A gentleman by the name of Manny assisted me via telephone. While on the phone he walked me through the website where i was able to see… pictures and videos of the car i was interested in. Manny was very patient and helpful. I went and purchased the same car the next day.100 percent service

by ladymagenta on 05/28/2013updated 04/29/2025I went to this dealership a couple of months ago with my daughter to purchase a used car and first, they lied about what cars they had in stock when they called her about coming into the dealership. Once, we got there and saw a couple of… cars that she thought she might want to buy -- BEFORE he would even discuss interest rate, price etc. the saleperson literally told us we had "to show him the money" so that he knew we were serious about a purchase. In all my experience of purchasing a car I have never been asked to put a deposit down on a car that I have no idea what my payments will be. Needless to say, we left - and she purchased a car from Kia. Here's the moral to this story - I'm looking to buy a new car and this dealership will be the last on my list == I rather be treated with respect when I'm showing my money.Customer Service

I was skeptical at first but upon my arrival I was greeted by a young man by the name of Germaine A. I told him what I was looking for and he was… more then happy to show me a few vehicles that fit my needs. He is very knowledgeable any questions i had he answered.Although I did not purchase th e car as of yet I will definitely will be returning here soon.
