They are really great with making sure the process is stress free, fair and quick. I moved away from the area but still come back… to buy my cars here. I highly recommend these guys for purchases and service.service diagnose

They also helped me diagnose a… couple of other problems that needed to be addressed. They are always so friendly. My husband is active duty Navy and gone a lot - these guys make it so much easier when I need some help with my vehicle! (Which only breaks down when he's deployed)Great customer service

by Kathleen92 on 07/13/2016I had a 2014 Kia soul in for detail service. Did a nice job on inside smelled great even got the dirt from the hard to reach areas. The only thing is I now am missing the rubber co at to my cup holder between the seats that makes it… easy to clean if spills... Outside of car shined nice my Kia is blk only thing I did notice on passanger side both doors the coating around the outside of edge of doors is ripped off now in w spots!! Makes it look like the paint is chipped. Not sure why that would happen as other side is fine.. I am happy car is clean smells great just not about the doors kinda upsetting as it's a new car and had no marks on the doors . I have been there for oil changes and have been more than pleased as everyone is very nice and I like how they rotate tires along with grease what is needed along with the oil change for a great price also. Not sure about going back for detail ? But will defiantly go back for my oil changes for sure. Kathi GrattonMedford Ford simply the best.

by 07F350desiel on 02/02/2016updated 02/19/2016Had a great experience dealing w/ Tim in service last week when I brought my 07 F350 desiel in for a leaking fitting from the high pressure oil pump. I seem to always have an uncomfortable & taken advantage feeling coming out of area… Ford dealerships but I decided to make the trip up to Medford Ford from Swedesboro where I had bought my first truck ('03 F250) and a great memorable experience. The experience just over the phone was a real one, no pressure, no bull just real person to real person trying to resolve a problem as a team. Got in quick and Tim explained the issue thoroughly w/ out trying to sell me wipers or an oil change. He got me fixed up and back to work faster than I was anticipating. I had a great warm experience buying my 1st truck in '05 and was treated just the same by Tim & the desiel mechanic in service that day. Picking up the car was smoothe and all I had to do was just get in my car and… leave. This was a very nice experience.snyc update was free

Free roadside assistance, tow, and all parts and labor under… warranty. (Miller Ford would have made me schedule an appointment a week later to even look at the vehicle.)Quick appointment and service

I dropped my flex off and asked for a ride home and didn't wait at all. They called me that afternoon and my car was fixed at no… charge because it was covered under warranty. My flex sounds great and is running smoothly.Our New Escape!!
