    I made an appointment for 8:15 because I had another meeting at 10:00. I also told them when I checked in about my other meeting and the said no problem should be done by 9:00. I did not get out until 9:45 after others that check in after we’re done and gone. Then they try and upsale you everything but the dealership itself.

    Very very poor service call multiple times can’t ever speak with anyone they honestly don’t care about you or what you purchase they just want there money very unprofessional to the Max never would recommend them to anyone wouldn’t want them to deal with the headache in the future we will take are business else where you just lost multiple customer because I do refer family and friends when I’m satisfied with my service

    I scheduled a service request for my Jeep and was assisted by Howard Courtney. Mr Courtney was courteous and kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know what options I had to continue. Mr Courtney also had my car washed and went above and beyond. I would absolutely come back again.

    While it took an abundance of patience to wait for the phone to be answered they did find the problem and fixed it. Expensive, yes but spot on.

    I had two small issues — my wiper fluid wasn’t dispensing, and my sunroof wasn’t working properly — but I was able to come in a day later to get both problems handled by mid-afternoon. Ed was great!

    I just had my 3rd Oil Change after almost a year of ownership. Every time I've been to LHMCDJ for a simple oil change there's been complications. By no fault, issues on my part to be clear. This last oil change prior to signing off for oil change I confirmed with Howard that is my last of 3 oil packages, correct? Yes he agreed. Next day I get a voice message stating "i'm not sure what those guys did back there Michael but I need to either collect for an oil change or sell you a new package to cover this one. Well needless to say I was furious. I left Howard a message indicating we discussed and confirmed this yet your calling me for $. They also didn't put the little reminder sticker in upper left windshield. I like that sticker. I chose this dealership over the westside for my purchase and service given my Patriot was almost damaged extensively by service. But now history repeats itself on eastside. I love my Jeep and sales side is great but it should all come packaged with 5 star service. Customer service runs deeper than gratitude, warm welcoming. I'd have to say last oil change about topped this one when tire rotation wasn't done and was told by Service tech, 'sorry guys are tired back there, it's the end of day and bothers them taking last minute service calls.' I was like REALLY, I was just told this! One of the manager's got wind of the situation and could tell by my facial expression something went bad. Can't expect 100% everytime but work on being more consistent with positive versus negatives.

    I wouldn't recommend larry h miller to my worst enemy. I'll never buy another truck fr these guys again!! I bought a truck in January . Horrible buying experience. Horrible sales guy . Horrible sales manager they don't care about the customer s!!

    Had my truck in to repair heater core hoses Instead Velvet had radiator hoses changed it was my fault for having the wrong hoses changed. It cost me $565 for wrong parts and labor.now I have to wait another 2 days for parts and repairs, spend another 500 +/- for work to be done that I told them to do 4 days ago. Great jop people screw up and blame the customer

    Went to get my oil change which I’ve been doing for the past two years there. On the phone when I made the appointment I advised that I would be needing a shuttle ride back to my place of employment to please note my account. When I arrived I informed again so they put me in the list. I ended up waiting 45 minutes and asked someone how much longer. I was then told that the clipboard was under papers and the driver did not see it. Then I was advised it wouldn’t be that much longer. I ended up walking back to work. This dealership needs to be more efficient in the way they work and manage customers. Very disappointed

    This was my 1st experience @ Larry H. Miller having switched from Santa Fe Lithia. The service was outstanding! Howard Courtney was the service representative who assisted me. He was friendly, knowledgeable & provided me w/ frequent updates on my truck. His performance in itself is primarily why I will return. Also, the facility is clean & comfortable.

    The time for the oil change and tire rotation was about an hour and twenty minutes which I felt was too long for an express lane service. I rate the service as average.
