by qt505 on 12/14/2015This was second time I have taken my Chrysler 300S to Power Ford for service and I had excellent service but during the most recent trip last week, I think, the only issue I had with the service was a few oil smudges on the hood of the car,… probably when they were closing the hood after service. I am sure this was just an oversight on their part but I just wanted to let you know for future reference. Other customers may have over reacted but I just wanted to inform your team to be a bit more careful. But overall I am still satisfied. ThanksGreat sevrice friendly staff

I was however, shocked that no one could offer me free coffee or a soda. Come on… management, these are expensive cars too. Why don't you loosen up the pure strings a little. Lexus offered me coffee so did VW!Excellent service team

Your service members took the car immediately to check and fill the tires (low due to cold weather) and the care was returned to me in less than 10 minutes...I can't… ask for better service than that! As always, the service department desk manager and attendant that too k care of my car were professional , friendly and efficient. You choose your service team members well.90%
