the time to go over several of the features and followed up today with an e-mail asking me how I was enjoying my new car. Again above and beyond. I went knowing what I wanted ( I had seriously done my homework before going in) and what I was willing to pay.… Josh, the Internet guy, David C, the sales consultant, and Frank M, the business manager, we're all great. They were nice and (here's a big one for all the women out there) I never felt like I was treated like, "a little lady". I was treated like a rational, smart person. And that was hugely important for me because I went in ny myself, no hubby in-tow. I also went in at an off-hour and knew it would take a long time. But I came with smart phone and coffee and budgeted the time so all was well. Our salesmen, Dean, was terrific. He was patient, understanding, easy to… talk to, and helped us get the car we wanted for a great price. This dealership does a good job in not making you feel pressured to buy a car on the spot. We spent weeks going back and forth across different dealerships before settling into Route 46 because they simply were the best of all the dealerships we visited.
