Time management/ service
by Logan on 01/03/2021Took the majority of the day to check the tires and what else was asked. The car wash was not open again even though it was like 55° and sunny. When I called to ask them what was going on they never picked up but got back to me a couple… hours later. They had to check for sure that it was in warranty after they thought it wasn’t.Poor service

At the beginning after buying the vehicle they would do the whole check fill the washer fluid and everything else out after that but as I went to the last maintenance check they just… change the oil which took them over an hour and a half and looking at everything else nothing else was checked nor was the washer fluid filled. As far as I can tell their technicians are getting lazy and at least I no longer have to use themHello, we strive to make every visit worthy of a five-star rating. Did my car get serviced?

Got the two year free service package and I'm not sure anything was done to my car except a sticker put on for when my next service would be. Car not washed or vacuumed as is… supposed to be. Was told it supposed to snow so we didn't do it. Ummm no snow. Not sure tires were rotated either because psi on each tire was the same as when I checked when I left the house. And the psi wasn't the same as when I bought the car. People were nice enough, I just left feeling like nothing was done. by Service on 12/14/2020I have taken my truck to get serviced here 4 times. The last 3 times, I leave and something is wrong. This last time I left and my hood was left half closed. It wasnt until I was driving 65 mph down the freeway that I noticed the hood… shaking as if it was about to fly open. So I had to pull over and close it. This could have been a dangerous situation had it flown open. The time before they forgot to reset the "service required soon" message on my truck and forgot to put updated sticker for "next service"Sorry to hear about the issues after your vehicle was serviced. Expensive headlight bulb replacement
by Filly on 12/10/2020The service advisor was great. Very nice guy. I was in for an oil change and to replace the lt low beam headlight. The low beam replacement cost 205 dollars. The light itself was 30.00 and same thing at autozone was 16. That’s not a… big deal, but the rest was labor. The bulb is in a difficult place, but don’t you think 200.00 to replace a bulb is excessive??? I read online that other dealers will replace this under warranty as a service for their customers.Thank you for making me aware of your pricing concerns.
