    Warning: Avoid this dealership at all costs. I recently had a terrible experience with my vehicle. What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into a disaster. They replaced two tires instead of one, and now a third tire is having issues. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle to this dealership! I wish I could leave no stars!

    Extremely horrible service, I would like to give no stars but forced by this review template to give at least minimum one. I have called over two weeks trying to reach the assigned service and advisor, was told he would call back took him two weeks to do so. After I escalated it to the service manager with the receptionist that took 4 days to respond as well. I’ve never had to chase a dealership in this economy for service, usually they chase the customers. Imagine being told you’d be called back within an hr on over 6 different conversation, and no one call was ever returned. The service manager finally was reached and was told of my frustration and chasing of two service advisors, for almost two weeks. He got in touch with his advisor and then the advisor finally reached out. I had called prior to our the order in for the parts needed in which I was told by the parts department that they’ve sent over the parts quote twice and are awaiting response on ordering. I mentioned all of this to the service advisor, in which he explicitly said he will submit the order for the parts, it will take 1-2 days to be delivered. I called the next day to confirm it was actually ordered and I was having smoke blown up my ass to get me off their back. The reservation receptionist confirmed the order was placed. The parts came in as noted by the estimated time, the advisor and the dealership sat on the parts for 3-4 days without notifying me the customer it had arrived. I was calling in the entire week to confirm if it was received and to get an appointment scheduled for the install. Called everyday for an entire week and was told that the service advisor or manager would be in touch. Well that was a lie and everyday I told the agent answering the phone that they’ve said the same thing yesterday. How the service team keeps saying they would return the calls and have been negligent in responding. Has wasted my time for over three weeks going on a month now. I asked to escalate this concern to higher management and the receptionist and office neglected to make contact upon numerous requests. A customer that has spent over $40k in service with this dealership over the past three years and had brought multiple cars in solely to this location and this brand HABBERSTAD and two be dodged, neglected, ignored and on forth for almost a month. When I actually showed up the advisors and manger were tippy toeing around me, attempted to avoid but hard to do now when some one in present in your face. Had the audacity to ask well how can we help you know would you like to schedule a service appointment. Without any care to the deliberate neglect and avoidance. I told him if you and your team could have been honest this would have never been an issue, if you said sorry we can’t service you, we’re too busy, I would have gone elsewhere weeks ago. This is what a true and loyal customer gets from being brand loyal to a multimillion dollar family owned business. I was hesitant in writing this as I am a business owner but someone should hear or read this, maybe the director of operations or service may need to Micro his service department. Wonder if I should pursue a negligence claim. Wonder if this continues will BMW allow them to service or sell any of there products if this becomes a regular thing. How many times can you drop the ball with one customer? I’ve reached my withs end and have paid the bill for the parts and now will attempt to install it myself.

    Deep and broad inventory contained low-mileage vehicle of preferred model in the right colour. Clean, unpushy discussion, knowledgeable salesperson (Alyssa) and efficient buying process. Vehicle handover was well-briefed by tech team, and finance office was also well-organized and friendly.

  • Very Dissapointed

    I brought my car in for a vibration when I was driving around 50mph. The shop obviously had no Idea what they were doing. They originally told me that it is possible I might need a new engine they said they are going to try a few things to see if they can fix the vibration. They replaced a Harmonic balancer, fixed the rims and a few other things all costing several thousand dollars. Then after taking a few months to figure out why the car had a vibration; they finally said the car needs a new transmission and that the car has gotten in worse shape from when i initially brought it in. They sent a video showing that the axle going to the transmission was shot and had a lot of play in it. They, however, insisted that the transmission had to be replaced. I saw a YouTube video and found someone in a similar situation so i ordered a new axel on Amazon and had it installed from another mechanic. The Axel fixed the entire problem the car runs like new not sure why they didn't fix the axel seems like they were going after a big fix that didn't need to be done over 20k. While in the shop they damaged my vehicle by dropping tools of some sort on my car. When I got the car back, I noticed there was additional damage on the car. The Wing was chipped, and a part was broken off. I went and bought a replacement Wing and requested that BMW just have it painted and installed. I have sent numerous emails to Pete ( Shop Service Manager) with read receipts, so I know my emails haven't gone to spam and I have received no response, so I don't see how this place cares about their customers. Also its kind of sketchy that myself with no mechanical experience was able to fix my car for a fraction of what they were going to charge for an unnecessary repair. I have been a customer for years and I’m appalled that I have just been completely ignored by a company that I was not only understanding but tried to meet ½ way.

    I had an awful experience with Mike Puccio as my service advisor. He conned me out of my money and added extra services that I did not ask for. When I went to pick up my car, he stated that I signed for all of these extra services which I did not. When i tried to confront him about the payment, he cursed and walked away.

    Got an appointment right away with a loaner. Service advisor was very knowledgeable answered all questions and addressed all the vehicle needs. Car was delivered back when promised clean and ready to go. Will defiantly use them again.

  • Misrepresentation

    our purchase of the 2022 jeep renegade limited at Habberstad (10.24.23) was by far worst shopping experience we’ve ever had. The dealership whether intentional or not misrepresented the car we purchased when they provided a CARFAX that failed to disclose it was a corporate vehicle. the sales person insisted that the vehicle was not smoked in when my wife detected the smoke smell. another sales persons comments about the vehicle also influenced us to believe it was personal vehicle. On the way home after the purchase I had to drive with the windows open because of the smoke smell. when I arrived home the change oil alert came on. when I checked the oil, it was down a quart. When I connected my phone I saw they were nine other users. we attempted to send an email that evening telling dealership how very disappointed we were over the purchase and that we felt it was not what they represented. The following day, while registering the car with CARFAX, we noticed that the CARFAX the office provided (not the salesperson) indicated that it was in fact a corporate vehicle. we sent the earlier email and a new one now that we had proof and habberstad was aware it was a corporate vehicle. the used car manager called while i was having the oil changed and offered by definition “the very least” he could do. the salesperson never called and simply sent a text without acknowledging our email and dissatisfaction. we passed on the identical vehicle that was $2,000 less BECAUSE it was a corporate vehicle. we will share our experience with NY State & the BBB.

Starting with the client advisor Moe Usman he was always on point and answered all my question and very helpful and professional way to go Moe , he even came in on his day off for my delivery of the 750 IX drive for that I thank you. From client advisor to the finance manager Maria Alexopoulos she’s fantastic and also the best of the best , very professional and also very sweet she worked with me and the transaction was very smooth and fast she deserve 5 plus plus stars.   • BUYER BEWARE

    DONT TRUST THEM. This would have been my third purchase from bmw. They entered into a signed agreement with me for a lease on a 21 bmw 5 and led me to believe all was in order when they placed the order then came back to me and said they flipped the order by mistake to a 22. The car was same MSRP and equipment so i was okay with that believing them when they said the payment should be the same. Well after 2 months passed i received a note the car payment increased by $100 a month and they said take it or leave it after i lost time and opportunity to buy elsewhere. This is fraudulent and deceitful and the owner Erik Habberstad should be responsible for the way he is handling the business. Being deceitful and opportunistic to take advantage of customers during covid certainly cannot be tolerated. Attorney General has been contacted and will look at how often they are doing this to customers.

    I had been a BMW lease client in two other dealerships in my 16 year history with the x5. This new lease cycle I did intend to "shop" the best price and happened to call Demetri. He was kind and patient; answered my questions and didn't "push" himself on me. In fact, I bothered him! The first price given was quite a bit lower than the other dealerships and when I finally decided to call Demetri with my order his knowledge of the new X5 actually was the most helpful advice I had ever gottened from a BMW sales representative.

Our Client Advisor Demetrios really listened to what we wanted and then proceeded to get us the perfect match. He was able to work up a very good price as well. I won't be going anywhere else in the future!

    I purchased a 2019 sedan from UB at Habberstad in Huntington. I don’t usually enjoy car shopping but this was an enjoyable experience. Very happy with my new purchase. From sales, finance and the people that went over the features for me. Needless to say - vehicle handles great. Recommend
