    Everything was fine with the dealership. However, I do have a suggestion to Ford in the design of the transit in that the steering wheel should telescope out a little further. If you have long legs and have the seat back, It would be nice to have the steering wheel closer. #2) Major blind spot created by the posts of the back door windows. It makes the rear view mirror virtually useless.

    I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer after trading in my 2013 Explorer that I bought from VanBortel Ford. The service has been excellent! The staff always gives you the feeling they truly care about you and their job. Christin sold me both Explorers and made both sales experiences excellent! Kitty has built a great dealership!

    As always it was a pleasant and stress free car buying experience. I have purchased or leased my last 3 cars from vanbortal Ford and wouldn't consider going elsewhere to start my search formy next vehicle. Not only is the sales department helpful and wonderful to deal with the servicedepartment is equally as wonderful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

    2015 focus htbk, so far we love it, very impressed with the features that remind us of our ford edge. this is our 4th ford and the 3rd from vanbortel we love the way they do business from the pricing to the knowledgable sales and service staff. Our salesman George Lunney was topnotch he answered every question clearly knows all the vehicles and options, took the time to show us all the financing options. this is why we keep coming back.

    Excellent. I did an inquiry on a Ford Mustang and ended up buying the wife a Ford Explorer. John B. was very attentive to detail and they gave us a good trade allowance on our truck. He was also excellent with follow up. Would definitely buy from them again.

    I was very disappointed in my attempt to lease from Van Bortel again. I felt that the sales person only wanted to sell me a specific car and what I wanted didn't matter. Don't think I will try them again.

    Great price right from the beginning, no games or high pressure, no unwanted add-ons or surprises ! I needed some time to evaluate buying a car after the first time I visited the dealer for a test drive. My sales person was very understanding and patient with me. Van Bortel provided several options for cars on the lot vs cars at other dealers to get a car configured as I requested. I have brought ~10 new cars over the years (between my wife & I) and none were are smooth as my recent transaction (2012 Ford Focus) at Van Bortel Ford. Van Bortel did offer me a very fair price on my current car as a trade-in but I decided to sell privately since it was still a highly desirable & could command top $ due to the condition. They made it very clear the cost of the Focus on a straight ( no trade-in) deal (discount off of MSRP) and did not play any number games showing a high trade-in value off of the MSRP.

    I ask for a quote for a new vehicle via internet a week ago. As of today I have not heard any thing. Poor customer relations.

    We have been customers of Van Bortel Ford for a long time. We have enjoyed impeccable service each time we have brought our car or truck for maintenance. Most recently, we leased a 2014 Ford Escape from Van Bortel Ford. We are Senior Citizens and came into the Sales Department with some trepidation, not knowing for sure what we wanted to do, purchase or lease. Our sales person was very relaxed and patient with us, presenting us with all our options, while not influencing our decision. After, we decided to lease, both he and the young man in the financial department helped us through the lengthy and sometimes confusing process of finalizing the lease. Three days after we finalized the deal, we became the proud leasees of a 2014 Escape. The Service Dept. had it ready and waiting at the agreed-upon time, in perfect condition. Before we left Van Bortel's, a young woman sat with us in the car for 45 minutes, explained all the features, and patiently answered any questions we had, especially about the digital technology, which we were not familiar with. We look forward to continue our relationship with Van Bortel Ford far into the future.
