by LovingMyFIT on 09/13/2014I had a great experience buying from Millennium Honda. Having drove my last car for over 10 years, I was feeling a little rusty and not sure what to expect. Lucky for me, the staff was super accommodating! I was looking for a 2015 Honda Fit… which are in high demand and hard to come by. John A. was so nice and walked me through the process and found me the exact car I wanted within a few days! I am so happy in my new car and highly recommend this dealership!Elvis D

by kjamison25 on 08/29/2014My sales rep. John A was absolutely wonderful. He and Tom K made what started to become a bad experience great. They both listened to my needs and took their time to make sure I understood all of my options. Cathy in finance really ensured… the deal was able to go through and the general manager David also made all the efforts to make my experience a positive one.honda pilot 2014

by GardenCityDad on 08/30/2014We went to Millennium Honda to lease a compact car for our son to use for college and work. We were extremely satisfied with the treatment which we received from John A our sales consultant, his sales manager Anthony and finance manager… Haresh. Each of them was very helpful and knowledgeable. Of course, we had the most contact with John. He showed us the vehicles that were available and explained the features clearly. The dealership provided incentives in addition to those advertised and there were no hard sells to purchase additional equipment. We leased a Civic. It came with the features we wanted and had a few pluses we hadn't thought about. The dealership, which is on Franklin Avenue near the Hempstead - Garden City line, was very busy with Labor Day weekend sales but our waiting was minimal. We definitely would recommend them to our friends and family.Great experience
by apaddle on 08/30/2014My salesman Al G was one of the best - excellent salesmanship, patient and efficient. He helped make things a lot easier for us when we bought our car. I recommend this dealership. ASK FOR AL.My honda civic buying experience
by joenolan89 on 08/31/2014I came into Millennium Honda WAY late at like 6 or so and this dude Elvis was so helpful. He stayed late to help and make sure everything went through and we got our new car within our own schedule though it didn't match with the hours of… the establishment.CRV lease
by stigman143 on 08/31/2014Tony C (mgmt team), John A (sales) and Warrell (business mgt) made a leasing a car as painless as possible. All 3 work great together and I had no issues. Tony and John know the products they sell and answered all questions with confidence.… I will recommend the dealership to friends and family and make sure they look for John A and Tony C because that is the only way to purchase/lease a car. The salesman and mgmt team can make or break the sale and these two definitely make the sale. Thanks to all 3 of you.favorable review---excellent

by tomkim113 on 08/21/2014Very competitive lease packages from this dealer. Awesome service from salesman John A and manager Tony. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and more importantly, very upfront and a FAST worker. I visited many other dealerships during… my shopping experience, and it was quite frustrating working with some of these people that are always looking for you to commit to some credit check or deposit before you can even start talking pricing. Highly recommended dealer.Excellent
by cynthia_105 on 08/20/2014Great customer service and attention to customers from Jose A.They're All A Bunch Of [violative content deleted]
by jillrezak on 04/08/2010Two years ago I purchased a pre-owned Honda Fit from them. The salesperson said that pre-owned cars are checked out & brought back to factory standards. Two months later the lug nuts started to rust badly. When I called Millennium Honda… to ask why - the manager told me that's because the previous owner installed custom "rims" on the car. I asked why this wasn't disclosed to me at the time of the sale. The response I got was Millennium Honda leaves it up to the individual salesperson whether or not they want to disclosed information on pre-owned cars. I told the manager that in my eyes this was the same as lying to make a sale as to which the manager yelled through the phone "why the [violative content deleted] are you bitching - the custom rims are worth $2,000." Fast forward and I had a tire blowout. I called AAA to come and put on my spare. I handed the tow truck person my lug nut wrench in the bag that came with my car - but it wasn't the right lug nut wrench for my custom rims. I had to get the car towed to two different locations hoping they had a key to remove the tire. I went back to Millennium Honda and spoke to another manager about the above problem and asked for my tow money back. The response I got was that it wasn't Millennium's problem - go away. I told the manager I'd see him in small claims court. Three months after I purchased the car I bought it back to Millennium for minor servicing. When I picked up the car there was a hugh gash on the engine hood. I asked what happened and I was told that's how I bought the car in. Trust me, it wasn't there before they worked on it. I would never buy another car from these lying [violative content deleted]. Even if the car was free I'd go else ware. Keep away otherwise you'll get screwed.Horrible Do not do business with Them
by moe32 on 03/04/2010Had my lease expiring and made an appointment with Steve to return my car. Was told by Steve that they accept cars between 9 and 5. I told him I could not make it until 7:00 PM. We made an appointment for 7:00PM. I arrived at the… dealership to find that Steve was not there. Then was rudely insulted by Amit the sales manger and told to "Get Out". Guess they don't need the business. They will never get my business again and I suggest you do not give them your business. Don't go there it is a waste of time.Beware of Millenniun Honda
by vinniei on 07/29/2008In my opinon they are the most crooked dealership that I have ever dealt with. If you deal with them I would advise you to not sign anything until the whole deal is worked out, this means car, color, make, finance terms, delivery, etc.… because in my opinion you can't trust them. For insatnce, when I got my car they told me that the best financing available from Honda was at 7.4%. However, when I went to Honda, myself, I found out that I qualified for financing from 1.9% to 2.9% from Honda. Millennium Honda's finace manager, Anthony (a/k/a Ton)y Mareshie told me that he made a "mistake" and that he was sorry he didn't know what rates Honda was offering. In my opinion, that was pure bull. I complained to Honda but Honda's motto is that Millennium Honda is an "idependent dealership" over which they have no control. They suggested that I call Millennium Honda's general manager, Steve Sutton, who did not even bother returning my call. In my humble opinion these are not people that you want to do business with.Total waste of time
by nr22173 on 04/12/2008I spoke with a Calude at this dealer over the phone and set up an appointment for 10 am on Saturday to discuss my purchase of an S2000 which he stated he had a good supply of . When I arrived a few minutes early, which I told him I might… do, he wasn't even there. I was quickly attended to by someone else who after checking told me he didn't have any S2000 available and he didn't know when he would have one. Then he told me the 2008 had not yet come out this already being April of 2008. When I told him I had already had seen a 2008 at another dealer he didn't know what to say. Never did meet Claude or see the car I was interested in. Good thing they weren't too far from my house because I would have really been pissed at them making me waste my time. If your a dealer please don't make anyone waste there time telling them you have a car that you don't really have or know anything about. An Unplanned Purchase: Made Successful
by zaxxm on 02/02/2008My fiancee and I had not been in the car buying mode just 2 weeks ago when our car died on us while taking our daughter back to college. Our second car is already 14 years old, but "knock on wood", still kicking. We need two cars though. So… we began the inevitable on-line search for info and comparisons. Edmunds.com brought us to Mellinium Honda's website in Hempstead, NY, where we were able to easily make our own choices to model and price range. Ultimately, we were even able to see the specs as well as color views (in and out) of a model we could afford. Truthfully I really thought that we would never actually see that same car. We drove the several towns distance to Mellinium's showroom and lot, only to find what we thought might be that very car. We were approached by a very friendly, but not pushy sales associate (Derrance) who clearly took the time to hear what we were looking for, as opposed to telling us what he wanted to sell us. He willingly gave us answers to the background features that distinguished different models and price ranges. Not having been in the car buying arena for some time, our questions were probably rather rudimentory. No matter, he answered with thoughtful, considerate, patience; educating us without heavy leanings one way or other. We clarified that we had gone on line to make our initial choices and were somewhat informed about Melliniums website and offerings. He commended our efforts and after a test drive began the paper processing, but only when he had satisfied our questions and determined that we were interested in going forward. Our shared income is modest against our bills, including college expenses. It was clear initially and then again later that he had listened to our financial anxieties -especially since this was an unplanned purchase. At no time did there seem to be an unrealistic push to guide us to an upscale purchase, but instead an effort to guide us within the range of what was modestly affordable to our pocket. This attention and consideration was independantly, experienced by both of us and corroborated by us afterward. After the basics were laid out we were introduced to a sales manager who reviewed our purchase plan and worked to cover warrenty and monthly payment schedules. This is where we again recognized that the sales associate had indeed heard our financial plight, and had moved to convey this info on to the sales manager who continued to be attentive, including taking care to schedule payments around our non-typical paycheck frequency (1st and 15th each month). In reasonably short order papers were signed, we produced the plates from our former car and we were on our way. Incidentally this was a Saturday and plans were set for the car to be brought back on Monday for final detailing. I mention this because the dealership offers a shuttle that would drive me back to my town after dropping off the car. Simply unheard of in my lifetime for a dealership that is not selling $80,000+ cars. Would we recommend Mellinium Honda to others, without a doubt. It was told to us and it makes sense, they have a very large monthly output of sales and therefore a huge inventory of cars, so they can easily undersale the competition, but more significantly they demonstrated to us, a sincere concern for what our means and purpose was in being in their showroom. Also, I must thank Derrance for the tea on such a cold day.BE AWARE
by rbp2 on 03/02/2014updated 04/25/2025We were offered a price by the associate over the phone and on arrival to showroom they bluntly said they are not going to honor it.They offer me a very high price and later offered me few hundred dollars discount. When we asked about… financing they said there is a bank fee of $595 to finance though Honda financial which I found immediately was a lie. That was to compensate for the discount they offered before.Millennium Honda is not honest...BE AWARE.

Hi rbp2, The only numbers associates are permitted to give over the phone are American Honda's official pricing and the dealership ad prices. Which we will always honor assuming you qualify for the program based on credit and other criteria. Bank fee's are not something that dealerships make up, certain banks charge fee's and others do not. Also these bank fee's vary from car to car and program to program. If you would like to discuss this matter in greater detail and help me discover if any miscommunication took place I would appreciate it. You can reach me at tkharoufa@atlanticautogroup.net or 516.481.2800 ex 158. Thanks Customer Relations Manager
