Great service!!!!
by Dansedan76 on 10/14/2015Great experience at this dealer. Salesman Dennis Brunel was excellent at helping us find our new Grand Cherokee and through the negotiation process. Highly recommend this dealer over the other local dealers I visited in my car search.Great experience
by Teres17 on 10/11/2015Our sales man Mike Magano was excellent. He made the sale of our new Jeep easy. He was very honest and made us feel valued as a customer.2015 Jeep Cherokee
by toddm01 on 09/29/2015I worked with Dean Puleo at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep to lease a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee. There was no pressure, only help. He understood what I needed and went out of his way to help me lease the Jeep I was looking for. Dean was extremely… professional, as was the sales manager that approved the deal. Picking up the vehicle and working with finance was a breeze as well and everything was explained clearly.Definitely the best experience I've had buying a car
by AshGrey on 09/28/2015My dad and I came into Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge just looking to test drive a few cars, still unsure of which vehicle I wanted. My salesman Mike Solomon was very patient and knowledgable and didn't make us feel rushed during the product… info and test drive process. I am very happy with my experience at route 46 and would definitely recommend any friends and family to purchase with them!Excellent sales and service
by AlibethRN on 09/26/2015I recently leased a Dodge Journey and had a fantastic experience with Marvin . He was not pushy at all , and met my needs in every aspect. I went away feeling like I got a great price and worked for me ! I have already recommended him and… the dealership to several friends and co workers !BE AWARE AND CAREFUL
by Leobotelho on 09/24/2015Don't take your car for service in this place unless you don't care about your car and personal belongings. I took my 2014 Grand Cherokee for regular maintenance service at Route 46 Jeep and they returned my car after a whole day with it… still with the same problems it went in. I had to bring the car to service again two days later. DO NOT LEAVE ANY OF YOUR BELONGINGS INSIDE OF YOUR CAR. THEY WILL ROB YOU. I HAD CAN FULL OF QUARTERS FOR PARKING TAKEN AND MY RADAR DETECTOR. I noticed that the glove compartment and central console were opened and stuff moved, but I thought it was necessary to connect the engine computer, since the faulty light was on. No, it was to find personal possessions that they could take. I hated. I will drive all way to Jersey City or Teteboro to prevent future incidents.Avoid their service department at all costs.
by lukasza on 09/18/2015STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! I have a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 that i brought in for service. To be specific repair of front right control arm, drive axle, and strut. As of today they have my car for a combined 20 DAYS in the last… 6 weeks!!!!! ( DAVE was my service adviser) After the repairs which initially took 15 days i had to bring it back because the new strut was squeaking. They now how it 5 additional days after my appointment date totaling 20 days now. When i ask for a courtesy car, each time they told me there are none available for the next two weeks. They don't keep you updated, ignore your calls, don't return messages, when you reach them they keep telling you they are working on the car but when you ask them whats wrong with the car exactly they tell you they don't know yet ( its on the lift), give you excuses such as "We are behind. It will be finished tomorrow. Almost finished. My parts truck didn't come in till 1PM today. We cant find the problem. We have to do more research into what may be wrong. Your warranty company may investigate the issue and say you got into an accident resulting in you paying them back for previous repairs." The most popular thing they say is " ill get back to you in about an hour" Never call you back. Than you call several times and the service adviser doesn't get back to you.. Finally you're told he left for the day.!!! The assistant manager is of little help because he only convinces the service adviser to call you, and it only goes back to the same excuses.... I am at a point where i am coming in there tomorrow, demanding my car, calling the president of the company, and calling corporate. Terrible service from this location. Once i get my truck back I am NEVER coming back here again!!!Highly recommend!!! Love my new Jeep!

by tvdfran1 on 09/14/2015Great experience. We terminated a less early and went for the Jeep overland. The dealer did not have the color but they found it and we drove away in our new jeep in a few days. No pressure to buy what they had in their inventory. Great… experience and pressure free salesperson PedroGreat experience
by kyleflanagan on 09/12/2015Very nice people as soon as I pulled up on the lot. Best car experience ive ever had. Car seller Tom McHugh is one of, if not the nicest people in that place. Between Tom's smooth talking and nice personality he sold me the best possible… car. I give Tom and the jeep dealer a 10/10One of the worst
by caincc12 on 09/11/2015I was in the market for a very specific type of car. A 2011+ N55 BMW 335i with a manual transmission. On Friday, August 28, 2015 I notice that this dealership had one for a very good price. The dealership called me on Friday afternoon after… I inquired about the availability of the car on Friday morning. The first red flag was the price the dealer has posted on Autotrader was $2000 less than the confirmed price from the sales manager. What I was told was the lower price was specifically for customers who purchased a car from them within the last 3 years. However, since I would be traveling up to pickup the car that they could offer $1000 off the asking price so ultimately we'd split the difference. I agreed to do so. Next came down to financing. I told the dealership that I secured financing through 2 of my banks, USAA and PenFed. They encouraged me to apply through them to see if they could beat the rates I had. I already knew they couldn't beat the rates but I allowed them to try. I filled out their financing application on their website and sent over the confirmation saying it was done on Friday. I then get a call saying they couldn't find the application on Saturday. I found the email saying it was processed and yet they still couldn't find it. So they had to do another over the phone. My concern is where does the information go that's entered into your website? That's an identity issue when you can't find that type of sensitive information. They came back with some higher rates so I told them I wanted to stick with my banks. So more time wasted for nothing. On Saturday early afternoon I received a call from another person at the dealership asking what time could I come in. I told them that I could be there by 6 as the dealer was about 4 hours away from our location in Alexandria, VA. They say wonderful we'll see you at 6. We get on the road and after about an hour I receive a call saying that the documentation that PenFed faxed to them isn't going to suffice for them to release the car today. After some back and forth they finally agree to allow what's called a dual contract. They would write the bill of sale using my USAA check but once I sent them the draft check from PenFed they would use it instead as it had the lower interest rate. Ok, made sense to me and was actually a customer centric move on their part. I had USAA fax over the draft check to them so they had it and knew I wasn't about any funny business. Throughout the course of the day they had been sending me text messages with pictures of the vehicle saying things like, "she's waiting on you". Another hour goes by and we're heading to them and I receive a text message, not a phone call, a text message stating, "I'm sorry but someone is signing papers on the car right now." Needless to say I was furious. We worked on the deal over the past 2 days. I made arrangements to pick it up and they had the check that I was using. They knew I was on the road headed to them and would be there by 6. At this point it was no longer an issue of selling the car because it was as good as sold. I want to say I spoke with at least 4 different people from the dealership over Friday and Saturday. They simply don't care about customers. I understand the goal of any business is to return a profit. They are obviously a volume dealer but I certainly won't be doing business there nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else. If you do decide to take your business there, I hope your experience is exponentially better than mine.Smooth & Easy...Ask for Marvin Belton
by BBjEEP462567 on 09/07/2015When your looking for a new jeep or any car for that matter, go see Marvin and the staff at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep. He made my whole experience there easy and pleasant. He was also more than just a salesperson--he was very personable,… sharing personal stories and making sure that everything was running smoothly. For all your Jeep needs, go see Marvin, you won't regret it!Sad experience
by adilakif on 09/07/2015I went there to get a lease price for 2015 Charger. Now I am leasing a car from another dealership. Employee named Dennis Brusco treated me like if I was a worthless object. He was incredibly rude and he wanted me out of there as soon as… possible. He insulted and disrespected me just because I am an international student. Before even talking about leasing a car, he was surprised that I have a NJ drivers license. He implied that international students shouldnt have a drivers license and they should not be driving a car at all. I kept my cool and leave the please respectfully. I even thanked him for his help. I was happy and excited when I first got there, but he ruined the rest of my day. Please do yourself a favor, if you ever go there stay away from Dennis Brusco.Tbay

by ismael7 on 07/26/2015updated 08/07/2015I will change my review from 5 stars to none for Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. They never submitted my paperwork to the NYC DMV and let my 20-day temporary tag expire. I now have a brand new van that is basically useless because I… cannot legally drive it until I receive my registration from them. And now I have to find a place to store the vehicle until I receive my registration because if I leave it in the street it will be ticketed and towed. To make things worst I had a planned trip to West Virginia on the 21st day with my family to visit a sick relative with terminal cancer. Now I cant make the trip because they will not provide me with a rental to make the trip. I tried to rent a van on my own but was unsuccessful because none of the rental companies here in New York have vans available. Once the van was paid for they forgot about me. They sent my paper work to the DMV on the 19th day after I called them to inquire about it. The temp tag they supplied expired the next day. I am really pissed at them and will file a formal complaint with the State of New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission for failure to process my vehicle title. I will also contact the state DMV and report them for not following state requirements after paying them the tax and licensing fees for registering my vehicle.Great car, great experience
by rae1522 on 08/05/2015Great car buying experience. The sales people are friendly and seem to really care about they jobs and they didn't push me to buy. They took they time and answered all of our questions. I would definitely buy from them again.Just what I needed!

by zannyz on 07/28/2015I do not even know where to begin. I came to this dealership because I wanted a specific car and specific color that was available only here and in a Ramsey dealership. I was told i can take the vehicle home today and fill out all papers… tomorrow because the dealership was about to close. I was not told I was going to get charged later for now and it cost me about $750. Before buying the vehicle, we listed things we did not like about it and the manager Jim gave generalities saying "don't worry we will take care of it." mhm sure. They inspected the vehicle and even though it seemed like a fuse was not connecting properly and the lights would keep dimming when I applied the brakes, it was safe enough to not fix that problem. When the car went to get waxed because the edge was hit and we wanted to smoothe it out, the manager kept saying how we had such a great deal on the vehicle and since its a used car it cannot be done. Best of all, I love waiting 3-4 hours for an oil change. To top that off, i went today to get my vehicle detailed and I was there from 9am to almost 2pm and I had missing toll money, missing manual to the vehicle, AND headphones.Never Again
by shannon_8 on 07/25/2015Just waisted over 2 hours of my family & my time. Went to test drive a 2006 Scion tC, fell absolutely in love with the car and the online price. Until after we sat inside for almost a half an hour waiting for the manager to discuss prices,… for him to tell us that we need to "qualify" for a $2,000 rebate to get that price. False Advertising & [non-permissible content removed]. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!sales review
