Hadn't purchased a car in twenty years so was very anxious and nervous to replace my old Corolla that had been totaled.(would have kept it for another ten years) Visited other dealerships before coming to Star Subaru. So glad I made a… final purchase here!! Taesharra was knowledgeable, patient and also sweet and friendly.....not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable with her even when she brought her manager Zachary over also not pushy. After thinking it over for a few days I returned to purchase the Crosstrek. I don't deal well with change so I am still getting used to all the features on the new car. Taesharra has told me to come back and she will go through all the perks on this new car. I would highly recommend purchasing a care from this dealership.. Excellent experience.

Was told by FRANK that my check would be held, when they denied us a car (with a high credit rating - had ZERO problems buying elsewhere!) they cashed our deposit and refused to tell me how to… get it back. After leaving at least 5 messages, I finally got through to my agent - WHO NEVER CALLED ME BACK, only to have him berate me on the phone and tell me that it's not his fault that I have terrible credit (really, mid 700's is terrible??). Have complained to their manager and to corporate. Hope everyone there is fired ASAP. HORRIBLE.
