battery cable, then the heater, the hood need repainting and still waiting
by Dianna32850 on 10/02/2015I rated the service from the service department high, because a service person by the name of Ben Gilaspie here in Albuquerque, NM went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle that I have taken 3 times in the pass 10 months of… ownership. I haven't even owed it a year. I realize it is a used vehicle 2013 Ford Edge, purchased in November 20, 2014, my name is Dianna L. Baca [Phone number removed]. The first month I owned it I notice my hood fading and I have brought it to General Sales manager John attention, he had it buff but I believe that the clear code has been buffed out. I have then went back and told them again and it was to the point that I was going to trade it in, but I didn't because I can't afford a high payment. I need a reliable vehicle, I am a single mom with a daughter with a medical condition. I am getting the run around in regards to just painting the hood, the rest of the car is not fading. I have also recommend my cousin to buy a car there, which she did. All I am asking is for better service in repairing my hood, so my feeling can be different about Power Ford. I am not happy with the outcome. Please fix my hood in repainting it, that is all I am asking. If you believe in better service and better sales, a better good word from a customer is a plus, it over powers the bad. I called yesterday 10/1/15 in regards to it again, because this pass Saturday Oscar sales person said he would look into it by talking to the General Sales Manager and Director. I got the run around again. I am going to have to take it high, the labor board, and file a complaint. I have been more then patient and kind in this matter. Please help.Fantastic service

I bought a 2015 F150 from power ford and took our explorer there. The service experience was awesome.… They did it fast with a rental car. Their service was outstanding.My Taurus 2015

But my experiences with their service department drove me to looking for a better, more reliable, trustworthy, engaged dealership. I found those qualities in Power Ford's… first-class, customer focused, truly professional service department. Senior Service Writer Ben Gillaspie and Senior Technician Tom Williamson not only took my concerns and observations seriously, they actually acted on them. Ben and Tom drilled down and discovered solutions to my car's mechanical problems; then they worked with me on alternatives to get those problems fixed. I'm impressed and will be returning for more of that Gillaspie and Williamson superior service. Thank you ! New truck with minimal fanfare

by Xquizite on 08/20/2015I had received a pre approval from my credit card company fit a new car loan. I set up an appointment then after work, on Friday I was driving but and decided to stop. The sales person I had made an appointment with (Luis) was unavailable… so another gentleman helped me (Tavo). Never in a million years would I have imagined leaving that place that day in a new car! After I got home that day I was still in disbelief, my fiance asked if they had any other cars and just out if curiosity why I had chosen that type of vehicle.... So on Saturday on my way to go pick o my old vehicle I asked if I could change the vehicle, they said come in and lets see what we can do! These guys really are the best out there from Luis and Tavo, Larry and the Manager whom I met, he personally thanked me for my business! Larry worked hard at getting me a lower rate and lower payment, I had not had the chance to have such a brand new car in years! My credit was shot and this will certainly help me. I have recommended my daughter and son to come visit these guys! They truly take their job serious, they enjoy it and they do the best for us-the customer! Now I am able to cruise in my 2015 Chevy Sonic and still keep my gas guzzler Chevy Suburban for camping! Thanks guys!Thank you for leaving us with this detailed and glowing review. by Ssichler on 08/14/2015Everything was good except the pushing of buying aftermarket Accessories and added packages would be better if they would take no thank you for a answer the first time instead of having to tell them ten times like a bunch of vulturesoil filter hole

But service was great, Ben explained everything that had happened and what needed to be done. They cleaned up the oil mess so that the smell was gone.… Quick and efficient. Thank youBuying My New Car
