Fast,efficient,knowledgeable service
by JerseyGirl6392 on 07/29/2015updated 08/06/2015I didn't expect to drive a virtually new car home on Friday but Dan was able to arrange financing, contact my insurance company and process the paperwork very quickly. I was disappointed that my bank gave me misleading information about… loan rates, but Dan was able to get the deal done painlessly despite the fact that it was late on a Friday night. I am enjoying my new ride and the roof rack will work well for my kayak. Thanks again.Quick Lane Really Quick
by Buckspunhe on 07/29/2015Drove in about 7:30 with no appointment and after my cup of coffee was on my way about 8:00. Fast and courteous service.Total cons stay away!!!!
by usmarines1st on 04/10/2009My husband and I went in March 24,2009 to buy out our lease. We were told our loan was approved and that for a more dollars why did we not just purchase a new truck.Seeing the payments would only be $500.00 a month that was not bad we left a… deposit and they said they would have the truck in the next day.Upon arrival the next day we were told the loan went sour but hey we got you a loan through Capital one instead but payments would be $750.00 we laughed and said no thank you. We asked for our deposit back and they said okay no problem please come monday this is after they tried to make us purchase a differn't car that we did not want for a lower rate.Monday we called to see if it was ready they said we will call you back.To sum it up fast it has been thre weeks and now counting and still did not receive our $1,000.00 back. We went in today and the Italian man suppose to be the manager started screaming saying where is the proof you gave us a check.I showed him the agreement contract between his dealer and us and he only said come Monday when the secretary is here remind you this will be now 30 days and still waiting for my money.Guys stay away these people are scam artist. We will now have to hire a lawyer if Monday our deposit it not refunded.Stay far far away.do not trust this dealership!
by cparks2 on 09/12/2007On July 18, 2006, I purchased a 2006 Ford econo-line van from the Stadium Auto Mall. According to the terms of the sale, the dealership was supposed to have a Ford Econo-Cargo Interior System installed before I received delivery of the… van. On the date of delivery, I was told that the econo-cargo interior system was not in stock and that the dealership would need one to two weeks to receive it from Ford. Over the past thirteen months, I have made numerous attempts to get the situation resolved. For the first couple of months, the parts department, and the sales manager told me that the interior system was on back order and that nothing could be done. On 11/26/06 The Ford customer complaint center told me that this is a dealership issue, and that Ford is not responsible. The Ford customer complaint center contacted the dealership and informed me that the sales manager would be able to resolve the problem. On 12/12/06 The owner of the dealership, told me that he purchased the dealership in September (after I had purchased the van) and that he is not responsible for deals made by previous management, but would make every attempt to get the situation resolved. On 12/18/06 The owner asked me to fax all of my documentation (including the Due Bill) to him directly because he did not have access to the files from the previous owners. On 01/11/07 The owner told me that he located the interior package and need a couple of days to have it shipped to his dealership. On 01/23/07 The owner asked me to refax the Due Bill to one of his coworkers who was more familiar with the Econo-line vans. On approximately 02/05/07 The owner told me that the dealership would be sending me a check for the amount of the interior system. I had never mentioned wanting a refund. He acted surprised and said that if I still needed the part, it could be shipped to the dealership by the end of the week. On 02/16/07 He told me that he only receives shipments on Wednesdays and Fridays, and that I should call on Wednesday or Friday afternoons to see if the part had arrived (after making two phone calls a week for three weeks, I stopped calling). On 04/25/07 I was told by both the owner and the regional manager from the dealership, that the new dealership is not going to honor the contract. According to them, their dealership only purchased the Assets of the previous dealership not the liabilities. They gave me the names of the previous owners and told me to contact their lawyers. On 04/26/07 I was able to speak to the third party who was supposed to install the Interior system. He told me that the interior system has been in stock for several months and that he was waiting for me to bring in my van. After explaining the situation, he is reluctant to install it because he has not been paid by the dealership. As detailed above, I have had a very difficult time getting anyone to accept accountability for the problem. Unfortunately, it looks like I am never going to get the interior system or my money back ($1,900.00).Horrible service
by dallas66 on 07/20/2012updated 04/29/2025My wife's SUV which we bought at this dealership, was in the shop for close to three weeks, with a radio issue and an issue with our dash board lights flickering, at the same time my a/c unit turns down on its' own and also affects the… suv's rpms. The service department didn't have the same issues - even having it for all that time. We picked the SUV up at noon time, the next morning, the issue happens again, longer this time. I left a message on Sunday, three days later, no one replied. I called Wednesday, this time with the Service opened - no reply. A week goes bye, with me still calling every day and no call back. Tom Dickman calls me on wednesday, he say he will call me back once he can get our SUV in to be service at another dealership. Today is Friday, TEN days now I have gone without any contact with Quality auto mall!!!!Did not honor quoted price
by btrebelh on 01/25/2011updated 04/29/2025Dealer quoted one price via email for a new 09 escape, however they claimed it was a mistake and quoted me a $7,000 higher price when I arrived at the dealership!DON'T BUY FROM THEM
by memphisr24 on 05/29/2014updated 04/29/2025Definitely not a dealership you want to give your money to. Just because you place a deposit on a vehicle, doesn't mean you will get that vehicle. I could've sworn the whole reason for placing a deposit on a vehicle is to show that you're… serious about purchasing the said vehicle and that it would reserve the vehicle for purchase when the vehicle is ready to be picked up. NOPE! They sell cars from underneath you, that you've placed a deposit on, then try and offer you another vehicle. Stay far away. I'm telling everyone I know and publishing this on as many websites as I can to give them a bad rep. I'm an honest and loyal person, but when I get screwed with, I take it personally. I don't treat anyone with disrespect and I honor my promises. I expect the same in return, and this is a dealership that won't give you any honesty.Run around, fake Quote-No parts returned
by marketing101 on 01/31/2012updated 04/29/2025Had my truck in for service. Got the complete run around, service was almost $600 more than quoted and parts were never returned when requested in advance. Other write- ups are VERY accurateBEST DEALER ON THE PLANET!
by fordguy22 on 01/23/2012updated 04/29/2025i was treated better than any other dealer i have ever been to. they answered all of my questions and were very courteous. the delivery process was extremely painless.Horrible service, another dealer had to fix
by btrebelh on 01/25/2011updated 04/29/202509 escape purchased from dealer, had transmission problems, took dealer 4 times and they finally replaced transmission, however another dealer found out the pinched a gasket when replacing transmission. They also told me they needed 3 days… to replace cams, however other dealer did repair in a day!Dan the Man is all you need !
by Dwaynne63 on 05/23/2014updated 04/29/2025On Wednesday April 30th, 2014 I had the good fortune of going to Quality Automall to look at a 2013 Corolla I had seen on the Quality Auotmall website. When I pulled into the lot I was greeted by a superior saleman named Dan S. We briefly… discussed the car and he took me to look at it.The car was exactly as I had seen it online, very clean and no dings and dents. I went for a test drive with Dan and I was hooked. We discussed price and I purchased it for much less than the sticker/adverised price. Dan was honest and forthright about the costs (no hidden fees when it was all said and done) and kept his word on everything he promised. A few weeks later upon returning to Quality Automall to pick up my new plates, I was given a check for the overage amount between the estimate of what I paid for registration and what it actually cost. It made my day because I just wasn't expecting it, that's all. I would gladly buy 10 more cars from Quality Automall because of the honesty and integrity of Dan S
