    I met with Dioris and he was exceptional. Courteous, professional and honest. He answered all of my questions and when it came down to get me into a car, he did it. He went above and beyond to get me driving that same day. Even though we bumped into a few hiccups, he found a solution and made sure I was "Ok" with everything. He kept me informed every step of the way and even followed up the next day to see how everything was going. I will DEFINITELY be returning to City World Hyundai for my next Hyundai. Thanks again!

    I was helped by Xadiel Dume who guided me throghtout the whole process. I bought a newarly new car while in Florida. The paper work and process was done well and I was able to get the car i wanted.

    After owning a used car, I wanted a change and decided to purchase something new. I was very nervous about the decision, however Erizardo made the experience such a breeze. The sale felt genuine and informative, PLUS I absolutely love my Hyundai Tucson. It was such an amazing deal and car!

    Please do not be lured into coming to this dealership! I was preapproved through my bank to purchase a vehicle. I saw a vehicle on their website and informed my bank that I wanted that vehicle. Called to confirm twice that the vehicle was still available for purchase. Informed the manager that I would be traveling from out of state and that I didn't want to waste my time; has the vehicle been serviced, etc.? I was informed that the vehicle was in good condition. The morning that I arrived to the facility with my toddler in tow, the nightmare began; everyone that I spoke with was too busy to genuinely help me find where the vehicle was located. I stood for hours after finally being told that the vehicle was their and that it wouldn't be too much longer. Another hour passed and I asked to speak to the GM. He informed me that the vehicle was not at the facility, had been in a accident, and was getting serviced and that he doesn't know why the person's would tell me that and have my toddler and I come such a long way. He stated that he would reprimand them and that he could sell me other vehicles similar to the one I wanted to purchase. I repeatedly declined and now I am in tears because I did not know how my child and I were getting home, and because I was lured by them to come when their only intention was to upsale me another vehicle. I felt tremendously pressured and such a fool. He stated that he would reimburse my travel fees and get me a loaner vehicle to get back home safely. More hours passed and nighttime had filled the sky, roughly two hours ago. I began to worry all over again. So I asked where was the loaner vehicle? The GM stated that it was coming but he would much rather sell me a more reliable vehicle than the other... I declined. Around 11pm he tells me that they did not have a loaner vehicle unfortunately and that he had another vehicle out front of the facility that was similar to the other vehicle, but just more in price. Before I could respond, he told me to think about how I am getting home with my toddler. I cried outwardly and told him that I felt pressured but that I would have no choice. The approval letter from my bank was suppose to be used to finance the vehicle. Instead, without my permission, they applied to various other lenders and has added points to my credit report. They switched the lender without my knowledge to Hyundai Motor Finance. They did not inform the insurance company nor me of this change. They told Geico that the lender was my bank. I did not find out until roughly 3 weeks later that they were the lender. They didn't provide any account number, contact information for the lender, etc. I have called my bank numerous times to check on the loan but it wasn't there because they switched it. I left the dealership with my son around 12:30am. Tired, confused, relieved, angry, sad, etc. 4 Days after I got home, the brakes nearly gave out. I took it to my local Hyundai dealership and found out that the vehicle needed a new brake starter, brake pedal, nearly ten recalls fixed, aux port, monitoring system, and tires (holes/slits in the tires)! I was flabbergasted! I nearly had two accidents with my son in the car due to this vehicle not being serviced before being sold to me. I requested to the GM to return the vehicle and have my down payment returned and he told me that "it's not like buying a pair of shoes lady. It doesn't work like that). I reminded him that it had not even been 1 month and already I am repairing major problems that you should have repaired prior to selling it. He said that he would not take it. So, now I will have to go through other channels to fix this matter. I hope this helps someone. Do NOT buy from this facility.

    So this was my first time ever buying a car getting a new car etc and Kareem was amazing from the time I walked in. Everyone was warm the welcome doc as amazing. Kareem helped me great an amazing deal on my car and made sure the process was the quickest and best way possible. He exceeded my expectations and made this visit the most pleasant and I drove off in my brand new car with no worries!

    My name is Lillian. I walked into Cityworld Hyundai and a gentleman by the name of Jeremy treated me very well, took me on a test drive and presented everything to me and made me feel very comfortable and I drove out the same day with my brand new Hyundai Elantra !!

    If you're looking to buy a car from a [non-permissible content removed] then this is your place! The lease was up ending on my Kia, so I traded it in and purchased a truck they had. The agreement was that they would take my Kia free and clear and cover my last month payment along with the end of lease disposition fee. As it got late in the day, the paperwork started to get rushed. In the end I never got in writing that the disposition fee would be taken care of (only last months payment). I called multiple times and spoke with the salesman Rich and Finance manager Paul. Paul just ignored and never called back and Rich promised it would be taken care of since that was the agreement (regardless if it was missed on paper). I also spoke to the manager who also ignored me and never called back (I can't remember his name but he is [non-permissible content removed] so it's not important). Turns out Rich lied because I just got a letter in the mail today that the debt was never handled and the fee has now been turned over to collections...which also in turn jeopardized my credit. The best part about this "pleasant" experience is that since the paperwork got rushed, I walked out the dealership without ever paying my $2,000 down payment (even though I had a receipt for it). When they caught up with it the next day I promptly gave my credit card to be charged the amount.....only in the end to be lied to and screwed out of the disposition fee along with a negative impact on my credit report. Let me remind you that Hyundia owns Kia and my previous Kia payments went to Hyundia Finance. This means that they were fully aware of this fee when running the paperwork. Save yourself the headache (and credit) and go somewhere else.

    This dealer's internet sales rep made and then confirmed an appointment for me to view a car. I then traveled more than an hour out of my way to visit the showroom, only to be informed that the car sold on the previous night. The sales rep should have informed me of this when confirming the appointment during our conversation on the same day. City World Hyundai is an unprofessional and dishonest dealership. After interacting with them, I would never buy a car from them. Hyundai should be ashamed to have these people representing them.

    On my day of purchase at City World Hyundai I was given great customer service since I first walked through the door. I quickly approached by anow awesome salesman named Kareem. He was great as he offered me his assistance on choosing my desired car model and finding the best car that fits me and my price range. In which he did. As the process took off from start to finish, Kareem was an excellent help. He and everyone else in City World Hyundai were very attentive, fore-front, explanatory, and most importantly polite. I walked out of this dealership as happy and proud as can be in my new car from my old one. And I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for and affordable and brand new car or even used car where the Sales people will work with you and keep it honest all the way, but most importantly walk youp carefully through each step with patience and accuracy. I will definitely visit again in the future for another trade in or/and to bring City World Hyundai more business because it's well deserved. They'll answer all questions and they honor all commitments.

    I had a little over a year left on my current lease and I had to get out of my lease because I needed the space. Was greeted by a sales guy Tony and he was able to make everything work for me. Showed me all about the car and showed me all the numbers that I needed to know to get into my next car. Thank you again!

    When visiting City World Hyundai in the Bronx, NY area to purchase a vehicle, I was greeted by a Kareem. He was very friendly and welcoming allowing us to feel comfortable. Kareem was knowledgeable enough where he was able to work effectively with finance manager in getting the best rate we could considering our circumstances which ultimately led to the sale of a brand new car at a reasonable monthly cost.

    Briant Rosa stood out as the most committed salesman ive encountered in all of the Hyundai dealerships Ive visited. His attention to customer service and his going above and beyond (even on his day off) have made this car buying experience one note worthy and one that I hope others will have be lucky enough to have. The staff is very friendly and the managers are very dedicated. Truly professionals.
