by Gina T on 03/05/2024They were a great dealership to work with. All the paperwork is easy everybody was professional, took their time, answered all of our questions. Of course, it is a typical dealership and it does take quite a while to get everything… situated. We worked with Z, Juan, Carlos and Ron. Only hiccup is we noticed the day after we got the car there was some scratches that the car wash did before we were handed over the car. The car is black and we didn’t see them until the next morning. They offered a free detailing to of course, fix it, since the car is brand new. Even helped me find something I left in my old car that was very sentimental to me.Thank you for sharing your experience, Gina! We apologize for the hiccup with the scratches on your new car, but we are glad that our team was able to offer a solution and help you retrieve your sentimental item. He answered all our questions and my husband and I will be back again after this lease is… up. We really like the CRV-Hybrid Touring its sleek and drives great. My husband is thrilled at the gas mileage.
