I felt that we were treated fairly and were able to negotiate a deal that was win-win for everyone. I hate buying cars and dealing with the… games and while there was obviously some of that still, it was a much better experience than I have had at other dealerships. In particular, as a woman, many salesmen in the past have literally ignored me and only spoken to my husband. We worked with Sergio and he treated me equally and with respect.
