Iām hard to please and like to push the limits on what I can get. Im not cheap but like to stretch my dollars if you know what I mean.
The sales person Paul in Habberstad Of Bayshore really made me feel comfortable in my purchase process.⦠Very knowledgeable and just a nice guy, he walked me through the process with a few laughs along the way.
Highly recommended that you ask for him.

I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful when I learned I was given a goodwill repair as a⦠good-faith gesture for a very costly repair that was not covered under my warranty.BMW BAYSHORE NY

Vincent the service manager explained that due to a prior repair on the car he was able to get BMW to warranty the repair.Bravo Bayshore BMW for going above and beyond my expectations!My dream car

I never felt like I was being sold. he worked with his manager John and they worked up a monthly payment that was⦠right where I needed. After we agreed the finance prrson pulled my credit which was limited since I was just out of college. They never tried to change my payment. Instead the realized I qualified for a college grad program and got me an additional $750. Off. Awesome is all I can say.Purchasing my new X5 from Robert P. at Bay Shore BMW

I had a payment set in my head that I knew I cant go over or I would just basically screw myself. When I arrived I was greeted by Robert and right away we clicked. I told him to be⦠straight with me, I don't like the beating around the bush and wasting mine and his time. I told him what I wanted, where I needed to be with the payment and asked him, can it be done.. We took a walk around the lot and he showed me a brand new X5. I told him this was out of my price range so lets move on. He said lets go run numbers. With my trade in and taking the loan 6 months longer I could have a BRAND NEW X5. I was so happy and before I knew it, I was driving off in my new X5. I only have 1 thing to say, LOVE YOU Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore!!!Biggest mistake of my life
by cretanbroad7 on 10/06/2012updated 04/26/2025Wasn't told that my car does not have an alarm; wasn't told to activate my antitheft feature; Sirius subscription was never put through through the dealership; didn't receive a copy of my lease agreement upon signing; engine rattle⦠developed within 2 months of driving the car; car was in service for three days & nothing was done; faulty trunk latch from day 1 (I was told that "just because a customer complains about something doesn't mean that we're gonna fix it"); no customer service whatsoever, phone calls are never returned. DO NOT GO TO BMW OF BAYSHORE, save your time & sanity!I wanted to respond on behalf of our dealership.Our online reputation is very important to us. Very friendly, goes out of his way to shake your hand, and makes⦠sure you feel taken care of. Very thorough and professional dealership from the kid that greets you when you drive in to girls in the waiting lounge. Very accommodating had a 7:40 am appointment which i was 15 minutes late for and was still in my loaner and out the door by 8:05. picked my car up that evening after work to my surprise it was washed and vacuumed.
